Lucknow’s world famous Mutton Biryani 😋Amazing taste and aroma . You will just love its unique awadhi style taste .They serve biryani with ‘tari’ or gravy instead of raita (curd) which makes it super tasty.They make limited ‘Degs’ of biryani so it will be better if you go between 3- 7pm.Must try 🙏

Overall nice experience with Biryani.. definitely you are going to love it .. one thing I will add the korma ok but depends on person to person taste may be youll love .. but biryani is up to the taste 🤤🤤Price is also goodRs-140/ per half plate for mutton biryani and same for korma.

This was one of the recommended Biryani Shop. However, their Mutton biryani completely disappointed both of us..The mutton was cooked well but it has very less flavours. Portion size was also not at all satisfactory..Moreover, the rice was undercooked, theres only taste of salt and fat. No other flavours was there. If there is one thing that is only available in Lucknow Its Idrees Biryani. This 51 year old shop is like a gem for Lucknow.the aroma, the light delicate texture, the juicy pieces of meat are to die for. Just reminiscing it makes my mouth water.Their biryani is made right in front of your eyes and when they open the pot, the whole area becomes fragrant and pulls you in.Its located at the Old side of Lucknow (busiest part of city). However, its very easy to find. The whole city knows about them and everyone can direct you to this place which is fame at a whole another level.

A biryani that the people of Lucknow vouches for. However I dont find it that interesting good change of palate but the food is unhygienic as you might find hairs and other things in it. However the korma is good.

The biryani is impeccable.When you enter the lane the aroma fills up and youll have a heavenly experience.They still make biryani on coal and in an authentic way so it is a completely different experience.

With a reference I visited this tiny place which is famous for its Motton Biriyani in Chowk, Lucknow. They have very small place to accommodate only 6-7 people max. Many takeaway for home. But that small place is always full. I found the preparation is quite authentic and that must be the USP, teste is ok for me, the onion, raw chilly and juice/curry served along with Biriwani. But, no green chatni, no raita and no lemon served. Its a very rough and tough dhaba type, so also the body language of all. For me one time is fine. Cleanliness need to improved. They have few more food options too. You can see in my pictures. Cost is normal. Very easy to reach from Chowk chauraha I.. E almost 200mtrs.

Located in the heritage heart of lucknow. Idrish biryani is a must try if u ever visit lucknow. Location on map is accurate. Food is delectable but u will feel discomfort while finding a place to sit. It is original and only biryani corner rest all you will find are fake. Visiting the place will be a daunting task but will feel it worth it. Must try

If you are in old Lucknow and didnt taste idrees biryani I would say that your visit was worthless. Yes idrees biryani for many keep such a place in taste. To get it taste one must visit shop by 7 pm Old shop in chowk in front of police chowki .

Sitting arrangements was not good at all and the taste was not worth the price, yes you can try it if you want to eat goat meat biryani with good taste of meat pieces but I wont spend my money on that place again. And beef nihaari was good

I visited this place along with my friends recently.I went Lucknow for Blogging purpose and this is must visit place for seekers of any sort.As the place is known for biryani, the taste of biryani they offer is brilliant.I would say without any doubt that this was certainly one of the best Biryani I ate in my life.I would highly recommend this place for Biryani lovers.

One of the best biryani in Lucknow, the rice with all flavour is the best blend of Biyani one can enjoy. I took mutton biryani as they dont serve chicken biryani. It was also best to have it, the only issue is that they dont have seating area but one can take away and have it at your convenience.
