I had an amazing experience dealing with this company. My company Voyage Motors (RE dealership, Udaipur) had procured HR solutions from NAS and they delivered well. The manpower down selected for my company had the definitely right skill set for the job and were professional.Mr. Noor was there for us throughout to facilitate the process and ensure that things were smooth for us. You only get a little practical knowledge but that knowledge is useless. 100% placement is a big lie. They dont have any clients that need HR specialists. They just provide general jobs that have nothing to do with their course. They send you to places where they ask you about ms excel and other irrelevant stuff but nothing related to hr, usually startups that dont require hr work and will just make you call or do data entry work. Reviews are probably either fake or people quietly do what theyre told.Edit: It seems you didnt even read the whole review. The problem is not cracking interviews, the problem is irrelevant interviews. If I have received training for HR, I cant interview for sales or any other work. And by saying based on your own performance youre actually contradicting yourself since training is supposed to improve performance.

The environment of this company is very good, people are so friendly and supportive. I enjoyed a lot and lern many things from them, i will recommend to my friends and other to join it and hone up there personality and future. I have seen several people are giving fake reviews, which is totally wrong . If you want to learn things practically there is no institute like NAS Solutions. I would like to request people to not to spread wrong rumours about NAS.They have made my career. So please do not make wrong perception about the institute and go for it.

A waste of time. They say practical training, but mostly give theoretical knowledge. The practical knowledge they give is easily available on the internet for free. Theres no proper hands-on training to put that knowledge into practice, you will have to figure that out yourself. And nobody is responsible for your placement, especially if youre a fresher. On insistence, they suggest you irrelevant jobs which you couldve gotten anyway without a training. Dont waste your money and time.

I did internship over there for around 3 months and i found excellent working culture over there. Every one very friendly and supportive in nature. Its my honor to get chance in any company who has such supportive seniors and excellent environment.

I was here for my HR Practical Training in ALS. The course gave me a very vast and enhanced knowledge of HRM. I really enjoyed it will be benefited when I apply it in my future. The entire staff is so friendly to each and everyone that I cannot explain.
