Got some take away here it was great. Would have loved to stay. But I had people waiting for me. The place looked great and the people were very friendly and polite. The food was great. Very fragrant and savory. And for a take away meal very complete. With 2 sauces and and a yogurt/whip cream like sauce and complementary cracker like things.

Hello , I visited this hotel yesterday, the guy responded that he don’t have free table, I asked after how long it will be free and he said I cannot say. The way he responded was not polite. I suggest travellers to skip this hotel. Looks to be rich arrogance. No respect to customers that to Indians. Instead go to Indian restaurant Lucerne.

Delicious food, good portions, friendly staff, good vibes.

Good food, nicely decorated place, and prices are reasonable for Switzerland. My only complaint is that the atmosphere inside the restaurant felt too somber...kinda depressing background music and servers seemed too serious. Food was definitely delicious though!

Yummy Masala Dosa at Kanchi today. Although we came quite late (almost 2 pm), the friendly service Personal served us. Dosa was excellent. Will come again soon. A place to recommend when you are in Zurich and fancy Indian food.

Amazing food, just amazing pure authentic food. Makes me feel that i am having food in India itself. Please dont forget to try , have tried many places nearby but this is the best.

We had all south Indian food provided there. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Will certainly recommend this place for hygiene, taste and cost effective (in comparison to other places in Swiss). Wonderful service with cheerful team. Kudos.

Worst Indian restaurant I have ever been to overseas. Food is stale, tasteless and greasy. This is not an authentic Indian restaurant, customers are not treated well and Staffs are very rude. Long wait time, pricey and flavourless food ,and bad service is a good summarisation of this restaurant, avoid at all cost.In case you do end up visiting please count the no of items you have ordered and match with the bill as they have an habit of charging/billing more than what was served.

Lovely ambience and light music and open late. Tried the tomato soup, rava fish fry. Both were pretty good.

We were there for take away at midday. Prices are really good, they have discount for students. We took quite a big portion at the buffet, food looks quite authentic. I experienced the staff as friendly and nice. Interior is not so nice, but atmosphere is still ok.

Staff were nice and friendly. Food was overpriced, quantity was very little, it’s not authentic but good for occasional visitor. My kids got sick after their food, never happened before. They should not use unnecessary spices to make the food heavy for stomach.

The quantity is very low for all the items we ordered, especially for veg and non-veg meals and everything is blatantly overpriced even for such a touristic location.The taste is fine but if you want to try Indian food in Switzerland, I wouldnt recommend this restaurant. There are better places in Zurich.

We ordered Madras chicken curry with naan and jira rice. The Madras curry could pass off as Thai curry. Portion size was good. Taste was great ! Nice place to have Indian food in Switzerland when you crave it !

This is a nice Indian restaurant. It was a good break from the regular European food. The quality of the food was a B+.

Very kind staffs! The lemon soda drink was excellent and as dessert we had strawberry gulfi and it was delicious as well. Nice main course and everything was served on time! Only thing; it was a bit expensive! I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Indians, pls dont visit them as they dont respect Indians and they dont know what Indian food is. Very very arrogant staff, food quality sucks.....nit at all recommended to any one. Instead go to tandoori Indian restaurant, they serve Indian buffet. Awesome taste.

A good family restaurant in Luzern. Good food. Very good service.

This review is for the attitude of the owners, not of the food. Never got a chance to eat there because we left the restaurant rather than put up with their rudeness. It was raining heavily when we reached there for dinner. Two-thirds of the restaurant was empty, another adjoining dining room was completely vacant, yet one of the owners coldly asked us to wait for 10 minutes, that too we were told to go out to the cold balcony - where it was raining. With a small kid, wait in the cold rain? We chose to wait in the adjoining room. Another owner came by and expressed displeasure at water dripping from us, on his wooden floor and asked us to move away. He said we would be attended to in 10 minutes. I mean, should people dry themselves before they step in? This was my first time seeing such cold hosts, they have forgotten the warmth and hospitality of India, that too in Switzerland, which is especially renowned for setting benchmarks in hospitality.

When my kid (1.5 yr old) asked for dal chaval, this was the place who provided him nice hot dal chawal

One of the best Indian (south) restaurants we have had in Switzerland. Buffet was value for money. Satisfactory meal. The chicken chettinad was exceptional

We are getting Idlies and Vada here with indian taste.

Always a favourite as the foot taste and quality remains constant. Try their south Indian cuisine especially the fish curry with paratha - lip smacking

We went here on Christmas evening coz most of the restaurants are closed. Nice ambiance but the food is over priced. quality and quantity is not up to the mark. Thali cost 35CHF and it doesn’t have a starter nor dessert. Curries canes on the thali is not fresh and lacks taste. If you don’t have any other option for food go for it.

One of the worst Indian Restaurant. Lacks proper hygiene, very poor attitude and shoddy service. The food was not cooked properly and most of the items lacked flavor or spice. All In all one of the worst and I would strongly advice to avoid this restaurant if you are in Lucern area. I would not even rate this restaurant as 1 star.

Excellent South Indian food available here. The dosas, idlis and vadas are fantastic. Probably the best in Switzerland. We visited the place twice as we absolutely loved the food.
