Had a nonconsumption related incident with a drink as per the attached images however, the bar staff were light hearted and fine about it. Shame I wont be back!

Spent my birthday here! Great pub atmosphere!! So clean, even the bathroom was spotless. Lucerne is an expensive city but we managed to sneak out under 50 GBP with two cheeseburgers, some fries and two Swiss ales on tap. Recommended!!! In summer looks like it would be even more fab!

Tons of TVs AND the Sunday NFL games were on! Amazing pub atmosphere, great beer and cider selection on tap. The women’s restroom was one of the cleanest of any bar I’ve ever been into-EVER. The staff was wonderful. Plenty of seating, and very cozy.

Very friendly waitresses and waiters, food isn’t top notch but still done in a good way, the beers are good and the prices are more than descent for lucern’s standard. Definitely recommend to spend some time at this place!

Went inside to help a friend get his accommodation. Went back out and I was already carrying a can of juice. Lady at the bar starts screaming all over the place because of the can, every single person inside the restaurant heard her. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, terrible manners.

Beautifull view , swiss price

Came here for the Big Ben burger. Two beef patties, cheese, bacon, egg and onion rings. Of course I ordered a beer with it. Youve got to balance out the grease.This place is a little different as there is no table service. You have to order at the bar and they will bring to your table. In the US, this wouldnt fly because the bar is always crowded. There are only two or four bar seats at this bar and the rest is open.They are very friendly and accommodating here. It has a pretty open floor plan so its easy to get around without having to weave through hordes of people. They didnt try to cram in more seats to have more customers. This is good. Riverside seating is also available.The burger arrived and it was a monster. The bread was perfect, meat was mouthwatering, egg was delicious, onion rings were consistently crisp and the bacon was heart stopping.This is a great place to eat if youre ever in Lucerne. I would go back.

This a cool trendy place in Lucerne, you have a great view of reuss with the beautiful chapel bridge, they have a great menu of beer, they also serve guest beer which is special, its a sports bar too, they have live match screening of different sports, I had ordered a Luzerner Player, which is like plate of different snacks. It was tasty. I would love to go there back for live football and beer. Service is fine.

Awesome Irish Pub in Lucern with really tasty pub meals at a reasonable price. Beers nice and cold and friendly staff as well. Tables next to the river are great with a fantastic view of the Chapel Bridge.

Atmosphere is pretty classic pub. You can sit inside or outside. Both are equally nice areas. Outside is right along the Reuss river and is so serene and picturesque. Sometimes we choose inside just to escape the outdoor smoking.We had the Chicken Burger and fries (teen loved it), house made fish and chips (delicious and filling), London cheeseburger (topped with onion rings yum yum), white wine spritzer, beer and apple cider (they have draft and bottled).You order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. Pretty quick food delivery. Food arrived about 20 minutes after ordering during a seemingly busy lunch hour.The bartenders can open a tab for you and you can pay at the end. This is nice so you don’t have to pay every time you want another beer. Super friendly and loved the pub environment between shopping. Our Teen loved this place :)

It is expensive for the food it serves . It should be about 25% less but location is probably the reason for the prices

Pub that not only shows premier league but also darts and other sports. Offers refreshing beers (ask for the guest beer) cozy booths and a nice front where you can sit and watch people pass by.It is rather expensive but the food is as good. Honestly.Ive never had fish and chip that well made.

We loved the food here. They have vagiterian options too. I recommen Nan and curry. With Swiss standard, it was not so expensive.

My favorite place in Luzern to grab a beer with your friends. If you have a plan to visit Luzern for a day or even few hours dont miss this place. The location is so perfect facing the chapel bridge. The food served is so delicious. As for the beer i recommend to taste all the kind of beers they have because its hard to choose one. 🍻

Drinks/ beer were great, as with all places in Switzerland they speak perfect English.Tables and feel to the place was great.Only missing the final star because the food came out a lukewarm but the next tables came out piping hot

This is literally the best place ever. Great seating right by the water. Very simple, efficient way of ordering inside and the food made it out with no problem. Staff was so friendly and helpful. (Also the curry was awesome).

Very cool to find a traditional English feeling pub in Switzerland. The football matches on TV and engaged fans going crazy only added to the environment. Food was decent but fairly priced. Beer selection was great and the service was top notch. In my opinion, the best place to go have a pint at the end of a long day in Lucerne

Stopped by here to get a bite to eat and found you had to go to the bar to place your own order and then go pick it up when it is ready. Eg no service. The place tends to be very busy and it is hard to find seats. The food portions are minimal and on the pricey. The regulars here tend to be on the rude side.

Good beers and food. Extensive selection on the menu and lots of different beers available. Good to find some British Ale in Luzerne for a lunchtime tipple!

The service was fast, but pretty rude to be honest l. And the food didnt taste that good, the steak felt frozen and bland. Dont recommend, although the ambiance is pretty nice.

Food was fine. Order at the bar. Guy had a problem with me just getting a hamburger patty without ordering a full burger. It’s on the menu as an extra. Ended up having them add my patty to my wife’s burger. Then he had a problem with me not having a table yet. Sorry, was waiting for an outside table to become available.English style, order at the bar. No table service.

Had great hamburgers and chips but beers are expensive (€5). This pub is situated next to Chapel Bridge so it has good view if you sit outside. It has a cozy feeling to it. There is no WiFi. The poor bar lady took our food order at he bar, brought our food and the bill to our table and cleaned our table. We were satisfied with the service but this system seemed to have irritated a few of the other customers. Not a good place to go if you want to experience something local because this is an English pub.

Nice pub with lots of screens / live sports. Service has its ups and downs, but definitely most could use a fresh-up how to draw the perfect beer. Anyway, all good - come and enjoy some good beer and snacks!

Seems to be the only pub in Lucerne, in this very chic style. Like it to be here for the Premier League games! And if you can’t make it home, take a room!

Extremely friendly, helpful maitre d.... we had a group of six, and he was nice enough to rearrange a couple people so we could have the large booth. Fish and chips looked amazing.

Average english pub, if they would offer any salty snacks together with the beer people would drink more so they would make more money.even if the have 3-4 people to serve and there are only 7-8 tables with customers they will not offer table service.on the other hand workers at the place are kind

Does NOT have AC like the reviews/website say when we went. This Pub had 4 or 5 beers on tap that you find at just about any pub in switzerland. Great for watching the World Cup though. Plenty of TVs.
