Great sitting arrangements and helpful courteous staff… maintaining good quality coffee! Rear balcony has a great view, especially in the night. Way better an option than Gloria or others in the vicinity!

Location is good. The backside of restaurant has the view of Murree city. Food is reasonable. Access is good, as its just beside the road. Overall a neat and clean environment. Recommend for family lunch or dinner.

Totally in love with this place mainly because of the views and the weather. It was opened around two years ago on Expressway, and because of its strategic positioning, it offers such great views of mountains covered in clouds, trees and whatnot. And whats better than having a cup of good coffee on a chilly day with amazing views?Another thing that i loved about this place is that they hace a tall rack of books! I mean, could it get any better. For all the book lovers out there, this place is totally for you, if you wanna read your book in serenity.They offer a variety of different coffees, both hot as well as chilled, and also shakes and smoothies. And they really know how to be good at all the things they serve! Really impressed.This place is a must visit if youre from Rawalpindi/Islamabad, or planning on visiting Islamabad.

Beautiful place with beautiful views! A bit expensive and over crowded most of the times but worth visiting for a quick bite and snacking.

It was average. Ambiance was good, food quality average but menu variety was poor. Value wise below average as prices did not match the overall experience.

It was closed. We just wanted to use the restroom to be honest 😂

Great place to sit down and relax for a espresso coffee or a cappuccino. Unfortunately their signature green tea lattee was as usual out of stock. They could improve on some service too.

Very poor service, the staff was non co-operative. I asked for manager name or number but they refused to give any information. Taste of food is fine the only problem was with cleanliness. Very unhygienic kitchen and washroom, i came here every season but there is no water in washroom and its always untidy.

Had a chance to visit it when it was snowing there. The weather was really awesome. No doubt they have chosen a good place and is just beside Gloria Jeans. So they are now competing and eventually in benefit of the customers. The parking space is not much. Tried its Cappuccino. It was good. Pictures are attached.

Need backup. Cold coffee was hot and vice versa. I Sohaib Tariq disown Second Cup and now it is available for new ownership.

Bad service. Most menu items are not available. Taste is no where near the original franchise. They didnt even have bottled water, upon asking for tap water they denied even serving that!

Poor service and was served ketchup pasta instead of red sauce pasta.

Worst experience ever. Went with family and I was utterly disappointed with the level of service, and quality of food. Wont recommend to anyone who doesnt want to waste Thier hard earned money.

The food was good. As usual the view was great but two problems one that bugs kept on climbing on the sits and climbed us and it was annoying and for a person who dislikes insects i found it disgusting and terrifying. The second problem the food was overprices specially the sandwiches i mean it was good but definitely not worth the price i mean you can get better club sandwiches in rina kitchenitw for 875 and even get 3 or 4 pieces but in second cup you get a moderate club sandwich with only 2 pieces . Why would you buy that when you can get four in only 875. Please reduce the prices or it will cause you loss which can already be seen

Utterly disappointed at the restaurants cleanliness. Either they were short staffed or the restaurant was not being properly managed at the time. I had to clean my table myself which I dont mind, but the beverages and desserts we ordered werent that great in terms of taste.

Dont know how is their taste. I didnt see a single customer here in 2 days amd 2 nights. So if there is no customer food items will not be fresh.

If you are a coffee lover, this is definitely the place for you. They serve the best coffee in premises of Islamabad/Rawalpindi. But if you are going there for the view, you may get disappointed as there are electricity poles directly in front of the café.

Excellent location. Their coffee and hot chocolate sales are inevitable given its location. The manager is very amenable and will certainly go the extra mile for its customers. Special shout out to him. But a very decent place en route to murrree. Good indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The views are excellent too. Their desserts have a lot of room for improvement.

Second cup is on a 5 mins distance from gloria jeans, Murree and is still working on it exterior. But their coffee standard is too good. Tried their chiller soda today with wraps and a yummy caramel Brownie. The brownie was worth every penny. View from back terrace is breath taking.

On the express way, at entrance of Murree( a hill station in Northern Punjab Pakistan), coffee, tea and quality backers for stop over after a zig zag drive from Islamabad to murree. Spacious sitting place, prices are very high because of tourist point. Staff is not well behaved, a normal and peoples accepted attitude of these tourists spots.

Its a nice place. Food is good and its rear terrace, the view is extremely beautiful.

-2 stars because the the single slice of cake and the brownie was a tad dry. They also couldnt produce a heater or generally anything to keep us warm in the chilly winds of Murree. The coffee was nice and the view was amazing.If you ever visit, choose the sitting area overlooking the houses whose lights look like mini stars during the night!

It’s a good place to have coffee and snacks... the quality isn’t super amazing but it’s ok... it’s very spacious and has amazing seating areas, both indoors and outdoors... my personal favourite is the balcony on the backside which has some amazing views... the restroom in place is pretty dirty so keep that in mind..

Nice place but bit over priced. Interior design was super cool but no AC were on during freezing temperature, overall experience was wonderful. Staff was super friendly and good in communication.

Im rating them 5 stars for the reason that their food tasted awesome. Like literally when I had the first bite from their white chicken Handi I was blown away. That was the best white handi. They used desi ghee I guess but it tasted real good. Their karahi was also great.Their prices are reasonable not too much high, and they do provide with one of the best views. So do go there and have some. 👍

Its a spacious, well maintained place. Adequate seating indoors and outdoors. Clean, staff is friendly and well trained. Food is fresh, preparation times are reasonable. One can have a decent break on way to (or returning from) Murree.

I am glad that something to challenege gloria jeans is finally up and can finally not stop at glorias for coffee.The chicken wraps are great and so is the coffee. The seating hall is massive and great multiple view options for outdoor seating.However probably this franchise is new so the staff was clueless about many things, plus the cleanliness was not taken care of properly. These things can improve with time to come.
