Other than the fact its always fully booked with no free appointment spots, receptionist lady is impolite, lacks logic, and very very rude, this isnt the first time. Would suggest getting more inhouse doctors? and maybe replacing the receptionist lady? Last thing anyone needs is get made feeling rejected when theyre ill.

Would give no stars if I could, called to ask for an apointment and didnt even get half way through my sentence before the woman on the phone snapped we dont take casuals, go to an after hours clinic and hung up.

Rude on the phone. Only helps existing registered patients. I was registered here for 18 years before I moved overseas for a while. Disappointed to see that this place has gone downhill.

I rung this place and the voice mail said it was close. It also said opening hours is 8am - 12pm from Mon-Fri. It is Tuesday 20 of August and I rung at 8:19am... This a joke... Stupid cause there is no other doctors in Petone.

No appointment for new patients... only for existing ones. Don’t really know what that means (?)
