This is heritage place of one of the village of goa. It has fresh water spring which comes down from mountain and goes into fields.Youll find a small pond like structure constructed around it. It has small fishes, when you enter , they start eating your dead skin , its like free natural fish spa treatment.Water here is famous its medicinal qualities.It tastes sweet and pure.

Ambora spring is located in a very quiet and unremarkable area. It looks just like any other rural setting with a narrow road, swaying palms and thick vegetation. Only the sign board in yellow catches your attention. What looks like the wall of the well is where the spring is. You wouldnt image there is water flowing because the water is tranquil and soundless. A few steps descend to the water which is cool, clear and only about a foot deep. You can bathe in it, however, as the board states very clearly animals are not allowed into the water.

Just a small waterbody in a village. VP taken initiative to maintain it is good thing. Whoever visits here please maintain it clean and neat.Best thing of the place is that u get natural pedicure 🙂

Well maintain spring

I checked this place in google map and was excited to go there as they said it contained fishes as like free spa but when we went there we saw a family taking bath in it and the other family collecting all the fishes and upon asking them to not take those fishes, they said theyve been doing that since three years because they love fishes.It was just waste of our time and petrol to go there because there was nothing, just some muddy water.

Here I am searching for good places and a place with 4.1 rating certainly wont be bad right? When you reach the place DO NOT search for the location for what youre seeing IS the location for it is anything but conspicuous. Keep your expections low. Not worth wasting your fuel. Plenty of better places in Goa

A spring with medicinal values...

Beautiful spring and credit goes to village people. You can get a free pedicure here and all because it is clean and clear. The place is usually quiet and youll see peoples houses nearby. Thanks to my friend Rylan for introducing me to this lovely place. Loved it!
