This place is beyond bad. Strike one: We were greeted by a man on the phone who told us to go sit at table 11. Strike two: A few minutes later, 3 plastic cups and a water pitcher were placed on the table. The employee then walked away. Strike 3: Employee leaves mens room and returns to work. I enter mens room to wash my hands and theres no soap. Strike 4: When I return to the table, samosas are brought to the table with forks and spoons. No knife in sight. Strike 5: Before I can tell my wife about the soap and that we need to leave, she tells me the samosas are cold. I have NEVER had so bad an experience that the problems pile up faster than I can get out the door. I was done when I saw the soap situation. This place does not get my money or time.

Nice Indian restaurant where I can finally eat a decent Pav Bhaji.. The Pav Bahji here you get is closet so far what we get back home. Dont take me mistaken its not exactly like in India but close to it. It was a pleasant surprise. Best part is the bread they have, light and soft. These are made specially for Honest restaurants. We tried Hot and sour soup, Special Honest Pulav and plain Dosa as well. Soup was refreshing with little spicy taste. Dosa was mediocre and wont recommend. Pulav was fresh and good. Nothing to complain. Though pulave portion was good for 2 ppl. Must try their ice cream. We tried Pan Masala and butterscotch and both were delicious though Pan Masala felt like real Pan. Good tasty food. 👍👍

The restaurant is a real gem. The service is pretty quick and the food is amazing. They even serve food in Swaminarayan way (No Onion, No Garlic). The Pav Bhaji should be on everyones list. It is made fresh and tastes amazing. The Dahi Puri is also a must-have. Will definitely be back.

Oh how I love that smell of Honests pau bhaji. The place was very clean, very good service, amazing food and nostalgic.Felt like I was sitting in one of the Honest restaurants back home in Ahmedabad. We ordered Pau bhaji, Triple Schezwan rice (Fried rice with noodles in it- served along with Manchurian with gravy), Dabbang Dosa, Manchow Soup, Mango Lassi and had ice cream later as dessert... Good portion size, amazing taste, amazing service, very friendly staff and owner... Definitely must-go there..Loved every bit.

I was very positively surprised. I did not know it was a vegetarian restaurant. But dont let that skew your thinking, I am big on proteins and I was very very very satisfied with their dishes, flavors and how filling they are. It is amazing. The ambiance is clean and fresh. Very modern and inviting.Service is very quick friendly and professional. The value is great. With $14 per capita you are set.Again very nicely surprised with their rich flavors. So far I only experienced indochinese food there, but loved it.Plenty parking and great location.

The food here is delicious. We really enjoyed the chaat, it ticked all the boxes of chaat for me. Dahi puri , Gol gappa is really satisfactory. The best part of this place is that they offer Swaminarayan food. Finding Indian dishes without onion and garlic is a challenge, so thank you incorporating it in your menu. Very neat & clean place accompanied with good service. Response can be a little prompt though. We live really far but definitely plan to drive all the way for the food cause it’s worth it. 👍🏼

There is a tradition of Honest Restaurant in USA. Their quality of food will go down by the time. In my last order, their famous pav bhaji was worst thing in my order, put too much black pepper in it, couldnt even eat it. While ordering, told us to come after 30 min, reached there in 25 min and food was sitting there way before because it felt cold. Some of the positive reviews are given by their staff members. So, please work on your food quality instead of posting such reviews.

This is a pure vegetarian restaurant where you will find huge menu to select from. They serve both South Indian and North Indian variety. Well we ordered mid spicy food but when we ate it, we had our noses running with water because of spice level. If you dont have idea about south indian food then learn about it first. Too many options there and you may end up ordering multiple dishes food with same stuff inside. Its 100% veggie so non veg foodies will be disappointed.

So, so good! I generally love getting curry with meat in it but as that wasn’t an option here, I barely even missed the meat in my curry sauce. Something I didn’t love that’s not really specific to this place was that to get naan and an entree, your bill gets a little bit high—wish the portions were smaller so the prices could be less. But overall, would go back and eat again! Service was also really great.

Review №46

Huge Disappointment!! I Agree with the other reviewer! The guy who runs the restaurant is rude. It was 2pm and only 3 tables were occupied. We (group of 3) walked in and requested for a booth and he denied. Explanation? The booths are for a group of 6. When I argued that there’s only 3 tables (no booths) occupied in the restaurant and he can afford to give us a booth, he said that in the next 30 minutes the entire restaurant will be full and walked away. Way too optimistic my friend, lol!!!Food- The Schezwan noodles were good; the sandwich was okay. But the fried rice with manchurian were waste of money. Rice tasted as if it were prepared by someone new to cooking. No taste; not enough salt and the manchurian in the rice were like croutons. Crispy like a toasted bread, I have never seen such manchurian anywhere; even at any Honest location I have been to, in the USA

Worst experience. Been waited for food an hour after order and still at end we been told they don’t have enough stuff to make the order for one person in group. Seen lot of mismanagement. Not going for long now. Wouldn’t have done this rating if the guys food they said they can’t make after an hour waiting don’t have to drive 3/3:30 hours to Tennessee after a long day at Kentucky kingdom. They should have reached haft way instead of waiting for food that wasn’t going to served.

Order carryover masala pav with bhaji. The food tasted great a however the dish was mostly bread .... as in all bread and maybe a dollop of bhaji. I’ve had the same dish in other states from honest and this was by far different than those dishes where you would get half Pav and half bhaji. Hopefully it was just an error and not a cheap way to cut costs...

This restaurant showed much promise at the start. We were greeted with water and were able to hear about the specials provided. We chose a couple of appetizers and they were delicious. I observed four total employees including one whom seemed to be more kitchen oriented than customer service. The other three were possibly a manager who seemed more in charge, another man whom was the primary order taker along with some poor lost girl who filled water pitchers and seemed capable or not much beyond this. I am saying these observations because 45 minutes pass with no one returning to the table. We watch these few wander about as if they had a full restaurant but obviously did not in the least. After working in a restaurant for the past decade of my life I feel customer service is so very important to have guests return and also to build a positive reputation. I chose to go to the counter to get the attention of an employee and inform them of the situation. I honestly do not know if we were forgotten or ignored. All would be well had they not have come to the table with a check and an expectation of payment. My goodness. I believe had the staff handled the situation more appropriately I would not feel the need to write a bad review. Save yourself the trouble of going here until the staff is properly trained or expanded upon.
