Nice atmosphere 8/10.Excerlent drink menu 9/10 high marked up.Good food menu 7/10.We dine at 7:30pm and not everything on the menu were available.Our main was slow to arrived, however the steak were excellent 10/10.Surf n turf lobster a little cold n tough 6/10 and so was our side order.Table service was excellent, our waiters were very attentive n considerate made up for the food...for the price tags you expect the food to be a lot better.

STK was a wonderful place to go for a celebration, we went there to celebrate a graduation and had a wonderful time. We had an amazing waiter who did his best to meet every request we made as well as answer any questions we had. The food was good very filling, youll be full from just the appetisers and mains alone. The cocktails - even though a little pricy - were sweet and tall. You may end up spending more than you would elsewhere but the aesthetic and the good food, watering and drinks make it worth it.

STK is a must visit in London if you love your meat. The food was utterly amazing with the steak being the pick of the menu, drinks were equally as nice and the atmosphere was amazing as soon as you walked in only downside was the slightly annoying fact with the service charge added to the bill for £20 considering we wasnt asked once how our meal was going or if we would like anything other than that it was great.

Lively fun restaurant and the food was fantastic especially the steak. Portion size is on the large side and restaurant has its own DJ so dont come here for a quiet night, but definitely go here for a fun, club like atmosphere.

Came here for a birthday celebration with 5 guests. The food was either super bland and tasteless or ridiculously salty. Super disappointing. The mock-tails were super sweet that it became unenjoyable. My cousin also found a hair in her lamb shack. The only enjoyable thing was the complimentary birthday cake, which tasted nice. However, on a better note the waiting staff were extremely nice. They themselves were not the issue. However, the hostess was really rude. She seemed particularly agitated with our presence just by us walking in. To conclude I wouldnt recommend in terms of food, especially for the price range. Expected better.

We came from 2 hrs away to have our anniversary dinner here. We tried previously to make a reservation through their online system and it said they only accept reservations for certain party sizes. We are from overseas and cannot make local calls so we were unable to call the restaurant, however, since their system itself said they only accept reservation for certain party sizes we assumed walk in were accepted. So we came into town only to be turned away at the door and told that reservations are required. I asked the host why their system would say that and he just said he did not know. I went through and took screenshots of various dates through their reservation system to show how you are unable to make reservations for 2 people but yet in the restaurant when we got there they said its required. Saturdays are completely blocked out for every month for the whole year and if you choose ANY weekday in any month it says theres no availability for 2 party reservations because they only accept certain party sizes. I absolutely would not recommend this place.In response to the owners response, they clearly did not read the review or look at the pictures. Their system is faulty and does not accept reservations for 2 people. We looked at everyday over the next 3 months. We do not have an international phone plan and cannot call in. However, since they offer the ability to make reservations online they should make sure the system actually works. Any day that you choose between now and the last day of December is not available for 2 person reservations. All of 2022 is not open for reservations through the online system for ANY party size. They really need to get it together and actually listen to their customers. They seem to have a lot of bad reviews (3.9 rating for a high-class steakhouse is really not good) for being considered a high quality place to eat at. After reading other bad reviews about the quality of the food I wouldnt recommend eating here. That combined with the owners inability to fix their system, or even listen about the issue, proves this place is not worth the money or hassle.

Wow. Where to begin. First I wasn’t sure if we had walked into an episode of Love island or indeed the afterparty for TicTok and Instagrams joint launch on the London stock exchange. From the entrance to the loo cubicles there were hoards of (mainly females) taking selfie’s. Your entertainment for the night is guaranteed, just make sure you get a table that overlooks the spectacle and be aware that the music is fairly loud, although you get used to it. All five of us really enjoyed the starters as well as the mains, wyagu picanha was super tasty. The wine we had was perfect temperature, both the red and the white, and the wine list was quite extensive for any taste, if somewhat pricey. Our cocktails were also really well made. The star of the night however was Vincent, a french waiter who went out of his way to please, but in a natural and extremely friendly way. He is a real asset to this place, the owner should be proud. Everything was served with great timing and we never felt that we had to wait for anything. Thanks STK for a memorable birthday dinner, cake and all👌🏻

Strongest way I can put my feelings across is to wish there was a zero stars option available to express how disgusted I was.Myself and 8 friends sat down for a less than adequate meal at this restaurant which continued to get worse as the evening went on. I have never been so dissatisfied when visiting any London restaurant. Especially considering the high end priced menu tasted like I had popped to a local Harvester. We were slow played whilst ordering drinks and then rush throughout the entire meal and we couldnt understand why.One hour 45 minutes in to our meal, the waiter informed us that he was getting the bill and we wouldnt be allowed deserts. When questioning why, we were informed that their bookings were made back to back so we needed to leave. Not the sort of treatment you expect when spending over £1000!!!I asked if we could atleast be given the opportunity to order items which were already prepped and we would rush the deserts. This was also rejected. When I asked to speak to the manager (I believe his name was Clive) he was abrupt, unhelpful and made it clear all he cared about was the next customers joining the table.I would advise anyone thinking of visiting this restaurant to find an alternative as there are 100s of other restaurants worth experiencing.

Saturday night at STK was one of the worst meals out in London Ive ever experienced. All but one of the 5 steaks and lobster tails orders were overcooked. The starters were good but not worth the money we were charged for them. The only reason this is a 3 star review instead of a 1 star review was because we were offered a generous discount off our bill due to the poor experience we encountered. A reasonable explanation as to why the food was so bad was given but at these prices I will not be taking the risk of being let down resulting in a bad night out.

This place needs more attention to details... The menu is very limited, it offers no explication of how many g/kj etc the food is made of. Neither anything about the size (inches).. nothing. The prices are very high which means high expectations but when the food got to the table, we had no cutlery to eat.. we were given a glass of champagne for our trouble at least 😂.The bathroom service is good.The music needs heavy attention. The sound setup needs upgrade. Especially the bass since its not felt in the chest well.There is plenty of staff members everywhere and I love how they work. 5 stars for the staff.Over all, we end up spending £360 in a few hours but Im not sure yet if Ill go back there ... Especially when (the royal foresters (4.4⭐) is cheaper and a bit better but on a different thematic.

Had a lovely meal with my family last week a STK. The staff were attentive however although the foo was good I couldnt really justify the cost. Overall I recommend but only if you have deep pockets.

Appalled by the level of service as such a well known and pricey place. I never leave bad reviews but this had to be done.Sat down 20 minutes late with no apology. After our food was not offered another drink or Dessert and when asking for one we were told no we had ten minutes to finish and leave even tho we were sat down late and had 30 minutes left on our table . When we tried to explain this we got the rudest response from the staff. When you go someone of this caliber and pay the expensive price tag you expect good service. It’s unacceptable. Food is sublime , can’t fault that and credit where credit is due.

Ok so this Saturday my family and I decided to go hangout at STK London for early dinner...we had such an amazing time.Located within ME hotel around covent garden, the decor and ambience are spectacular 😍Very clean reception entrance with hand sanitizing stations dotted around!They were strict with the 6 from the same bubble principle...and you have a maximum of 2hrs sitting per table (which I thought was a bit of a rush but I guess it is what it is at the moment)Food was very well presented and yummy 😋🥰The starters to the main meal and the drinks were very well seasoned and portion was huge.You enter one way and exit through the side door! The bathrooms were very clean though you have to go down a few flight of stairs to get there and back 😅Nearby NCP parking available at £16 for 2.5hrs (about 10mins walk from the restaurant)Busy road and noise levels were a bit high so not really a fantastic place for cosy dinner as you will need to speak loud to hear each other.Staff were excellent and provided detailed description of the food on request, food came out at nice intervals so still very warm when you eat.Complimentary brioche bun with aromatic olive oil 😂 very tasty!!Limited menu I guess because of COVID restrictions, NHS test and trace now needed in most restaurants.The staff will take your temperature before entry and face masks is complusory whilst moving around btw the restaurant and bathroom.Didnt really see any vegan options actually, didnt see kids either!Overall I would recommend if you are looking for a place to unwind and banter with friends 🔥💥💯♥️

If you desire a good steak and a great selection of alcoholic drinks, this is a place to visit, opted for lunch, so Resturant was not overly busy, service was good. Very good decor and found it very pleasant, was able to hold a conversation and found table/booths comfortable and well accommodating.

We weren’t happy with our experience here at all, we were so excited for this meal too! We visited London for the weekend, the steak was absolutely amazing, but the service was so bad, and slow. We sat at our table at 8pm and ordered by 8.10pm and didnt get our food until 9.15pm. We were late for our next reservation, for the price definatley not worth the money. We spent almost £200 and had a steak, about 7 chips as a side, and 2 drinks each. Gorgeous venue and nice food but too overpriced and terrible service to be honest. Very disappointed and wont be returning.

Very disappointed in whole experience expected much more music played by DJ was more suited to teenage disco and dress code not adhered to for was very average would not recommend I will never be back very much over priced for food and surroundings . Many more upmarket places to choose from Follow up asked to contact owner about review did so twice and did not get courtesy of call back . Not impressed

Had a 630pm party booking tonight, wasnt served a drink until 7.pm the waiter took the order for the starter and main at about 7.15 at 8.25 I had to ask the waiter for a take away box to take my main home in as I had not finished my main course :( as we were being told we had to leave in the next 10 minutes due to the next booking -Absolutely unbelievable!! the waiter was actually embarrassed. You expect that sort of time slot in a place such as TGI Fridays not a restaurant in the Strand. The food was good and the place had a great vibe but unfortunately we were not given the time to enjoy the experience of eating out on any level.The bill was over a grand and our night didnt even get started when we were ushered out with our doggy bags/wine and desserts to go. What can I say STK Steak house is extremely expensive fast food! Off to bed with my chocolate cake. - Shame on you!!

If you get discounted deals, its an OK place to have a quick meal, but the food quality is no that great, steak is dry and salty, dessert is below average quality, I am not sure its made in the restaurant or from dessert factory. Mini burger is the only good thing on the set menu. Thats why I gave it 3 stars.

My brother booked a table for his 21st Birthday for 30th August. The food was at good standard but the experience was ruined by a waitress named Nikola, who served us. Her attitude was extremely disgusting - the constant eye rolling, having moan to her other colleagues and the £13.20 tip she took for herself. When one of our family members looked at the large sized menu, he wanted to order a grilled chicken club sandwich. Nikola said this is the lunch menu, the smaller is the evening menu, then she rolled her eyes. He then decided to order the mac & cheese dish and by force Nikola pointed to the most expensive item on the small menu at £85. As he politely decline, she rolled her eyes at him for no reason. We got our meals and no even once did Nikola asked if our food was okay and did we need anything - Which is extremely unprofessional. You can go to Nandos, a local Wetherspoons pub and they will always ask how your food is and if anything needs to be changed. After we finished, she never said anything. As we brought our own cake for my brother birthday, she said it costs £6 per person, per slice to eat our own brought cake - Where it was £5 per person, per slice. As we said no, she said I will go and get you our cake for you. At this time, she is putting the cake away and completely ruined the our own birthday cake. She has come back with the cake and slid the plate towards the birthday boy and rolled her yet again. After we asked for the bill and it took her 45 minutes to go and get it as she was having a conversation with her colleague. 20 minutes later, we got the bill and we were charged for things that should have been removed but in unprofessional style, Nikola firmly said no and took it upon herself to take a £13.20 tip - which is basically theft/robbery. Prior to this I will never ever eat here again, as this was the worst customer experience.

Wonderful experience for my birthday! My steak was delicious, rest of the food was so nice felt a kind of euphoria during my meal..had a very lovely waiter that went above and beyond! Music was good and the vibes was exactly how it needed to be! Definitely will be returning very soon!

Gastro pub food for michelin star prices. Very disappointed. Service was also not up to much but service was included on the bill. Wont be going back.

Good service but overpriced and overrated.When you’re paying north of £40 for a fairly small ribeye, at the very least it should come cooked as you’ve asked for. Shouldn’t be sending it back when it comes out rare and you asked for medium.I asked for a medium rare wagyu picanha and it was verging on rare but I didn’t mind too much so didn’t send mine back.By the time my girlfriend had waited for hers to come back, I had finished my meal.When it did come back it was well done, and was so bland she had to add salt and pepper herself.Obviously one of the main attractions of STK is the atmosphere and music. You will either love it or hate it, it wasn’t for me having to shout across the table due to how loud the music was.Our waiter was very attentive and looked after us, good table service.Had high hopes but overall we left feeling let down.

If you are the kind of person who loves to spend a ridiculous amount of money for McDonalds type food then this is the place for you.Only difference is, you will get an unrushed and polite experience at McDonalds.

We got seated half an hour late (made to just stand up and wait, no bar seating), the food was really nice but the staff where very rude especially when it came to the end of our meal when where rushed off of our table even though we where owed half an hour. The staff where very rude and even began to argue with us over the service that THEY provided which was terrible. Considering we spent £400 this is disgusting. Would never return again purely based on the service.

T bone was perfect, great atmosphere

A friend booked for 6 of us, and when I read the reviews I was a little worried. It was a touch too loud at times with a DJ right there, but you got used to it. The service was also a little disappointing at first (a few times we ordered drinks and had to ask again before they showed up), but after we ordered food things came out pretty promptly and we couldnt complain much more about it.The carpaccio starter seemed under seasoned, but then the mini burgers were great.The steaks, which is why you come here, were fantastic. We had 5 different cuts, cooked different ways, and everyone loved them. The sides are also really great.Overall its a bit pricey, and service could be a little better, but the steaks really are great and we all left full and happy.

The place is nice a bit of celeb/Essex vibe ...perfect for a girls night out.The food was delicious but make sure you book in advance and be prepared for the high prices.

Hands down one of the best restaurants we have been to. The food was great but it was the perfect service that made the experience outstanding. We were celebrating an anniversary and the waiter really looked after us and was very attentive. He went the extra mile to make sure our glasses were never empty and we had an enjoyable night. Couldn’t fault the food as well, hats off to the chef! Would definitely recommend this branch.

I invited my work colleagues to your establishment just to be rushed off the table and told we can not have desert as they wanted the table for some other people having people looking at us was so embarrassing. for such a high class establishment you treat people with no respect. you need to review your timings. if I could give you -3 starts I would. We work with special needs and the elderly and this was meant to be a thank you for all there hard work through the Covid 19 period .P.s I would never allow my staff to treat people the was STK had treated us. a very disappointed customer...

STK at the ME Hotel - My Favourite Restaurant in London :-)such a trendy restaurant, looks amazing (great for instagram pics), drinks are amazing and the Food is AMAZING!!I love the fact that the restaurant plays loud music while you dine, sets such a good vibe, im always dancing away while eating.if your fan of burgers you have to try their lil BRGs absolutely LUSH!! Trust me, you wont regret it. and the Steaks are nice and juicy, and dessert..OMG you have to try the junk challce it has absolutely everything in it .. if i had to sum it up in one would i would say its LIT!!! haha

Ive not been to STK for about 12m, had some wild nights and great food previously. Obviously the atmosphere wasnt how it usually is but the food was outstanding. The best steak Ive had when eating out in a long time. Service was excellent too.

The food here is amazing. I loved the belly pork and the crab sliders. The music is loud enough to create a great vibe without having to shout to be heard.The only thing that brought the night down was the confrontational waiter. When a member of our party tried to cancel an item she had ordered BEFORE it was brought to our table the waiter responded “Why did you order it then?”. He was rude and passive aggressive all night bringing the whole evening down because, as I said before, the food and atmosphere were great and the rest of the staff were courteous and attentive.Another note would be that this restaurant is not wheelchair friendly to my knowledge. There are three steep steps down once you come through the main door. They may supply a ramp for chair users but it would still be pretty steep to self-propel especially on the way out.The bathrooms are downstairs. Again, there may be a lift but I saw none and there were too many stairs for me to be able to use the bathroom, unfortunately.All that aside it was an amazing evening and I would definitely recommend it to non wheelchair users. It can get pretty busy so be sure to book. Oh, and dodge the tall, blonde Eastern European waiter if you can 😉

A bit pricey but worth it.

This was not my first time here but it has changed...the food is good and the decor is modern. I have few issues with a lively bar/restaurant but this was a club with tables for dinner. Dinner was served at 8 and we were listening to a dj spin UK garage hits which makes conversing over wine a no no. Will go back for parties but not for a dinner date.

1. We were told its £60 minimum spend per person not sure why but fine. We got over this2. The food was ordered at 9.35 but came at 10.30 & it was cold3. I went to the toilet and was told to walk out side (in the middle of December with no coat on, as a pregnant woman) to go back through the restaurant entrance to go back to my table.Overall i find the restaurant overrated & aside from the lively ambiance & pretty aesthetics, i was unimpressed.

I’ve recommended STK to a lot of my friends and colleagues however never visited myself , four of us visited last night and had a lovely greeting by the reception staff , we waited at the bar for the rest of the group to arrive. The waiter took us to our table and was superb looking after us thought the meal. The tomahawk pictured below was superb and was the chateaubriand cooked perfectly medium rare. Superb experience!

Very nice food and ambience. Went for a friends birthday, 3 course meal for £30 with either a glass of champagne or a passion fruit cocktail included. Drink prices at the bar were about £14 a cocktail, £13 for a disarano and coke. My friend got a prawn with her dish as an additional item...£8 for 1 king prawn. To me thats crazy. That is money hungry prices right there. However a hiccup where Ants were found in my cousins drink. Not impressed with that. They changed the drink and provided a new one but not the same drink. She distinctly asked for a cocktail and they came back with an alcoholic drink. The upstairs disabled toilet was blocked from a previous user so I let them know. I would go again but I will be checking my food and drink carefully. I gave 3 stars as finding any insect in your food or drink to me is food safety issue and should be addressed immediately.

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman on arrival and then our server went above and beyond to make our evening special. The food was delicious and steaks were cooked to perfection. Thank you STK. Went to STK London for my younger brother’s birthday and had a lovely evening. We went for the Cannonball offer which is a 950g ribeye steak with king prawns, truffle chips, creamed spinach and a bottle of wine to share for £90. We also had the little burger sliders to start which were delicious. All the food was beautifully cooked and I would say it was reasonable value for central London. The staff were attentive and very pleasant. The setting is a trendy spot, evidenced by a large party of “Instagram influencers” dining the same evening as us. On the roof of the same building there is also Radio rooftop bar which has some excellent views of the city. Would highly recommend.
