Had food from here regularly, recently I had the beef tacos and didn’t like it but like the chicken quesadilla and their nachos taste really delicious. Staff always nice and helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Friendly efficient and lovely staff and food as super tasty as ever! Couldn’t eat for 6 weeks after surgery and was dreaming about food from Tortilla! My mouth watering as they made it and dam so tasty! The guy behind the counter is always so lovely - glasses and longer hair but didn’t catch name! The best tortilla there is!:)

Food is decent and filling but staff engagement and customer service is poor. I understand the people working there just want to work, get the job done and go home I get that I understand it but this is a customer service role. You need to interact with customers and occasionally have conversations. One of the new guys whos at the left side of the tills when you walk in whos usually doing the delivery stickers on the food is probably the best out of the lot. He thanks people for waiting, talks and smiles.

Ordered burrito for the first time in life and the experience was really bad. Didn’t like it at all! Jack cheese was missing, tomato rice was very dry and hard to chew, full of onions inside, very small portion of chicken with 1 piece of courgette (veg) which was not cooked properly! VERY TASTELESS AND DISGUSTING. Will never order again!

I know its been affected by covid, but the CW branch seems to have lost its vibe. The first time I ate there last week the tortilla was a bit hard around the edges--like it wasnt fresh. The hot salsa I had today with my chips was indeed hot, but a bit runny: more clear liquid than fruit... I hope they recover their mojo soon.FYI, theyve replaced their card-based loyalty scheme with a website/QR code scheme which Ive never been able to get to work. No provision to carry over points or benefits from the old loyalty scheme that I can see.

Awesome food. Karl educated me on how best to handle their burritos which are huge. A really conscientious and friendly gentleman worthy of praise!!!

What utter shambles and complete disappointment. Ruined our dinner. Ordered through deliveroo. The pulled pork in the rice bowl and burrito tastes like theyd been doused in salt water. Just a salty mess and completely inedible. The chicken bowl was OK, but again very much on the salty side. Easily one of the worst if not the worst order weve ever made. Ended up going to the shops to make dinner post 12 night shift in the hospital. Very very poor.

Tortilla at Canary Wharf is always a delight to order takeaway from. I am very glad they are back to being open full-time. The food is great and so is the service. Staff are very friendly. I particularly recommend the naked burritos and quesadillas.

I ordered for myself and colleagues 5 items through Click and Collect, my order was promptly prepared, and a very polite staff member named Andrei helped me find my order, explained how the individual items can be identified and got me some cutlery too! Food is good but service is always so speed and everything is additional cost what is the point then? Plus we don’t understand what they say, I had to ask for the tomato salad to be added otherwise they skip it, they try to make the naked burrito as small as possible

Very helpful staff, Vlad was on his break but still checked on my order for me and gave me a brownie for the wait. Turns out they order got lost but everyone was very helpful and apologetic

Fantastic place to eat and spend time. In the high and busy time during lunch they are ready and enough staff are at work. No queue time and very fast service. As soon as I stand in the queue they start taking orders and start preparing he food. They have seating too inside and outside which is added facility for the shop

WORST SERVICE WITH POOR ATTITUDE We ordered via UBER and we rang 4 times to have the order changed (they advertise their food as halal and only chicken is halal) we had beef. Elaina the manager informed us the food was out, which wasnt, we rang the driver and he confirmed he was on the way to pick it up. We rang the restaurant said we will pick it up, but they sent another driver. Elaina said she will replace the beef with chicken free of charge, instead they sent us a FULL PORK ONLY MEAL to our house, and now Elaina is saying its our fault. I feel they deliberately sent non halal food to a muslim home and top it all, they sent all the PORK items.

Ive had the naked burrito from Tortilla before and its been perfectly fine although my experience eating one yesterday was not so great because Ive had to use the toilet more than 4 times this morning. Something was definitely not fresh in their naked bowl this time around and I had that gut instinct when I saw them add roasted vegetables to my bowl that seemed to have sat outside cold for too long.

I celebrated my PhD today in this great place. happy to tell that it was a sensational evening and the restaurant was definitely one of the reasons for the outstanding celebration. Carnita meat was the soggiest ive ever seen. You need to grill it after slow-cooking otherwise its just pulled pork.

Food is ok my quesadilla was ok however theres limited seating area. I prefer the Tortilla in Dalston theres plenty places to sit and the food taste more fresh in Dalston branch.

Chicken burrito with medium sauce. Had the guacamole for an extra 60p. Well filled but very bland. Almost tasteless unfortunately. Friends had the soft tacos and were equally unimpressed. The taco itself was stuck to the box and also lacking taste. Our first and only visit.

I just got my ritual order. Very pleased to see that they have read the instructions that I gave to them. Food is amazing.

I love their food, this 1 star review is for service / hygiene, especially at the time of Covid. 2 of their staff were not wearing masks properly and the staff preparing food was not wearing gloves while also fidgeting with the mask that was not covering her nose. This is reckless / dangerous. I wont be back to this location.

I LOVEEEE tortilla except i ordered it on my geaduation day and i was left waitinf for 3.5 HOURS and i was so hungry. I had to eat my friends fried chicken and it was nothing like tortilla burritos. And now im eating tiktok feta pasta on my friends couch at 3:45 am listening to khalid sad playlist. I am soooo craving it right now

Amazing breakfasts - I always go for the naked breakfast burrito - this contains black beans, scrambled egg, fried potato pieces, chorizo and topped off with sour cream and shredded cheddar (?) cheese. You can then add your choice of salsa - medium or hot are the best. Tortilla also has a loyalty card scheme.
