To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. Having moved to West London, my closest GP surgery were abysmal. With Cassidy Medical Centre, every staff member I speak to genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help. I’d like to thank Sultan in particular - he was so helpful and professional - what an amazing practice.

Just now spoke to a receptionist to book an appointment, he was rude. He asked me when I wanna come in, when I said Friday he is like what time than I told him anytime afternoon he was like rudely what time. I asked him what time is available as its always they tell you the times that are available and you choose but than he was all like in hurry, and than there was only 2 slots available 12:45 and 4:30, he immediately hang up after I said 12:45, I wanted to ask about the appointment for contraceptive pills but couldnt be bothered with such a rude behaviour. Never had this problem with the receptionist before, this one needs to learn some telephonic etiquette especially when working on healthcare facilities, people should feel approachable. Hope he sees this, please be kind always doesnt cost you anything.(date:21/09/21 @09:15).

I had a very bad experience at this practice during my cervical screening which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and upset. However, the person at fault was not a member of staff from the practice, and the manager rang me the next day to apologise for the incident. I would have liked the staff member present to be more compassionate towards me in that unpleasant situation, but hopefully all involved will learn from this so that no one else has to go through the same experience as me.

Terrible service by receptionists. Long waits. Refusal to be seen, even for a newborn with worrying symptoms. Refused six week post natal check up. Calls on hold for over half an hour, then disconnected. Doctors are good but its almost impossible to get to see them. Prescription mix ups. The list goes on. Very surprised by the number of five star reviews; unless theres different treatment for different types of peopleUPDATE!Despite being called several times by the deputy manager, to be asked to take this review down (not sure if thats allowed), I have still encountered a catalogue of errors with this GP.From admin failing to update my phone number, a very rude nurse and being sent to the pharmacy to pick up medication when the prescription wasnt even sent over, its plain to see that nothing has changed. Once again, I must say that the actual doctors that I have encountered have been very good, but the management, admin and nurse, leave a lot to be desired. I explained to the manager that I may take down the review if things improve, but instead I find myself adding even more issues to my complaint. All of this still makes me question the great reviews this GP is receiving.

I was helped by Dr. Fox and she is very Knowledgable and very professional. I hope she stays for long at Cassidy Medical Centre. Also, I went twice for blood testing and Arun was very good. He was very polite and I did not have a single bruise afterwards. In fact I almost did not even realise that by blood has been taken! Thank you for your support.

1 year old vaccinations The nurse who conducted the vaccinations couldnt get my child out of the surgery fast enough.Rude, abrupt & unprofessional , became quite aggressive with the mother when the child moved following the first injection - unsurprisingly as she scraped the needle across his thigh leaving a 1.5 cut, which she didnt even bother to check before moving onto the next jab.Failed to interact with the mother or reassure the child at any point, couldnt be bothered to put the vaccination stickers in the book properly (they had to be carefully removed & placed in the correct boxes at home), scribbled her name illegibly in the signature (write name in BLOCK CAPITOLS box) & was generally unpleasant throughout.A more than disappointing experience & more akin to a sausage factory where each patient has a financial numerical value - which with a practice this size one wouldnt be surprised.Should this level of unprofessionalism occur again a formal complaint will be submitted to the appropriate authorities.

This is such an excellent surgery. They’ve always gone above and beyond and are so helpful and understanding. I cannot say enough excellent things about them- highly highly highly recommend!!!

*Update*Although I had a good experience on the day I did my blood tests the follow up is terrible.I was expecting someone to call or say something about my test result but after more than a month, no one contact me and my results are quite bad (I saw it in the NHS app) because the practice changed its website to this rubbish Dr iQ app (you can never book an appointment through it or see your results) and after spend HOURS, yes HOURS waiting on the phone and NO ONE ANSWER the calls. I need to speak to a doctor and I dont know-how as I cant be on the phone all day. Really disappointed.Today I had a health check with Arun and he was very nice and gentle during my appointment. He is really good at taking blood, it was quick and no pain at all.

I had an appointment for a smear test booked via a telephone consultation, with Cassidy Medical Centre - Fulham.When I was called into the room, I was informed by a nurse practitioner that she wont do my smear test because it is not due until 2022.I told her that even so, it was booked, and that, because I explained during the previous telephone conversation that I have my worries and knowing my body very well, I know that something is not right and I must check what is wrong. She told me that she wont do the test anyway, and that who booked it made a mistake.I have asked her then what if I might be dead because of not having the test until 2022?The response was : THEN YOU WILL BE BURIED.This was the response I have received from an NHS professional. She said this while looking and smiling down at me in the most rude, belittling way!Given the environment I was in, a GP surgery, it was shocking, frightening, shattering, disheartening.If this is the kind of NHS professional I have clapped and cheered for during lockdowns, I regret doing so.I hope management will take a deep, close look into this ladys behaviour because clearly it is not acceptable, to say the least.

I don t recommend here at all. I went for my blood test and I have needle phobia. The nurse didn t consider my fear and take it too long to do the process. He was tapping on my vessel for such a long time although my vessels are always clearly under the skin. He made it too long and stressful that I couldn t do it finally.

Terrible management of repeat prescriptions. I had to go into Boots Waterloo station pharmacy 3 separate times to retrieve my medication prescription and each time I went to collect my prescription it had been sent to a different Boots pharmacy. I’ve had 2 days now without my medication because of this human error. I am suffering withdrawal effect because staff can’t or don’t know how to process locations of prescriptions. This is very dangerous practise messing around with patients mental health.This will go further

I have been with this practice since 2014 and saw an amazing improvement in both their care and patient management services. They are incredibly fast in replying to requests and any issues are quickly solved. Reception is helpful and friendly! I very much recommend this practice.

Unfortunately I cant remember the name of the GP whom i spoke to, but she did have an Irish accent on the phone. I had a same day evening appointment after submitting a consultation request a couple hours before the phone call. She was very polite and competent. She had knowledge of CFS and had looked into it in her own time to better understand it. She had read what I had written so I did not have to repeat myself. Easy to speak to and patient.
