Tasteful furniture and helpful staff. Always advisable to look at the real thing before you buy online. We went to check out a table with a carved wooden base that turned out to be plastic. Disappointed the obliging assistant when we walked out, but really, they should sort out their website descriptions...

Beautiful items. Quality on some items is better than others. They could improve after-sales service - we bought a lamp that unfortunately broke and they had no recommendation for repair and were really unhelpful.

Great range of colours and fabrics in lampshades and soft furnishings. Also well made furniture and mirrors.

Great service and happy with the table design I purchased but the Colour of the table is not at all as it looked online. Described as oak and looks like it online but in real life it is almost a grey-black Colour. Disappointing as we will now need to strip and treat the table.

A great interior design shop! Worth the visit

The customer service is dreadful. I love the stuff in the shop but I think I would be more comfortable dealing with robots rather than having to put up with the condescending attitude of the staff in the shop. I had the misfortune to come across someone called Lola - full of attitude !!!

I am utterly disgusted with the way I have been treated by OKA customer services.As a long-standing OKA fan my whole house is full of the quality OKA furniture that has stood the test of time. Sadly now customer services are withholding the independent report results on my sub-standard OKA sofa. The independent assessor was in agreement with me that the sofa quality is bad, and yet OKA says the findings are that there ‘is nothing wrong with it’ .The quality of the products OKA are now producing is sub-standard to that of IKEA and yet OKA still want to command the quality price tag. I will never buy another product from them as they are not holding their hands up to do the right thing and repair a product that is nowhere near the quality that they USED to be renowned for and which are no longer part of their product portfolio.

I have ordered from OKA several times. I live in US and daughter lives in London. Annabelle has always helped me with purchases and follow up. I can only say good things about shopping at OKA. Love the merchandise and the assistance I have always received.

Customer service at this shop is a appalling. You are treated as if you are bothering them. It is a shame as they have really beautiful stuff. I can see that many people have complained about the same thing and I am amazed that they have not done anything about it yet! try India Jane instead... Similar in terms of design but they treat their customer with respect!

Terrible experience. Ordered multiple items online and one took weeks to arrive, and one never did. I complained to customer services and weeks later still no replacement or refund, despite them telling me they would dispatch a new one. And it was for our wedding... What a disappointment. Would never use again.

I’ve always loved the shop, to the extent I made one of my wedding lists at Oka. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service and customer care I’ve received. Speaking to different people at the shop and at customer service, being promised e-mails and phone calls and never hearing back from them. Oka can’t allocate the money my friends and family gave me as wedding presents. I’m left having to pay for things out of pocket and a justification that the shop and the wedding list team don’t work together despite me doing the wedding list at the shop to begin with. If I were the owner I’d be embarrassed with how my team handles my customers.

Went to oka 1 month ago and I was with a lovely lady called Lola she did a great order would totally recommend.

Very nice rolls and also a good menu for hot dishes like fried chicken and lamb rack. Dragon roll and jalapeño roll are very tasty.

The faux flowers there are of superior quality so is the flower specialist Hazel, she puts together first class arrangements.

Saw so many lovely things and the staff were so helpful.

The delivery service that you use is unresponsive slow and doesnt communicate. We have had a problem with two products ordered in June . Planned delivery was late one item was faulty and one item missing. OKA customer service not able to do anything apart from sympathise . I see from other comments that many customers have had the same issues - why is a company offering luxury products using such a rubbish delivery service - is your profit margin so narrow that you cant use a more effective courier!

There are many high-quality artificial flowers that you wont see in Japan. There are many Christmas ornaments and fashionable miscellaneous goods, but furniture is expensive. You can feel great whenever you go.

It has beautiful things. You can spend hours watching. There is a Spanish girl working there, in case anyone has problems with English. It is expensive. It has very well made artificial flowers.
