Good food. Excellent service. The staff made an honest mistake with our order but were really nice about it. They also gave us a slice of cheesecake as their apology!

I highly recommend this place, the food is amazing, had a glass of prosecco that was also fantastic and the staff are lovely.

Our first ever lobster experience and wasnt sure that it will meet our expectations. But I have to say that we were blown away with the service right from the start and to end. Lobster was great and oysters were also very tasty. If you really want to have good time and experience then this is the place. Bill for 2 could reach upto £100. But you will buy regret..

I think this particular branch is losing a bit of the usual B&L spark that the other restaurants have sadly. The food was fine but the staff are inattentive (had to ask for water about 3 times as the french waitress kept forgetting and she also could barely understand us/take our order which is pretty bad for this kind of establishment or price point). When your bill is over £200 for 4 you really expect better service...

Our experience at burger and lobster yesterday was AMAZING. My first time going as my boyfriend has been before and loved it and so I surprised him for his birthday. When we arrived we was taken to our table & we saw an empty booth and asked to sit there- the waiter Melo came back and said let me see if you can sit there, I had also mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday. He came back and said as it’s a saturday we can’t move to a booth but can move to the corner which was another table for 2 which we was more than happy to sit at. Once we settled and our waitress Tanita ( who was also great)served us and brought over our drinks- Melo came back and said I have moved a few things around and you can sit at a booth as part of my boyfriends birthday surprise! The fact he went out of his way to seat us comfortably and was so kind to us, really made our evening special. The food was so TASTY! DELICIOUS!! So 10/10 for the food, drinks & service - I could not fault this amazing restaurant (Oxford Circus) After we ate Melo arranged a cake and a sing song for my boyfriends birthday and that was super special.Thank you to all the team at Burger & Lobster Oxford circus you are amazing and we will be back again soon!:)

This was my first time at Burger & Lobster, we ordered the combo shared meal which comes with one burger, one sub roll, one full lobster and 4 fries which came to £60 plus tip. The meal portions were sufficient enough to get us 80% full. The lobster sub roll was fantastic, 10/10, featuring a very unique taste with a delicious butter toasted bread. The grilled lobster I would say was 8/10, as it came out slightly chewy than what I’ve had before elsewhere, but nevertheless the garlic dip was a delicious addition to the meal. The burger on the other hand was very average, 5/10, I struggled to pick up any unique taste within the burger, the bread looked fancy but didn’t contribute much to the taste, and the meat almost felt like it was steamed instead of grilled, even though we asked for crisp from the outside and medium from within. Overall the meal was enjoyable, and I would come back but I won’t order the burger. Fantastic service even in the tough times of COVID.

The original £20 lobster offering is back but only weekdays 12-4. If you can get to one of the various locations scattered around the city for their lunchtime offering...then it really is good value for money.

We love B&L and this venue was not an exception — we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The service was great too! Highly recommend 👍

We really enjoyed our lobster in the nice atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful (for the less lobster-experienced people out there). The butternut squash salad though did not live up to it’s hype. Wish we’d ordered anothe lobster instead. Would go there again after all.

Great lobsters not too happening with the burger though. They have 3 branches and we were in the one near Oxford Street. They have one of the best truffle fries I had... Crispy outside with a soft center with an explosion of truffle flavour. Lobster was grilled to perfection. The meat was super bouncy like any good lobster should be. Wit a little coaxing it came out of its shell in great big pieces.

Amazing quality for a relatively low price. We had burgers and a huge lobster to share and it was awesome! Their special Old Fashioned was one of the best ones Ive had so its a recommendation if youre into that.It wasnt super crowded so it was easy to have a normal conversation without shouting which was good since we went out with colleagues.Try this out even if its just for the Old Fashioned 😉

I had the combo with half lobster and a burger. The burger had no flavour what so ever. The mocktails were amazing! Staff were friendly.

Goody crunchy lobster boys as usual for the BL. Tanks looked a bit pongy. This branch has a really interesting old mosaic floor. Seating too sticky basic for my liking, need something a bit more plush in the sombre room.

I love this place. The best lobster roll I have ever had in my life. Now the meal doesn’t come with salad and fries anymore but they are still available as side dishes. This time I had the opportunity to try theirs Gin and Tonic, which is homemade. I wish they were selling it in other places because is really amazing. The service was great and super fast.

Absolutely delicious dishes and great lobsters!!! Love the atmosphere and relatively less crowded dining environment. Servers are attentive and full of passion and smile on their faces.

Visit during off-peak hour, not very crowded, try late lunch rather than dinner. Loster Roll👍with luscious lobster meat & tasty dressing. A good deal on lunch price😍🦞half lobster is a must!🤤

I had a great lunch here. I really loved their blackberry lemonade and the lobster roll. My only con of the evening was that we ordered one of the larger lobsters but the flesh in the lobster had shrunk quite a bit after being cooked. To be fair 2 extra small lobsters were cooked for us to make up for it but it just felt like the amount of lobster we got didnt equal what we paid for. Apart from that I would still dine here, the food is tasty, the lobsters are fresh, and the overall look of the restaurant adds a comfortable feel.

Every thing we order from the menu is nice, however, we always prefer to go back and order the original lobster roll, it is really special. It is a shame they used to offer chips and salad as a side with the lobster roll, now you have to order them separately!

Had great lobster at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and great service . I was impressed by the size of the fresh lobster. I recommend the Oxford circus special .

If you like lobsters, then you have to try at least once in your lifetime! Id go for poached over grilled as it is easier to pull the meat out and tastes fresher and juicier!

Sat at the bar and had the original lobster roll. Great food and service. The bartenders were great waitstaff. The restaurant has a nice design with lots of tables and bar stools for the solo or couple travelers. It is hidden on an off street but worth it.

Always love burger and lobster. Now they have menus!!! Weird. Anyway, change your order to sweet potato fries. Worth the £2. I was quite disappointed this time cos my lobster came out in pieces, not as one whole, which means its overcooked or its not fresh. Also, I was charged for extra garlic butter sauce and Im fine paying for it but they should at least tell you its chargeable when I get it for free at every other B&L. PS. Prices have increased so dont expect a £20 lobster anymore.... I just paid £43.30 for a drink and the lobster.

Im used to eat lobsters and those were not that tasty. I was so disapointed even more with the price. Everything is too expensive and it just works by his own reputation. If you really like lobster dont come here.

Great food and service reasonably priced. had a good time. Bad points, the wait for a table was too long even though there were 5 tables available and the irony is that the table we sat at was empty within 5 min of walking into the resturant. There was a bad seafood smell throughout the stairs leading down to the toilets but this was not noticeable in the main restaurant.

Pretty standard. Good burgers and good lobster. Great for a catchup with friends and family or possibly a date. Drinks are good too

We ordered two portions for three people and still had food left! I know it’s a very famous place among tourists but it was worth going for their lobster roll...it was really good!

Amazing experience here. Went for the half lobster half burger option (£36) and it was incredibly filling - the grilled lobster was amazing and the burger was juicy! We also got £5 mocktails and calamari. The service was very speedy and waiters were friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing. Expensive but lobsters are alive and brought in all the way from Canada. You can ask them to show you the lobster alive before they cook it for you. If you wanna come here for a special occasion involving lobster, really worth it.

Used to be great... but now its another chain. I felt like a milkshake with my burger, but something that so regularly accompanies that meal wasnt on the menu.

Lobster roll and mushroom burger were okayish, but my favourite had to be the beef and lobster burger! must try

Okej prices. Unfortunately a little bit noisy. Choose to switch the fries to sweet-potato fries but got both. Over all solid burgers, could have been a bit more rare.
