A pleasant breakfast brunch with work colleagues. This venue wasn’t our first choice but as our booking at The Ivy Cafe Marylebone was cancelled due to a gas problem in the kitchen, we were taken here.A lovely choice, great food, very tasty and filling. I could eat this every day! Yum.

Expensive, nearly excellent, but ultimately fails at the essentials.Slow service; starter forgotten, first food took 95 minutes.Inconsistent; starter forgotten, drinks forgotten, generally inattentive through understaffing.Food; hits and misses. Artichoke and buratta a hit, duck rillette a total miss. Lamb hit, burger Miss.The bill; extra bottle of wine added we didn’t drink.

I absolutely loved this space . The wine was amazing and all natural, the staff is so welcoming . Coming back here again ! I’m obsessed 10000/10

Medium-rare (swipe right to see the cut) - juicy, well seasoned. Pure perfection!.🦀CRAB SALAD - crab is my new seafood favourite and it was combined very well with the mango & avocado puree 🥭🥑.HUMMUS & PITA BREAD - freshly made pita with some paprika flavoured hummus..Selection of ICE-CREAMS and SORBETS 🍦🍨.Strawberry TARTELETTE with vanilla creme patissiere - cherry on top to the perfect lunch 🍓.Bottle of Chateau de Candie Viognier - restaurant’s own produce from the French Alps 🍾.The whole experience was just perfect. From the service to the food and drinks, I was in seventh heaven.Regarding the COVID measures: all the staff were wearing masks, sanitiser at the entrance and near toilets. Most of the tables nicely spread out with outside seating available..Verdict: I can highly recommend for any occasion - you won’t be disappointed! ☺️

This place is really amazing!I went we a couple of friends last night and the service was absolutely fantastic!They had some technical issues with the kitchen, but the manager of the place was ready to suggest alternative plates that we really enjoyed along with some really great wine. The service was fast, professional and they managed to accommodate all our requests.I will definitely be back soon!

Such a lovely place for a relaxed glass of wine or cocktails. We had food with our drinks as well. The Thai Salad was absolutely delicious with just the right amount of coriander topped off with grapefruit for acidity. As soon as the food arrived we also had the cutest guest at our table trying to convince us to give him/her some goodies. I suspect it’s the dog of the owner. Overall a great place to wine and dine. Would recommend.

Ive been to plenty of wine tastings but none like the Winemakers Afternoon Tea... Book it straight away! The head sommelier, Jules, made us feel like he was genuinely happy that we were there sharing the experience with him. He made sure our dietary requirements were catered to even though we mentioned them at the last minute. The food and wine pairings were excellent, each one came with explanations and even some stories from Jules. It was truly a great experience well worth the money. I cant wait for the next wine event at 28-50!

Staying in a hotel round the corner. Myself and my partner popped out and found this little gem. The cocktails were amazing, stay clear of the long Island ice teas and they blow your head off.Top night

The wine list is superb. The service is great.The food is average and very over priced.I absolutely love steak and was shocked to be presented with a fillet that looked like a rump (especially at £28.50 for 225 grams - more expensive than any reputable steak house). The pepper corn sauce was more gravy with a few bits of pepper corn. No options of sides, youre just given some rocket and fries by default.My friend had the polenta and was satisfied with it.I would definitely go again for the wine, but will avoid the food.

Very nice food and a good selection of wines. The wine list is quite pricey (and this isnt the Fine Wine list!) so youre paying for being in Marylebone village...

Good for wine not good for food. If you dont care about the food part why offer it? The staff was mostly floating without much of a purpose. Did not enjoy that other patrons smoked right next to the terraced outside area.

Superb! The place is cozy and spacious. The food is great with a nice serving and very well balanced taste. The choice is good as well. Highly recommend hake, it was very flavorful and the sause with seafood was so creamy but not too heavy at the same time. The service is great as well, all the personnel is friendly, fast and efficient

Staff are professional and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Had the three coarse wine paring set menu, it was nice but could have been slightly better.Would visit again in the future.

This place have it all.Fantastic food, 5 star customer service and beautiful decor.I came here for breakfast and a coffee and was delighted, everyone is very friendly and nothing felt like too much.

Nice restaurant and wine bar. I had the burger as I was curious to how a 18GBP burger would taste as the waiter really said it was great. Decided to go with the burger as I had enough fish and other English dishes over the week. Well, I was not blown away by the burger as the meat was a bit over cooked. I have had better for less.

Dreadful service, no attention by staff to our needs and requirements. They then attempted to overcharge us for wine, presenting the bill for 4 bottles when only 2 bottles ordered. Despite this they tried again with the revised bill, this time for 3 bottles! Needed 3 attempts to get the correct bill for 2 bottles wine. Appalling behaviour!

Great decor, food & wines. Or coffee and a starter. Bright, airy, huge doors open onto outside tables. Service fab too. Very chic but welcoming too.

Ooooh how can I not leave a review for this place! Its a special place for me, my favorite in London, has great wine thats truly irresistible. Waiters are very knowledgeable about wine and can accurately describe the taste that exactly suits our need. Lovely atmosphere thats perfect for conversation accompanied by great food and wine. Im very much biased towards this restaurant and will stay biased.❤️❤️

Was there for lunch with 4 friends. We chose the set menu of 3 courses plus a TINY glass of wine per course. Service was good but the food was a bit bland and lacking in taste. Disappointed as in a lovely part of town.

Had a great meal here, got a set course with matching wine, they explained the wine and the course, clearly there were getting a bit busy towards the end as they didn’t explain the final wine and took us a while to get it with our dessertBut is highly recommend

Nothing special. Boring food. Very modest service.

Overall fairly lacklustre food - nice ambience and service but the food needs improvement.For instance the artichoke tempura seemed bitter like the oil wasn’t very good.Pea soup was decent but uneventful, salmon ceviche didn’t have the typical ceviche tartness, and the cod with curried cauliflower purée was too mild.Oh and the crab salad was also bland, needed a lot of citrus and seasoning.

Cozy place with good food. Why we had to choose meal for a group of 5 people when booking when the restaurant was almost empty was just strange though.

This is a cool place. Well decorated and great wine selection. It’s a great spot for work lunches and a quick meet up. The staff are the best part of this place, everyone was friendly and helpful, sometimes that personal, friendly touch is missing in places this central.

Nice concept and venue for exploring wines. Good ambience. Selection is varied but also limited. This is realistic given the breadth and depth of wines! A juggling act that was fairly well done. Pleasantly subdued lighting made reading the wine list hard but staff were great, the Sommelier in particular. Nibbles and variously sized snacks make a good accompaniment! Enjoyed it.

Fabulous food and service. Made our anniversary celebration very special. Cant wait to go again with friends post CV19.

I really like this place! The ambiance is nice, staff is super friendly and it’s a nice place to have a glass or two in a cosy environment after work. The best wines are much more expensive than the usual wine list. They should consider more organic wines and more independent winemakers, which would make the place so much better! Happy to help anytime!

High end wine bar with decent selection of bar snacks if you dont want a full meal

I suggest you visit it once. Then youll love it. I had visited this beautiful restaurant with my partner and some friends last month and from that day I went twice. Warm place with wine varieties that you do not know what to choose. Fresh and tasty food. The bread the kneading that day. Fresh seafood choices. Worth!!!

Outstanding food and service

Admittedly after a long day, we decided to have a bottle of plonk here and recover from a day of shopping in Piccadilly. Lovely spot in the sun outside, great bottle of wine and reasonably priced. The waitress was very helpful and well be back.

I rarely start a review on service but I think its right here. Every server was absolutely on it. They covered their section but if they walked past you and it wasnt their section they would help if you looked in need. Plus, the food was outstanding and the wine selection was strong and reasonably priced. Top venue.

I stopped there for lunch. The food was great - cooked perfect - from the bread and butter, through your choice of wine and the meal itself. Great service - quite and efficient, as i like it. Recommended for business lunch, cant say how is it in the evening.

Great seafood and wine selection. You can sit outside on the pavement although the road is not that busy, or inside in a contemporary and modern area.If you really want an experience ask for the seafood platter for 2-3 people. We had seafood platter and fish starters and main courses and all we’re excellent.The desserts are limited but excellent and the mint and lime sorbet is an absolutely a winner. A mouth full of outstanding labour and refreshing.Staff professional attentive and helpful while still not getting in the way. Overall what you would expect from a great restaurant.

A few tables outside on a quiet road. Later opening hours than most of the pubs. Great way to finish the evening after a nice meal

Surprisingly tasty and carefully cooked fish on the set menu. Casual but elegant environment with great service. Sufficient range in the wine list and overall not overpriced at all.

I came for one glass of wine with my friend - we end up staying there for 5 hours! i think this is says everything... what a great place... The wines are superb!

The excellent wine, which you can choose in convenient sizes from a small glass upwards is the main draw here. The food is pleasant and unpretentious - I had a very good fish pie - but its not a huge menu and its not trying to be a gastro destination.

Terrible service. We waited 5 mins at the table and had to ask to be served as no one was paying us any attention. This was recommended as a good wine bar. Their selection of wines by the glass was mostly one or two year old wines. Not impressed.

Excellent in all respects. Food is relatively simple but high quality and well prepared, perfect complement to the wines, which are varied and delicious. Equally good for couples and for groups.

Disappointing. Service is not well thought out and the food average. Some smoked nuts ordered as nibbles while waiting for the main dishes arrived with the main course. No service staff asked why they had not been eaten or even noticed. The main lamb dish tasted OK, but was not very hot. May have been in a microwave. There are probably better places to spend £60+ on lunch.

They could make it easier for you to swing by for a lovely glass of wine at their curved bar. Even if the place is half empty, the host/ess and bar will still try mild intimidation tactics. While the wines seem carefully curates, I wasnt made to feel welcome so it really isnt worth it.

Nice atmosphere. Quiet enough for drinks with friends on a Friday night.
