DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR EVEN APPLY. This company targets reasonable and high credit scoring people in order to decline them and lower their rating. Wanted to use them instead of my overdraft and I have a credit score of over 900 but I was declined and now my credit score will go down.

So fast with putting the funds in your account, would recommend to anyone, excellent value for money, well pleased 😀

Tried to change my payment details as my old bank account closed. Spent absolutely ages trying to sort out. Firstly website wouldn’t recognise my new payment details, then when calling customer service I went round in circles on the IVR as it didn’t recognise me. Not great for a very simple transaction

Firt time i have used this service, very easy and cash was in my account before i closed the web page, also offered more than i wanted, would highly roccomend you give them a try 👍

Waste of time if youre on benefits, regardless of your income.Benefits is an option, but they wont accept, at all.I wouldnt be surprised if theyre just Wonga Loans just under a new name, and we know how bad that went.

I never set out to ruin anybodys reputation, etc, so take this as just is a critical feedback for you. . If you advise people with bad credit history to apply so enthusiastically, then you should stick to your word, otherwise it all seems hot air. Tried applying, I am in full employment with the NHS but needed emergency business money, rejected for no explanation - I only suppose its some credit check. Not for me, absolutely. I got first class service from Cash Converters, better in my opinion.( PS Ive edited the stars back to one, I realised it was much worse from past reviewers)

Avoid if possible!!!Very poor, along with their sister company Lending Stream.Needed £150 cash for an emergency repair and paid it off the next month.Not that they want tbh! They want you to pay each month at what ever rate which amounts to double??!!If you pay your loan offin full within a few days, they dont want you as a customer!Tried to delete my details/Close my account but cant, as they will sell your name to other loan companies!

Worst thing i ever did! Stay away! Came up as a personal loans and you make a monthly payments and it never does down jus manages to go up. Its not a loan more like a payday loan undercover, shocked this was available on a credit report as a loan consolidation option.

Awful company. Due to Covid-19 I have issues making payment which I called weeks ago to resolve, but could not get through and was told in a voice mail to contact them via email. So sent them a message advising this. I got no reply at part from an auto response. Called again a few days later and same thing. So sent another message and included the original message. Meanwhile I kept getting emails advising I had missed payments. Got a default letter today and called and met with same response. No one it taking calls nor answering any messages. Shocking in light of what is happening around the world.

What an absolute joke this company is.No contact, no assistance, no response to complaints and absolutely zero customer service.Telling me i havent paid when i have.My automatic payment failing due to any error on their part and no solution offered apart from impacting my credit file.What a mistake to use this company, one i wont be making again.

Ask back in march for holiday break got told they only did 1 month so applied that then they still took the money and when i tried to call them got a auto message to email them after no reply after a month i started getting emails from them saying missed payments so again tried to contact with email and phone and again NO REPLY so in may got in touch with step change to deal with it and they havent had a reply and up untill 10th August iv been getting 3 emails a week saying missed payment pay up or debt company will be involved to witch i started to reply FXXX YXX and still no reply untill 16th augues where CRS debts sent me a email for £980 when step change have got £715 on their system for it so got on phone to them and all they had to say is we recived it from drafty at 10pm on the 14th August WORST COMPANY EVER NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN

I am another one to be effected due to credit line cut backs by Drafty!Drafty clames, reducing credit limit is being a responsible lender i differ and would have appreciated it more if they posted that they are looking after their own intrest!I like to ask everyone to clear all positive reviews posted in the past for now!

Dont do it its supper strange I applied for a small amount it was all good then it asked me to call them once I called them they advised me that they cannot proceed with application over phone and yet they have all my details bank details etc super fishy

I wish I could give half Star, and that was because I got the loan. But everything changed after that, got told it was about 49.9 APR, but it wasnt so, it was 89.99, absolute vultures. Been trying to pay off my account and cancel it, but to no avail, tried paying it off on the app, call then, voicemail saying because if the pandemic, the customer services is really busy.... Busy in what way, when they all can work from home, banks are open, why cant you.... Send over 3 emails, still no reply, only to see the interest keep going up, only thing to do is cancel them through my bank but then that will mess your credit score up! TRUE DEFINITION OF A LOAN SHARK, DRAFTY!!!!!

My Account was suspended for no apparent reason. All I was told is to wait 3-5 business day before I can access my money again. 5 business days have passed and I am still none the wise in what is happening. I was informed that this is happening to thousands of Draft accounts as it was a system based error. They have breached my agreement with them so I am not happy.The concept its self is good and the app is easy to use but after this I will be looking else where, which is a shame.

This companys behaviour is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I have never made a late payment and always paid on-time. However my account was suspended. They reduced my withdrawal amount by half without any explanation. They suspended my account and said it would take 3-5 days however its been 9 days. I have called them endlessly and they seem to give the same scripted I am very sorry we will escalate the situation. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Interest rates a far too high

Application was fast and access to cash quick but has had a very negative effect on my credit rating, they do not report accurate upto date data and this will devastate your credit rating. Had I know about these effects I would never have taken out this application.

Ridiculously high interest rates and despite a call and two emails (where they state they will reply within 2 working days, all I’ve had is a generic email over two weeks later and still no answer). Do not use, they have no interest in customers just profit.

Dont expect any help from them in this pandemic liars and bad customer service my complaint is going to the financial ombudsman. There are rules set by the FCA this company are breaking them!! Stay away!!

If I could give a zero review I would! If you’re looking for a high interest loan then yes use these but if you actually believe you’re going to be given a “credit line” then you’re mistaken! My experience is they Ignore your emails for months even if you ask for updates. Give generic reply’s. Don’t sort their own mistakes and try and blame it on you. Make excuses that go against the facts and don’t follow their own procedures. Just after your money and high interest repayments. I’d recommend you avoid!

Total joke - being made redundant due to Covid 19, I am unable to make a payment, 3 emails sent, & STILL NOTHING, just an automated message telling me my credit file will be impacted.Drafty - you are a joke.

Don’t go with this company they are a con.they charge to much interest mine loan said it was going to be 49.9% interest after I got out.the con artist interest was 89.9% but is was given no information about this they give me the money then I spent to later find out it 89.9% it was a joke I was paying 50£ a month for 700£ for two years and not paying any of the loan off.joke company please don’t go with them.

Drafty Is an over Zealous Lending Platform. I inadvertently paid a wrong amount on the 28th February and then having realised I had underpaid, I paid the very small amount under paid in error on the 1st March the day after the due date. They then reported this onto the credit files as a late/missed payment on the same day I had rectified the error. This was a day after the shortfall was due and it had been paid anyway. I complained and they replied saying that they are perfectly within their rights to report a late payment. The reality is that 99% of all Companies report any late / missed payments from 15 to 30 days after the late/ missed payment only if it is still unpaid or missed. Otherwise they report the account up to date.This Company is unethical and I recommend anyone needing to rebuild their Credit file to avoid Drafty like the plague because they do not give a damn if they hurt your credit file and they seem to be wholly unrepentant in what they did to me.I am taking the whole matter to the FOS and then I will be pursuing these over zealous people for compensation for damaging my credit file.Horrible Company avoid at all costs no matter how desperate you are!

Do not use this company. They suspended my account without any warning and apparently they do not have to give you a reason they just say it was due to internal controls.

Dont do it. They are unethical. They target people with bad credit and charge extortionate fees. You will never be able to pay this loan off if you pay monthly.
