Facilities are totally unacceptable, not worth for the price of the classes... some studios too small, others too old, floors worn out and walls not painted in centuries! The toilets... just see the pictures!!! Its a shame because the teachers (I tried salsa) are great, kind and fun, and location perfect. But the place needs a serious renovation, if they want to keep charging those prices. They say they have refurbished most of the building, but they didnt open that side because the social distancing! (what social distancing, dancing salsa with 8 different people in 1 hour?). But they didnt refurbish in centuries, I guess... so, put us in the new refurbished studios and toilets, or drop off the prices, because its not worth to pay 14£ (+10£ annual fee) for a class in such a terrible place!

I started Enora’s Silver Swan’s class earlier this year. I have really enjoyed myself. Enora is a GREAT teacher. Her patience, encouragement and love of dance is outstanding and I am really looking forward to the new term and enjoying the benefits of this fun exercise!

One of the best dance studios in London. I highly recommend Christina Mittelmaiers classes for all levels and Hannah Frost for complete beginners. Lovely friendly atmosphere for people of all ages and abilities.

I had a class here today and I am shocked. The ladies changing room is literally non existent. Nowhere to put your things, no lockers, nothing. Everything is dirty and looks tired. The room where I was dancing- stuffy, lack of ventilation and any kind of air. Not to mentioned that it was overcrowded. Do not recommend.

Horrible reception area with rude staff especially the Alan Carr lookalike, place is very rundown and dirty. Timetable also not accurate. Would give 0 stars if possibleUPDATE: the building has not been refurbished, only the reception area. The receptionists at Danceworks are well known for their rudeness - inability to greet customers and unhelpful at the very best with a resentful attitude if you ask for anything, even a question. The owner of this place is off site and delusional about the standard of this place

Good location but the studios need a serious upgrade.

The class was really good and entertaining. We were 15 people but they have sanitisers at reception and in the room.

I do love this amazing danceschool!!!❤️❤️❤️I just finished my 5week mentoring program in ballet and contemporary dance. The teachers are amazing. They know exactly how to push you to become a better dancer. The people are very kind and taking care of everyone. I did have an experience of my lifetime and I will always be thankful for what Danceworks did for me!🥰

I was really fortunate to find this place. The staff are super nice and kind.My favourite teacher here is Zina, because she really cares about improving the skills of her student and adopt the Russian Vaganova approach. (I believe so).With her instruction, within 3 month I found my techniques significantly improved and I attend 2 times per week.I have tremendous respect for her and look forward to dance to the best level possible under her training.

I began going to classes in August and started with beginner ballet. All three beginner ballet teachers are excellent, each offering something special. I was then encouraged to try something different and went along to Stuarts Stretch for Dancers last week. It was amazing - much more vigorous than I anticipated - but I got a lot out of it. Hes a nice guy as well as being an inspiring teacher. I will definitely keep up both the ballet and the dynamic stretch.

Dancing is my favorite way to take off the pressure after a hard day at work, so I was constantly searching for a good and not very expensive dance studio near my job. I can finally say I found it. For me, Danceworks is a pleasant, clean studio where people from all ages go to have fun and keep fit.

I had the most lovely experience at Danceworks. I met fabulous teachers who encouraged me and helped me grow. In addition, the facilities were beautiful and spacious enough to dance in. Im so happy I found this establishment.

Danceworks is the place to be if you are looking for to discover the world of dance from professional ballet to Flamenco - there is everything of everyone!I had the great opportunity to get to work with a lovely team at danceworks. I am definitely coming back.

I have been going here for dance classes for a few years now. You can either pay per entry, and then pay as you go per class, or they also do a good bargain annual membership (£99) in January (entry fee) that is worth getting if you visit regularly. Studios 10 and 11 are the bigger and more spacious studios, I find the ones upstairs a bit small and some are slightly rundown. There is a lounge area downstairs that you can use to stretch and chill out before/in between classes. Changing rooms and shower facilities also pretty decent.

Very skilled and mostly kind teachers. Friendly staff at reception.Although some people in class can get competitive in an unprofessional/ ill manner.

Fantastic dance studio! The studio is spacious, bright and has a wall of mirrors. I attend the flamenco classes and it is so much fun. The instructor is great, true professional who tries to keep an average level so more advanced and the newest members can dance together.

Fantastic! Our daughter attended a couple classes while were there on vacation and had a tremendous experience. (She has completed the RAD program with distinction and is accustomed to hard work and excellent instruction) Highly recommend Danceworks.

Great dance studio. Its right in the centre and has a great transportation link. The facility is very great and staff are all supportive and kind. Get there early to secure your place in popular class like Hagit contemporary jazz class!

Friendly and professional service

Its an amazing and very versatile place to excersise and improve on ones self. The facilities are great, providing toilets, showers, changing rooms, space to stretch before class, a bar for healthy snacks and drinks, multiple studios with large mirrors and bars. Very independent.

Stuart’s contemporary class is good fun.

I am taking salsa classes with my wife and even though at first I didn’t want to go, I find it as a great activity that easily removes your stress. And we have a lot of fun there dancing together like a couple of teenagers.

Classes are varied but the prices for lessons are quite big and teachers not quite the best for Ballroom.

Great place to dance, really fun and lovely staff.

The worst studios with regards to customer service. We had a medical emergency and were admitted in hospital. Called more than 24hrs in advance asking to move the booking of the mini studio. Not only they didnt care but they were very rude. All future booking cancelled. I would advise management to work on their customer services before its too late.

Danceworks has great facilities and very friendly staff. A great location for one of the best Shorinji Kempo Dojos in the World! Sensei Mizuno 8th Dan teaches there. Well worth visiting. A real must.
