Primark still giving us amazing outfits on a budget with long queue at the till; approximately a 10-15 minute wait before checkout.Female clothing go up to a size 20/22.

Pretty poor to be honest, not only do they open 30 minutes before advertised for browsing but in no way advertise that through the Westfield site, their own or Google but for a huge clothing store there was absolutely nothing for Halloween or even Halloween themed for men women or kids and theres 1 week until the holiday! But they do have Christmas stock coming in, sort it out Primark head office.

Very long queue for the till, but it moved pretty fast. Got a lovely, black rucksack, very pleased with it.

Great store with a fabulous location shame about the staff, managers seems they cant cope with the young unruly staff members who literally stood watched the mess telling the managers can they leave!Then there was other staff who played hide n seek! Then there was others who had family members come down to give them the low down about the family gossip etc! None was professional, another who kept walking into me without looking twice! No apology! And this is why you go to the lakeside branch. Couldnt find what I needed or was looking for. The entire store is a mess!

I dont shop much from here, but I do like to say primark have the most comfiest tights and have improved on their quality of their clothing and nice to see they cater for the modest department also.

Neat and tidy shop. Able to try on and take as many clothes into changing room which is great. However they should allow you to take the bag in with you as having to carry all the bits in hand is a bit much.

Wonderful section for females. Male section not so fruitful. Size wasnt available for one of the products I wanted to buy. Overall experience was good.

I went really early in the morning. Nice and easy. Not busy at all.

Like this Primark. Has a large space and the areas are well divided with boys and men on the ground floor and girls, women and house on the upper floor. The queues are usually long but move quite quick, so no long waiting at all. Staff is always helpful and very nice.

Who said Affordable has to be boring and dull. Primark is an excellent place to shop for clothing. Their till service is super fast. They are never short on till staff.

Worst Collection.. even the shop was dirty . Clothes were on the floor.. it was my worst experience

Went to buy some summer bits as soon as the store was open. Nice and clean and staff that I spoke to was polite. The queue to pay was extra long, but went down very quickly. I have no complaints.

Clothes for all the family. Nice styles and cheap prices. Quality is good too.

A big store with the whole range available. Can get very busy at peak times and the mens floor is always boiling hot for some reason.

Hi there, on Monday I lost my backpack, I dropped it to try on a jacket and left it forgotten, when I realized that I had lost it I no longer remembered where I left it, I want to thank the security service and all its staff who helped me look for it and they showed me their concern, today I returned to ask if they knew anything new about it and I was pleasantly surprised that they had found it and it was all inside. Nothing was missing. Thank you all very much, excellent service.

One of the best primarks however for the amount of foot traffic theres an inadequate amount of staff serving the tills, ended up putting everything down when I saw how long the queue was.

A great variety of clothing for men, women and children of all ages are sold at very reasonable prices, in an organised manner.Peacefully welcomes all the diverse people families and children of the world.Very close to TfL buses (Routes:101, 104, 238, 325 ) and East Ham Underground 🚆 Train station ., Many supermarkets, banks, Poundland, etc.

Good selection of clothing & fitting rooms were open, despite the current coronavirus situation. I was able to buy what I went in for and at a very reasonable price. The fella working at the fitting rooms was a freindly and approachable sort, which was good to see. Service area was busy but with a lot of tills on the go, it was fast to checkout. Would highly recommend this particular Primark store.

Used to buy many of my clothes here. Have at some unknown stage changed their policies and now have non existent customer care. They are only interested in your money no matter how they dress it upo, no respect or care for customers, they just want to manipulate them.

Place was packed but clothes were actually arranged well. It was quick in the till although there were only a few open.

Much improved spacing in counters and better selection of products than before

They were monitoring how many people are going in and out of the shop which was good, meant the store wasnt packed like before lock down. The tills were moving quickly which is always a good thing. I did take notice many of the clothes were on the wrong size hangers

If Primark has to beg charity money for kids football, in England, we are greatly economically screwed beyond understanding.

Love it. Been going here for years. Cant complain..its always busy and always a que to pay but what you gona do..its like that in evry primarks, but the staff are always trying there best to tidy up and help customers

Primark in Westfield Stratford is Penny good have have have a good range of clothing for women men and children good friend got him to have a good t-shirt because he likes pro wrestling The Rock I and his girlfriendLike the makeup bags but only thing would let down was the long queues and we didnt stay long because it was getting bit warm in the shop and it was quite busy see very busy but we will go to Westfield again Primark

Its crazy busy inside, youd think the only reason people come to Westfield is to shop here... And Im not surprised because clothes are cheap here. quality of clothes would also need to be considered. After a few washes the shape / colour may not be the same as when it was brand new.They have lots and lots of clothes. Floors of it.. long queues to pay for clothes too (something that puts me off going There even during off peak times). Todays queue moved quite fast. I counted 15 open tills on the kids floor.As with all other stores they have in / out system but inside there was no social distancing ( I dont think its possible with that many people going in).Got what I needed and left tired...

Busy as hell alway. Use tills on women’s section much quicker

Affordable outfits. I remembered they used to have better quality materials though.

The time i went it was not too busy, however customers had knocked goods onto the floor, which seemed to be there for a while.I did notice groups of staff standing chatting for quite a while. Almost felt bad for interrupting their conversation to ask a question.There was plenty of stock, even though they did not have what I was looking forThe cash desk area moved quickly, which is always a bonus.

Primark is so the good if u find the right clothes with good sewing. Dont go to the makeup section. One time I bought a foundation to try it out and it caused my face to become blotchy and red. Not very good.

Fantastic as usual, but I did go in Primark last week in Hastings it hasnt changed but just a little more expensive.

Primani is exactly as youd expect but Id recommend either as the doors are opening or just before closing. Despite all 20 or so tills being open the ques dominated the centre isles all the way around the shop

Not a huge primark but have a range of everything. Queue was big mid morning, mid week, but they handled it well and was only around 5-10 mins.

Staff on shop floor attentive and friendly, however with the number of people in the store either not wearing a mask or not wearing one properly, you would think that Covid did not exist.Cashier very friendly and cheerful, products very reasonably priced, and quality appears to be okay.
