Wanna escape out and spend few days outside, this property is good. Not huge, but the stay makes it best, not expensive as well.Moreover, dont go outside for food. The in-house kitchen is the best. I loved the food over here.

Decent accomodation, helpful staff. Dont expect any extravagance. Its a place for your to park at night and have a good nights sleep. Food arrangements can be better. But they are more than happy to arrange any type of meal from near by restaurants. All in all for the price, its a decent experience. We did not expect much. Went in a group of 10 and had a lot of fun.

If you are looking for a quite and serene holiday, then definitely visit this place. The rooms are affordable and clean. The best part of the experience will be the staff, they are so polite and kind. The food is really tasty, although fewer options. Not many places to go around nearby, but its convenient, considering it is right by the highway. Great experience! Overall, loved it!

There was no electricity.. the flush didn’t work! The AC was not working. I couldn’t do work from home due to electricity problem. There were no towels/napkins in the room. The deluxe room wasn’t nice at all.. It wasn’t a pleasant stay!

The room was clean, service great and location easily accessible. The complementary breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. They do take food orders and the quantity is good and tasty and yes, the tea is really good here.

It was one of best experience i had specially the Manager is Kind and Friendly and Helpful. The room service staff is nice. Swimming pool has its own vibes. Overall a best place to stay.

Good hotel good staff some small maintenance issue but they are able to sort it. Indian food is good but quality needs to be improved... like they dont use butter they use margarine... why to do such small quality mishandlings..

Treebo Trend Five Elements : Terrible HygieneThe hotel looked really nice online. The exterior was also good.The issue was inside the room, the bed covers were dirty. It easily came out while resting so we got to see the mattress, it had some red stains on it. It clearly did not look hygienic.The room did not have any soap or body wash. In fact, there were used bottles of body wash and hand wash which felt were more communal.The bathroom was top notch. However, the bathroom window had one glass tile missing. More importantly, I think there was a garbage dumping ground around, the place had a very fowl smell which made it difficult to use the loo.Almost gave just one star but adding another only for the food. The food here was good. There werent any service staff members. Again even here, hygiene was a big concern, since everyone put their hands into the bread packet and removed slices.0 for hygiene3 for food2 for service1.5 for the overall experience.

Loved the stay here, must visit..I would suggest a stay only at Deluxe or Suit rooms due to room size - Classic rooms are quite small for 2 persons, we had to upgrade after booking classic room. Deluxe rooms are pool facing and gives you a balcony as well while this is not available with other 2

Worst experience ever.. no handle on main door & washroom..One guest room is connected to other guest room.. from the other side someone kept trying to open the door even after complaining hotel is least bother...

Nice hotel for calm enjoying stay especially with family. The staff was really courteous and the food was really good. Location is far away from Lonavala view points but its in good location there close to highway and Karla caves. Would highly recommend for those travelling to Lonavala with family.

Beautiful place, but please travel only if you have your own vehicle.My In-Laws visited this place using UBER Cab Service, and enjoyed their stay. But while returning Mumbai, due to some strike or some issues UBER CAB Drivers cancelled our 2 bookings and Treebo staff told Bet on it, UBER & OLA wont provide any service.. Request @Treebo Trend Team to keep visitors at your property informed, so that someone can plan their journey accordingly. Rest they enjoyed.

Hotel is good,staff is cooperative. But in place like Lonavla you go for leisure and you go with family then choose attach balcony room else you cant enjoy because outside no place for seating or enjoying time together. Else room are clean . Breakfast was okay not so great . Location is good near by nice restaurants.

Hard to reach by Google Maps. Google Maps is a little crazy when in Lonavala. Best is to use local guidance, or call the guys for directions. I crossed the a toll unnecessarily, lost 60 bucks. Varshu Dhaba is the landmark for this place.Staff is very polite.

Average hotel for less budget people..Rooms should cost 1500₹ per night anything above is not worth going.Been here for 2 days..People are good staff is also good but overall you will face below problem.1. It is 4.5 km away from lonavala which means you will stay near toll plaza.2. 2700 per night is not worth 12-1500 is worth3. Standard rooms are worst, no proper maintenance4.premium rooms are Ok but door handle broken, even bathroom door doesnt have lock. Ac doesnt work it starts but you get pasina.5. Anyone reading this make a note if you have private vehicle only then book that to it should be your last option. I being a regular visiter to lonavala got stuck by fake reviews.Advice.. :- if you dont have private vehicle just dont book this place you wont find public transport.. I had my scooty so we adjusted. I generally dont write long review but if I dnt write this will be a insult to my Maharashtra..Book hotels near market area where you have everything near by.Only positive about this hotel is Staff is very polite..

This hotel is located near Lonavala. If you try to locate this hotel through Google Map, you may be get lost since the app would take you through country roads...The hotel is moderately tariffed and you expect only that quality only. The rooms are located in continuous row in ground and first floor. If you want to get a balcony, specifically select the pool facing rooms. The rooms at the other side are not having any opening/ balcony and are congested. Rooms are provided with bare minimum items like LED TV and one teapoy apart from the bed. There is no chair in the room. So if you order for food in the room, you are forced to have food sitting on the bed. A regular attached toilet/ washroom is there with no toiletries other than one wall mounted soap dispenser and one wall mounted shower gel dispenser. Fresh towels are provided in the washroom.There is a restaurant in the ground floor near the swimming pool. The complimentary breakfast is nothing great, but the Poha found to be tasty. The swimming pool is right in front of the rooms itself at one corner, which is as good as a show piece more than a swimming pool. It is very small in size with no privacy since car parking and restaurant are right next to the pool. The parking space for 4-wheelers is very much adequate.Main drawbacks of this hotel are its staff and the quality of food. Reception staffs are poorly dressed (in uniform only) personnel speaking English with Rajastani slang. They are not appropriate for manning the reception of a 3 star hotel. The owners must take care in appointing personnel who are soft spoken and at least hotel managements graduated.Another disaster was the food served in room for dinner. Food was highly priced but floating in OIL and completely tasteless. The only relief was the Poha served during breakfast.So I do not recommend this hotel for stay unless the the owners take care in improving the quality, especially of the food and staff.

We stayed here for one night as a stop over. Rooms are small and okayish. Linen cleanliness is not upto the mark. We felt they were not sanitized or changed. Drainage stink is all over the place in the property and they are trying to hide by burning incense sticks. A small makeshift dining section is being setup in margin space. Overall not worth for the money (we paid approx 3000 for the room).

I stayed in hotel for one night. I forgot my 1 set of clothes in hotel room only. I called the hotel on next day only for informing and asking them to return. The guy mentioned to do needful to return the goods.15 days are past but i am awaiting the goods to receive yet. I have made 5-6 calls at Hotel but nobody is acting on it. This is very bad customer service. However the food was good at hotel.hoping to get this resolved soon.

We stayed here for couple of days. The location is little bit away from Lonavala center area. It is quiet and peaceful. The property is well decorated with plants and greenery. There is a small pool which is best for kids.The rooms a nice and spaceous with a small balcony. We had a slight issue with the bedsheets because they didnt seem fresh. We told them to replace them the next day, which they did. And it was all good, they gave us squeaky clean sheets. What we loved most was the smiling service by all those working in that hotel. They did a great job in keeping us satisfied and happy.
