This place is a hidden gem and absolutely great value for money. The villa is clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get away from the city. The location is away from the main market so there is no vehicle noise but still a short drive away from everything. Service is prompt by the in-house care takers and the host is easily accessible and super friendly. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house and not a rented villa. We look forward to visiting soon.

The bunglows location is in natures quietness. There are balconies to enjoy the view. I loved the gardening in the verandah space in the front and the back side. Great space for playing and resting. The bunglow caretakers are helping and very kind. I look forward to going back again. 😃

To start with, this villa is located in such a quiet and peaceful environment, you would instantly fall in love with this place. Being stuck in a same routine life for past 9 months, this was a welcome break for us and we were glad we chose this one !The rooms were neat and clean, all the fittings and furniture also were of good quality. Infact, this is one of those places which look even better in person than in the photos !The best part is , there is a open area on the 1st floor between the passage and the balcony, where you can have a party without messing up any of the bedrooms !Also the caretaker is very helpful, he helped us out with the barbeque in the night and then breakfast in the morning at very reasonable rate.Would definitely recommend this place to all who are looking for an outing with family/friends at reasonable price !

In this covid times we wanted to avoid crowded and public hotels for a weekend with family and friends and found this perfect private villa for hire. Have divided my review in various imp points.Connectivity - 10 mins drive from Mumbai Pune highway and well connected by concrete road.Living space- Its a spacious 3 master Bedroom villa with a kitchen common bathroom, garden and terrace.Cleanliness- The Villa is very clean and well maintained. Furniture, bathroom fixtures and lightings are of good quality. Beds, bedsheets, pillows were clean and comfortable.Kitchen - Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, gas connections, utensils which is really helpful if you are travelling with kidsFacilities- 42 inch smart tv (well that was a surprise), speaker system, AC in all the bedrooms and hall, wifi, 24 hrs hot and cold water, parking in the villa itself, on demand cook and maids.

Beautiful bungalow with well designed spaces for different activities. The front and back sides of the bungalow both have a cool verandah space with a well maintained lawn to spend different hours of the day in shade.

The property is indeed nice and spacious, has garden area for kids to play around. However our experience over here was not very great. We were 3 families with 4 kids who visited the property recently to celebrate Christmas. And following is our experience right from the time we checked in- Our checkin time was 11.00 am however we reached there at 01.00 pm and this was informed to owner in advance. Even after reaching 2 hours late on the property we were made to wait there for another 1 hour as owner was doing some repairing work and his full family was there at the property. House was cleaned post our checkin even the sanitization that too very casually was done after we finally settled in our rooms.Secondly there was not even a glass of drinking water available. However we were told there will be 2 bottles each in 3 rooms. After so many follow ups and asking the care taker to get it we managed to get it by 03.30 pmNo one will expect such negligiance specially when you are vacationing with kids and expect sanitization and whatever repairs to be done atleast 3 hours before the check in time if not one day before the checkin. And santiziatiin is something that shsll not be comprimised in any case considering the current covid situation.Thirdly there is one common caretaker to take care of 6 bookings in all the villas around. Since all the bookings were full the service was totally compromised. Even after muliple followups for cleaning it was not taken care off as it was also not humanly possible for the caretaker to take care off all the 6 bookings in the villa.We had to then end up paying for every single work that we got done from d caretaker so that it is atleast taken care off even if its late.Gave 3 rating just for the property. Overall aspects and service experience does not deserve even 1 rating

It is in the best location of lonavala awesome hill view which is covered with clouds most of the time, it is having garden in the front as well as in the back yard ,one can experience amazing sun rise in the morning,the property is very net and clean,ideal for family trip and family groups,It is worth staying every time you visit lonavala

It was a end movement trip. Great hospitality.

The building is hood but very small yard so no space for any fun activities. Also hardly any amenities. They dont even provide sanitiser. No privacy, all other rooms are too close by.

During this pandemic situation we planned family picnicBooked this villa prior one week before our check in date..... Terrible cook no hygiene at all.... Female maid were better than them.... Those male cook (Chandu & his team) were very unhygienic, were drunk on the second day and silently cooking.....They would come from market bring all essentials and will not sanitize at all......Even before cooking they wont wash hands thoroughly.... Inspite of telling them. It was all patheticWill suggest not to visit this Villa.

Villa thats very close to Express Highway, in vicinity of Della Adventures, quick to Lonavala city, spacious and hygiene, awesome caretaker (Mr Raju) and lovely Lab - Jello!Perfect weekend gateway for family and friends planning to spend indoor quality time and relaxing.Recommendation: Even a small pool will make this place an ideal Villa.

Booked this private bunglow a week ago. On 10 Nov 2019.Its nicely Renovated bunglow with nice mountain 🗻 view. It has 3 Rooms(AC) and a big Hall (AC)With high-tech Music system,sony LEd Screen with Wi-Fi and blue tooth connectivity not forgetting attached kitchen as well with Cook 👨‍🍳 available throughout the day.Ample amount of parking is also available. It has a very nice private gardens in the in front and back side of bunglow where children👶👧👦 can play all the day without disturbance to others.You can buy what you want to eat and that will be prepared by Cook cum caretaker Mr Raju.We were group of 16 Family Members.And we had a great time thereI will definitely recommend this private bunglow to anyone.One Small Suggestion to the ownerKindly arrange a big Refrigerator as one kept in kitchen is tiny as per the size of property.
