Good, peaceful week end retreat, good service and food. Value for money.

This is useless propertyIts 3 bhk villa and not 5 bhkSwimming pool is just a water tank once you go inside you have to struggle to come back out and very risky for kids ...Not maintained at all ....You dont get soap shampoo toothpestOwner is cheap guy ....His staff will be after you after every meal for money and bills to be paid ....Even after teaNo drinking water ....Lot of restrictions in the name of being parsi owned property but Im doubtful that there is cheating in that too , as owner odsent seems to be parsi by any angle and behavior...

We stayed at their 3bhk bunglow. We were cheated as consumers because of their listing on booking.com and miscommunication and irresponsible behaviour of the owners Ms.Priyanka. We paid 14.5k instead of 10k and when we brought this difference of rates online and thru direct booking to the notice of the owner herself she was beating around the bush and not ready to accept her fault. She said weekend and weekday rates. when we told her we are here on a weekday she panicked. She was trying to cover up her goof ups. The guy whom we spoke to told us he is directly with the property and now the owner says she doesnt know anyone by the name of Himanshu. When we told her to call him infront of us she did not pursue it. Now she says he must be an agent who her husband must know. when we asked her to speak to her husband and find out , she again fumbled. I think these people just take undue advantage of people booking online bcoz on phone you are unable to see the person and verify facts.Please while booking be very careful.About the bunglow-The bunglow is okay. Not as big as it looks to be.Pool was good. Care takers need to be called 10 times for anything at all. Nothing except stay was provided for the inflated rates we stayed at.The bunglows are very cramped and it is like staying in a common area where u can hear anything and everything from neighbours.The cars are parked in front of ur door and ppl keep walking to and fro. Cant keep the door closed bcoz the bunglow has no natural ventilation.Avoid this place unless u have to go to Lonavala and have no other place available.Zomato delivers to this place.So getting food is not an issue.There are much better places to stay. Avoid staying here if you are looking to relax. It is like staying in Mumbai only otherwise.The one star is for the caretaker and maushi and pool.
