Fabulous hotel with amazing views, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and the bar manager Pedro was a credit to the hotel, he was amazing, we arrived late and he was exceptionally patient guiding us through the menu Thank you Pedro,we will be back.

I Was a bit concerned about the distance from the hotel to the Lisbon it turned out to be a pleasant drive, the actual stay was absolutely superb the rooms are super clean and the views are spectacular, the best I can say is for the staff, WOW unbelievable service, a special mention to a young lady by the name of Ana Conciecao, Who will learn your name remember your preferences and deal with absolutely everything with the highest professionalism, I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never found somebody that is so professional as this young lady.

I was spectacularly taken care for and the staff is absolutely the best.Unfortunately I was just passing by for a drink. But it was absolutely fantastic the experience.

The first place I stop when I come to Lisbon as they have some of the best cocktails in town, you can order off menu with Nuno and Eduardo and they love the challenge.... Pics are a gin sour with port and a cherry manhatten with dark chocolate liqueur

I am Portuguese but I have to write this in English for the world to know. I WAS a customer of this hotel at the personal and professional level, until they decided to block a customer of mine that suffered from motion disabilities from going to the toilette. Who on earth can deny toilet to a person with disabilities? ! They assumed we were not customers and we were escorted to the door. These people dont know this hotel is an historical building and dont know the responsability it cones with it. Turns out I was not a customer at that specific moment but I was there all the time as a customer and presenting the building to customers. That move cost them a lot of money and it was one of the worst episodes I have ever seen in this industry. The reception staff is just absolutely terrible and should be replaced, they are better suited for hostels and other low cost things. They should know these decisions are short sited are public relations nightmares and cost money in the long run.Do yourself a favour if you value service, politeness and human respect, choose another hotel and reception team.

Stayed in this hotel for the weekend and it was exceptional.The rooms were large and spacious, the reception were helpful and friendly and very well located.

Special location but thats secondary to the staff. I normally stay in the EPIC Sana but this has closed temporarily. What it has shown is the overall level of attention to detail is common across the two Epic hotels Ive stayed in and I would imagine, the group as a whole.

Been there last summer in 2019. Absolutely amazing location, by far the best anywhere to find in Lisbon, nothing else comes even close. Interestingly designed rooms with a stunning view. Prices are very good considering what youll get in return. If you plan to visit Lisbon, then this is THE hotel to go, no doubt about it.

Great hotel with stunning views of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very good -- you wake up really rested. The staff was very helpful and professional. The lounge area outside is really cool. Youll have a great time here.

Ricardo is a brilliant bartender, and Ines provided a fantastic massage experience. We were just staying a couple of nights in Lisbon after our honeymoon in Porto, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The rooms are gorgeous, and the staff delightful.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and only a short drive from the airport.The rooms are modern, spacious and with very comfortable beds.We stayed on the 15th floor with a stunning view of the city, bridge and river which was a lovely touch.We were also lucky enough to experience the 50 Seconds restaurant - which was very special. Definitely worth going to if you want to experience fine dining that speaks for itself with a gorgeous view of Lisbon as the backdrop.

Positives: Great hotel with unique design, great views and amazing breakfast. There is a nice river front part to walk-around and a beautiful aquarium nearby.Negatives: Shower constructions is a bit impractical and poorly designed which results in some amount of water on the floor (glass poorly sealed).

Overall a good experience. Loved the location and staff were nice. Clientele is somewhat of the upper class so most people were well dressed even at the lobby and restaurant. I prefer a more casual setting since after all Im on vacation lol. Thats just me. Breakfast was good. One thing that was weird was that the waiter specifically reminded us that the bill did not include tips to make sure we would tip him. Maybe its an European thing but that was strange for a first class hotel.

We went to the bar. Beautiful view of the sea and lovely decor. The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were excellent. The price was very good for the quality. Definitely a place to recommend!!!

When completed my reservation I was a bit hesitant to what the hotel could offer. But any doubts were gone as soon as I stepped out of the taxi. The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, made me feel immediately welcome and put me in my holidays mood. The room was big, nicely decorated, with a great view of the river and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing: a very large variety of high quality delicacies, served by great, frienly and professional staff. If I had to say something negative that would be only the fact that the inclination of the shower floor made it hard to remove the water from, leaving always a pool of water. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a relaxing, comfortable stay in Lisbon!

Great hotel. Wonderful views from any floor. Courteous staff. Have stayed here three times for 5 days each visit. Terrific breakfast, say yes to the orange juice, candidly, if you order eggs a breakfast that can sometimes take a bit longer than you would expect.

Its a spectacular hotel with exceptional service. Everything is properly maintained and the staff are very well trained. The breakfast was exceptional, the rooms; very comfortable and the location pretty close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great place to stay whilst working. Has everything I needed and wanted. Its quiet, cool with a clean, modern design and great service, food and facilities. The Spa on the top floor is wonderful for winding down after a hard day and the gym is decent too. Id definitely return.

Went for the spa treatment for men. I couldnt recommend a better place. Its my second time coming here, now I feel like a new man. Also the views of the river Tejo are phenomenal!!! 😍

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a good size with a very comfortable bed and good views (was on 20th floor).Breakfast is a buffet with a great selection. Room service offers a good menu. I recommend the octopus risotto!I didnt try the restaurant, but I would expect very good food if room service was anything to go by.Next time I am in Lisbon, this may be my preferred hotel.

Excellent location with great views of the Tejo river. The service was beyond words, well worth the asking price. Some parking available directly in front of the hotel but many more spots, free, available just up the road. Decent bar/restaurant on site, the spa has awesome views as well as great services and there are lots of other restaurants nearby. Its a bit outside the old city center but the metro or a car ride will get you there quickly enough

I have stayed in this hotel many times before and it never fails to disappoint. Absolutely fantastic infrastructure, the breakfast is premium quality, the rooms are well taken care of and still look fresh. Staff is polite and professional.

I like everything about this hotel. The architecture, the interior design, the staff and the food. We often use their spa for very professional massages with the most amazing views of the Tejo and the Expo. Rich and Famous people are often spotted at the restaurants and the outside lounge. The snacks at the bar/lounge are delicious and of high quality. If you are craving a delicious burger, they have two great options.

The hotel is in a nice location, overlooking three river Tejo. Its in a quiet spot. The price performance is ok although it targets a more business- luxury crowd. I did not go to the business centre, but the foyer is although with a nice view, missing some important elements for meeting (sofas, tables, waiters/bar).I can say that the food is top, the service at a level, the rooms well equipped and quiet.

What you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Also great views from the rooms and fantastic breakfast buffet. Close to the Lisbon aquarium and the Expo site (exhibition halls and MET Arena)

Very nice hotel in the expo area. I really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was excelent (with lots of variety on the food and really good service); the rooms are confortable, silent and with good views althought the design is a little bit strange; they have an indoor Swimmingpool and gym. Parking available as well. The surrounding area is nice to walk and full of restaurants, but is a bit far from the city center.

Love the pool and the views everywhere are phenomenal. The service was amazing throughout! Top notch. Issues: The showers leak quite a bit and the bathroom is quite exposed to the bedroom. Literally if youre in the room and turn to face the exit door you will see your friend naked there. I would say this isnt a place to go with a partner or friend unless youre quite close with them.-----The restaurant was excellent for what Ive seen; however, the lighter cuisine for example the panini was sub-par. I quite liked the desserts, in particular the rhubarb crumble!

The rooms are brand new and very clean and confortable.The gym and swimming pool at the last floor are amazing.I had a room at the 21th floor with a great view over the bay.Welcoming from people is great and overall service is one of the best i ever got.Breakfast buffet is really great as well.I’ll come back here everytime i come to Lisbon for sure !

This is one of my favorite 5 star hotels. Have been a guest since the opening. The concept is unique. It’s attached to the Torre Vasco da Gama. You feel like you are in a ship since all the rooms face the beautiful Tejo river. The staff is very well trained and always attentive to details. It’s my favorite hotel in Lisbon and probably top 10 in the world.

Stopped in for a coffee break. A nice and relaxing place, but the coffee was luke warm and nothing in any way to justify the steep 5 € price. I got a little, fancy cake with the coffee, though. But that’s not what I asked for.

Stunning hotel with beautiful view over the longest bridge in Europe: Vasco da Gama Bridge. Nice decorated rooms and very professional staff. Tip, in the morning, even if a bit cold, take the breakfast out on the terrace (they will bring you blankets) I think the view was one of the most beautiful I ever saw.

Two times are tehnician came in our room to fixed speakers problem and it is not solved. Everything else was great.

Went there for a VMWare Forum in 2015, the service was excellent. We stayed there the whole day and the help was very friendly and attentive. We also had lunch there and the food was very good. The views from the restaurant are great - it look out over the river Tejo. I bet they are even better from up top in the penthouse.
