The range has many items at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and there are many of them, that are very happy to assist you. Plenty of tills that are open, queue are very small, if any. Their stock is at a high turnover and they replace items quickly. They sell most things and now have Iceland frozen department in the Lincoln store.

Generally speaking a good store that stocks a range of goods, hence its name.

Shocking service, lack of communication. Left doesnt know what right is doing.garden department dont bring all of your order , then rather than find alternative replacement to complete an order they put you through the inconvenience of returning to store for a refund. B&Q and Hobbycraft with much better quality products are luckily in the area, you pay alittke more but its worth it for the quality and better service. The Range needs to improve for sure.

I would give it 5 star but the upstairs just doesnt have enough indoor outdoor stuff and not much for a range of age kids toys but down stairs spot on has everything you want.

Great store that covers 95% of anything you could ever need.Store is clean and tidy and never overly busy.

Great place for all your homeward needs, close to other shops

Lots of home and garden bits and bobs, great selection of cleaning products, kitchenware and laundry. Reasonable prices for lots of things. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare at times but its manageable. Also theres a small Iceland in there to, which isnt to bad.

First time in this branch & I found it big, well organised & with a varied stock!

Great place for anything from kids toys fo giant gazebos, theres something for every need, kitchen stock? Theyve got it, want to redo your living room? Boom! Theyve got you covered, you get the idea.

Where have all the beads gone? Craft section has moved and seems much smaller. A wasted trip because there was hardly any choice of beads.

Good to go on a day out for shopping. Buy be aware of the parking!! You can only be there for a 2 hours and the retail parks are 2 different parks and you will get a fine if you leave the park.But the range has a LOT of good bargains and lots of different things. Wedding decorations and supplies, rugs, smellies, food, pet foods and toys, paints, pots and pans, art supplies and household furniture. The cafe also has good priced food too.

I like The Range and what they have to offer.However, if you want to return something, always difficult! I went in yesterday with a roll of wallpaper. I had bought it over a month ago and 1 roll too many. My decorator had Covid and was only able to wallpaper, for us, a couple of days ago. What a performance. Had to get a supervisor to ok return, had receipt, but no credit not allowed, EVER, had to go and buy more goods for the value of the roll of wallpaper😤😡. Once they have your money, thats it. Today, he papered another room for us and, guess what, another roll too many. Have another battle to return it.

Very nice place loads of great stuff and very pleasent staff.

Really good. Wide range of products from soft furnishings, garden ornaments to household stuff. And since Iceland has been in there you can even get your weekly shop, including Slimming World items and a decent vegetarian and vegan section.

Cant praise them enough. There was an assistant named Laura who knew the garden section like the back of her hand. I was impressed by the store in general. But doubly impressed with the garden centre and gardening products.

Variety of products, carefully managed. Still open in February 2021 so I could find there what I couldnt on the Internet. Plenty of check outs so no long queuing. Helpful knowledgeable staff, all wearing face masks. Plenty of antibacterial hand product available to use. As it was not too crowded it was easy to keep social distancing and felt safe. Easy parking.

I use this place for art materials. It has an excellent choice of both professional and student stuff. All of it reasonably priced. Apparently it sells other stuff, but I’ve never seen!

Good place to get a wide range of things for any DIY or creative projects. While the quality isnt always the best, youll find a decent amount of entry level equipment and supplies to get you into any number of hobbies. You can also find most things youll need to fix up your home.

Good sized well stocked Range with plenty of free parking ideal if you are entering Lincoln from the east on the A158.Plenty of plants in the garden section,well worth a visit.

You’re not having a better day out in lockdown. Was in there hours loving every isle.

The staff at the range were helpful in assisting me with a pricing issue, but this could have been avoided if the items were priced correctly to start with.

Wow this place is huge! The biggest The Range i have been too. Spent a good 30 minutes buying things ended up with a full trolley and didnt even look upstairs. Will definitely be going back to do more home shopping.

Got overcharged at this shop and the company refused to refund the difference. If you shop here check your bill BEFORE you pay. I am not happy with their company customer policy.

Went for art supplies and was spoilt for choice, plenty of variety and good prices. Aisles are close together which meant social distancing with those people who dont think they still need to was difficult at times.

Zombie holocaust HQ.When it happens (Because it will) this is my first stop, camping gear, food, DIY stuff, brewing stuff. Im getting in and barring the doors.At this time I have say the staff are lovely and helpful. Loads of amazing bargains and great craft stuff.

Potentially great store. I would spend more time in store and buy more from here but the constant loud boom boom pop music constantly played, makes me just want to get out of the store. You literally cannot think of what you want to buy. The so called music just spoils everything. Secondly, but equally importantly during covid, a one way system was put in operation in the store but was ignored by their own staff who wandered around against the traffic flow and even bumping into people. When I challenged them I was simply told to chill out. What an irresponsible attitude!.

Nicely stocked and well laid out, large store with lots to look at - my only gripe is that when looking for a member of staff for help we couldnt find anyone for a good while.

Today I visited The Range Lincoln branch, I wont be visiting again. I proceeded to the checkout because I couldnt see any customers, as I got to the checkout I noticed a lady still gathering her shopping before I had time to step back the lady on the checkout growled at me that I should wait to be called, I said I hadnt seen the customer and I hadnt realised you had to be called, she said if you didnt come often she would let me off, at this point I was ready for leaving as I dont go shopping to be spoken to like Im a child and shown up. I left the shop with my husband having to deal with the women, she then said you are allowed to come now in a stern voice, its not the first time I have had issues with staff at the Lincoln branch, I wont be visiting again until your staff have learnt some customer service skills.

Fantastic range of items, no pun intended! Meeting every household need including garden and pets, theres even an Iceland inside. Impossible not to find a bargain.

We went in here today to look for a canvas. After walking around for about 10 minutes with no luck, I asked a couple of young assistants who were absorbed in their boyfriend chat. When I asked where the canvas were, they both looked at each other and then at me blankly... So I then asked for pictures and frames. At this point, the penny dropped and they realised what I was asking for ! Seriously !

Brilliant Store, excellent value for good quality products, my only complaint was I purchased silk flowers and most of them were not priced, I like to see what Im buying and how much it is, I dont expect to have to keep asking the price of the products, however the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great store. Definitely has something for everyone in there and handy having an Iceland in there if you wish to pick up food. Social distancing within the store seems to be managed well by the staff. A few customers ruined it by complaining when we asked them to step back for social distancing. The queue stretched around most of the store so Im not sure if there were too many people in there.Love the crafts section, theres so much to pick from!

Well laid out , sanitizer coming in also at entrance to café, shame there is none on exit from toilets , although you wash your hands well most then you have to open doors

Tried to buy a childs trike clearly priced at £19.99 when reaching tills they wanted to charge us £24.99, no way range! Very naughty.

Big flaw in inter shop communications at THE RANGE. We purchased items in Grantham, unfortunately mislayed the receipt. Even though we had the credit card receipt for items, Lincoln branch had to contact Grantham branch for them to trace the actual receipt on their system, then wait till an email had been sent to the Lincoln branch when it had been found on system. Talk about modern technology. Start to finish took us 50 mins of wasted time. For the value of £7.50.Keep your receipt!!!!!!!
