Spent a lot on one of their laptops just for it to have endless problems within the first 2 years I have had it. They will beat around the bush with you for weeks before anything is accomplished and even then sometimes they have no idea what is going on. Their computers I am sure are reliable for some people, but for many they always have problems. My laptop clearly was faulty from the start and would not help me. Horrible waste of money, do not throw yours away.
I ordered a computer late Sep. Oct was vaguely listed as the delivery pre-order on the website. Post-order I received a written notice of 10-15 days until ship. 22 days later I check the status of my order. I was still in the 1st of several delivery steps. I sent an email requesting to cancel the order. A response came with an apology and assurance that Id receive the laptop by Dec.Nah, cancel the order and refund please.The order was cancelled immediately and I received an immediate refund back to paypal. Like all within hours of my 1st note to Xotic.There are all types of delays with shipping electronics these days... There are also some chip shortages. These issues are certainly hitting businesses like Xotic hard. However, giving customers a full refund upon request, under these circumstances, is the best one can ask for
I ordered a laptop from them with a color calibration done on it. The laptop came in and the color calibration is not even remotely accurate. As seen in the picture they dont even calibrate the monitors they just use the same color calibration for every one made April 4th 2013 as shown in the photo. So be careful which options you add on you arent getting what you paid for. Even though it doesnt show how bad the color calibration truly is in the photo Ive included one screen shot and one photo taken of the screen.
I purchased a sager gaming laptop over 12 years ago from this website. The laptop is still going strong unbelievable the only thing that failed was the hard drive I have dropped it I mean I’ve put it through all sorts of stuff and it’s a solid machine I still don’t even have dead pixels in the screen. When I ordered from them they sent exactly what I built on their website fast shipping and as you can tell the product is reliable. In comparison to Amazon or any other auction you can get computers that are super glued together were badly soldered. I’m already looking at purchasing from them again
The product is good until something goes wrong with it and XoticPC is required to help. They dont. They are the masters of the run around and wasting time. I have contacted them for help as simple as asking about a battery and after talking with 4 people, in of a span of 2-3 days, and still no questions answered. Still trying to find out about the blinking lights on my laptop and again, just a runaround. No manuals available that I know of because: Terrible support service.
Ordered a laptop out of their closeout section. Paid extra for rush build. Was told before purchasing that it takes 1 to 4 days for production and another day for QA then it ships. Order the $2650 laptop and 2 days later it still hasnt updated past ordered. Ask for an update to be be told its not in stock and they are waiting on the manufacturer. Checked the website and theres still no indication of it being out of stock. They also have the nerve to say that the rush build I payed for will help once they get it. Just buy directly or from someone who doesnt lie to you. This place seems more like scammers trying to scalp money off of you for no actual service. How is something they dont have on closeout sale and have the ability to be rush ordered?
Excellent PC. Love the rainbow keyboard, RGB mouse pad and the look of the MSI Raider. Computer is overkill for the games I play, but I wanted a computer that would be good to go for the next few years, and this one fills that goal. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would buy from this company again.
-Ordered a laptop-month and a half later I received only part of my order-Laptop had MAJOR problems.-Couldnt return because it had been 30 days since ordering-Sent to XOTIC for repairs (est. time for repair 4-6 weeks).*UPDATE:-Laptop was repaired by Sager (laptop manufacturer)motherboard, RAM and video card were replacedand sent to XOTIC for testing.-XOTIC received the package from Sager, and did nothing with it for 5 days.-XOTIC opened the package, turned it on briefly, and then sent it to me on the 5th day....without the power cord or proper packaging.-Laptop arrived with cosmetic damage.-The power cord took an extra week to get to me because they refused to overnight it..XOTIC is nothing but a middle man. Avoid this companyThey have offered nothing but apologies and excuses for their service.It took 4 deliveries to my house and over 3 months but I finally have a working laptop. I bought additional insurance via Sager, and will never deal with XOTIX again. Horrible.
The MSI laptop I purchased from xotic is amazing, but thats entirely due to it being an MSI laptop. My custom build desktop was problematic. I had to send it back for repairs. It came back after rigorous testing and the GPU wasnt even plugged into the power supply, which customer service tried to blame shipping for (nah, theres a clamp you have to engage to release this cable. But okay 🙃) also, the wiring on the backside looked like a toddler yanked all the cords and shoved them back in. I told csr this was crazy and he had the audacity to ask if I had tried turning it on... THE GPU ISNT PLUGGED IN TO POWER, MY DUDE... ultimately, why did the machine not arrive ready to go? I probably wouldnt have been so upset if I hadnt had to try both telephone and chat options, waiting half an hour to speak to anyone on either. Not cool when Ive dropped close to 3k with this company and most folks do.TL:DRThe MSI laptop: good overall products, but why not go direct to distributors? There is no advantage to going through xotic.Custom build Desktop: Customer service and communication left much to be desired when I did have a need for help.

I cant speak to those who ordered a custom computer, but I ordered a laptop with retail/stock spec, international. I am used to being made to wait weeks to months if I order from anywhere that isnt Amazon, but Xotic PC was really on the ball. I ordered in April, and they gave me an ETA of June -- given how hard it is to find PC parts generally right now, I wasnt surprised.What did surprise me is that one week later, I got a shipping notification, and 3 business days after that I received my laptop. The laptop that is out of stock everywhere. How did they get it? Why am I so lucky?I dont know, but excellent service and Id definitely recommend them even if ordering across national borders!
Here is my experience so far with this company. I purchased an 2600$ msi prebuilt pc, after about a month the pc was pushed off 3 times as MSI apparently decided they were not gonna release the PC, this is understandable as these things happen but the problem was that i had to contact XoticPC several times to find this out meanwhile im getting zero updates. So after i find this out i ask for an equivalent pc and they try to upsell me on a pc several hundred dollars more than the one i had ordered so I ask again for something closer in price, I immediately get offered a pc with a similar price and build to the original PC i ordered....why didnt this get offered originally? Who knows but ok i can deal with some issues again these things happen. All this took a 2nd month which ended with my item being shippedHere is the kicker, because it took several emails to get this done apparently they had the genius idea to not use the address i originally gave them and used one with a transposed number without confirming with me so the order could not be delivered and even thou they have confirmed with me both over email and over the phone that the original order address was correct they want me to pay extra restocking and shipping fees on a 2600$ or else they wont ship me the PC i ordered.This is an absolute joke, zero ability to conduct any customer service then push the blame onto me over an error in one email even thou again they confirm that they have my address correct as i called them to have the shipping address fixed like ups told me too and when i called they said there is no need to fix the address as the address they have for me is already my correct address!
Very disappointing service - its next to impossible to get a live person to speak to and even harder to get a straight answer. I purchased a pc with a future delivery date, and received not updates only to be told it will take even longer - poor communication. Next time I should have used AMAZON. They have similar PCs at fractionally higher prices, better customer service and guaranteed delivery. An undeserved reputation.
A more accurate review of XOTIC PC would be the BBB rating. Xoticpc is slow to make changes and slow to respond in general. They also dont provide reliable information and their own laptop setups are often not able to be configured as advertised. For paying 6 grand for a laptop, I expected a little better service overall. Stick to sager, youll get a more responsive and coherent team. It took them 2 weeks to do a 1-4 day rush build that didnt contain the correct components and still have not refunded me for the errors with their website almost a 2 weeks ago.
Ordered a laptop and paid for next day shipping. Its been saying the post office is waiting for them to send package for 4 days now. Tried calling customer service but no one answers or the system automatic hangs up on you. Seems like they just wanna take your money and leave you without a product.Update: Finally got in touch with someone and got them to send my package. Do not recommend paying for next day shipping as its pointless.
I had an issue with the bluetooth I upgraded. I wanted them to change it but they only give me new drivers and did not make it easy for me despite paying for their service. You do not need them. Dont waste your time. Buy direct or even from microsoft store is a better option.

I ordered a laptop on April 1st to be delivered in July then I find out on my own they changed the date to September I get it theres a chip shortage but they need to communicate that to the people that payed over 3000 dollars that a change like that has happened I only found out because I went on the website to show someone what I was getting and saw the new date but I did confirm that I wouldnt get mine till September with customer support I then canceled the order on June 2 9am was told it would be 3 to 5 days till money came back to my account on the 6th day I contacted support again they said its on to my card company now and to contact them which I did they said theres no record of a refund and theres nothing even pending so here it is the 8th day they have not issued the refund and Ive opened a dispute with my card company to get my money back DO NOT BUY FROM XOTIX PC!
I was originally wanting a true desktop replacement system and XOTIC were the only ones showing all of the components I wanted so I ordered. When I placed my order (totaling almost 7,000 mind you with RUSH processing) everything on the website showed as available. I ordered on May 7th and sent them a wire payment. My bank confirmed they had my money in their account same day.Cut to Monday the 10th and now supposedly the parts are mysteriously on back order expected mid to late May. I was like alright fine... supply issues I get it. I waited until the 25th and contacted them again. The parts were now listed as back order until June and they refused to give me a more specific date. Meanwhile they are sitting on almost $7000 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. I requested to cancel the order and immediate refund. This on the 27th.It is now the 8th June and I still have no money. I have attempted to contact their customer service through the chat and have been waiting for almost three hours with no response (despite the listing of a typical 20 minute wait time). I ended up calling their sales department and FINALLY got through on the third attempt. This company baited me in despite not having product availability. If they had just been honest and upfront and just said they didnt have the parts when I ordered I would have understood and been patient but the parts were available when I placed my order, they had the money that day... they should have been able to return me my money the same and they should have been honest about product availability.This is too much money to spend to not have real time information about stock and then to not actually answer someone when they request updates? This is no way to do business...
It’s nothing but a scam. They’ll take your money and feed you lies. Support is friendly but all they will tell you is that it’ll take another month for parts even though you were told last month that it will be in.
Lied and said part of my laptop was not damaged by the RMA team even though I know how my laptop looked before sending it. Somehow forgot to send my laptop back with the laptop sleeve, too. Simply incompetent. Not even sure if my GPU/CPU is thermal repasted properly. Or AT ALL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered a prebuilt PC from this company. I build PCs. I just needed one from here due to the GPU shortage, now on average it takes me only 2-3 hours at the most to build my PC. At first they told it would take 3-5 days to build my PC in production, which is understandable due to what my spot in line is. I ordered my PC with all components that were already in stock, so no wait on backorder or anything, after 5 business days, I reached out as it was still in production, they stated that they bumped it up to 10-15 days, after the 10th day I reached back out again and now they are telling me 10-20 days just to build the computer, they keep trying to tell me its because of high demand, but all my pc parts are ordered were already allocated and everything is in stock, so it should not take that long at all. I dont know if people who ordered after me are getting their PCs first or what, but it is ridiculous. I would cancel my order but they also charge a hefty restocking fee. I have tried to see how far in production my PC is but every time I asked they have no response. Also if you want to talk to someone on chat it takes hours to hear back, even though it says typically answers in 15 minutes, they should either take that down or actually have people answer. I am very unpleased with this company and not recommend them.
Absolutely awful thus far. I bought and paid for a laptop. They did not make me aware they had a parts shortage until AFTER they took my money. They sold me a rush package that was said to have my computer shipped in 3-4 days. It is now day 6, no attempt whatsoever by them to contact me to let me know anything. And they hang up on you when you call them !!!
Pre-ordered a $3500 Xotic G170KM laptop, the customization process was nice and I was able to get all the features I wanted. Looking at the status of my order was frustrating, no updates for nearly three weeks then everything at once and it shipped. I knew this would be a large machine but didnt anticipate that it would be even larger and heavier than my five year old Asus ROG machine. Add to that, it has to have two huge power supplies. Okay, I will get over it. Despite the added weight and even less portability I thought the power would be worth it. It is a powerful machine but really not ready. The touchpad didnt work with multigestures, the backlit keyboard doesnt come back on after the unit goes to sleep or is closed, the headphone jack didnt work. I suppose the worst part was the service after I identified these issues. No recourse, poor excuses, and instructions to try installing drivers. Its brand new! didnt they test it?? I requested a refund and got a run around trying to get an RMA, they forced me to pay double the shipping weight to return it then told me there was nothing they could do about that. Overall a very bad experience. I gave it two stars because it did have the potential to be a great machine, unfortunately that is not what was delivered. They really need to fix their support procedures too.
Purchased a custom high-end laptop which didnt end up working out for my purposes. Customer support was great, I was able to drop it off at Xotic office, which is very nice - not some guys garage. Full refund on everything with no strings.

Now while in use it will get slow, few minutes later will freeze.I bought this laptop for a friend of mine who lives out of U.S. thats why it has been very difficult for me to bring it back to U.S.Xoticpc sold me this defective laptop, I have already spent a little more than 400 dollars to send it and bring it back to U.S. Now I have to pay again to bring it back because they didnt fix the problem the first time I asked. the second time that I sent the laptop for the same problem, since they did not fix it the first time. I bought it on 6/2020 and today is 4/13/2021 I don’t know what going on with the laptop because xotic pc has it! Now I got it still broke...I dont want this laptop anymore; I want a new laptop or the money I pay for it but they said that the laptop is too old... They will not solve the problem, I lost my 1300+ over 400 in shipping. Do not buy here!
Laptop does not work out of the box, and I have sent the laptop back for warranty repairs twice already within a day after receiving it. Do not buy from this company.
I bought 2 gaming laptops from XoticPC and it was an excellent experience. The price was the best in the market and you can customizate almost everything. I was outside USA when i had to buy them, so i did some chats with them asking a few things about payment, shipment and some technicals doubts, and they were very friendly and resolutive. Both laptops came at the estimated date and the customization was like i ordered. Also the technical service was great, when i had an issue with a sound software we did a remote connection with their technician and they solved the problem. So i really recommend them.
I ordered my laptop with the addition of a 2 tb drive. Had to go through the building, quality control, etc. which took multiple days, then they sent it to me with a tracking number UPS. All was good till they attempted to deliver it and found the address was wrong on it. UPS requested a return to sender. I contacted the Xotic PC and we found the address was incorrect on my order form. UPS doesn’t let you change delivery addresses while a package is in transit, so Xotic said they needed me to pay a return to sender fee of $35. I paid it and they worked things out with UPS to have it sent back. At this time I was assuming they would just send it to the correct address when they received it. NEVER ASSUME! When they received it I had to call them since they didn’t contact me. They said they can’t send it to me. Because I paid with PayPal they cannot send it to the address on PayPal, they can only use the order invoice address. (Note, I can relate to this since I own a retail online business and know how things can get messed up if you don’t do this.) The problem I have is that they verbally spoke with me and They should be able to change the order invoice address. I was told via email that they need to have me initiate an order cancellation so they can refund me and I can reorder the laptop. They did not tell me how to initiate this. I had to ask how. I also asked if I had to wait for a rebuild etc and I received no response. I told them to initiate the cancellation. The next day, Friday, I saw no refund so I called and I was told they will cancel it and since my laptop was already built they will be waiting for my new order to go through and put a new mailing label on it and send it my way. I waited all day for that refund and saw nothing. Monday I called and after waiting for a half hour on hold and in first in line, the recording told me no salesperson could take my call and hung me up. I called again and the wait was 10 minutes this time. I was first told that they will slap the new label on it today and send it out. I told him what the person Friday told me and he put me on hold. When he came back he confirmed that that was right and that it would be best to handle the sale over the phone because it would be quicker and I won’t have to go through the assembly process that ordering online would force them to do. I’m like ok but I need my refund first. Then he changed his tune and said that I do have to order it online and they do have to disassemble the laptop and reassemble after my order. That makes no sense at all. I told him I need my refund and they lost a customer. I still haven’t seen my refund which should show up on PayPal right when they do it. I sent them a dispute so hopefully I get my money back.
I had to have my original order May and August refunded because it was pushed back another two months. The second order was shipped out extremely fast but when it arrived it had somebody else’s login. It also had a paper inside with a different customer’s name and not the same as the login name, that the laptop was not working to begin with. I spent money on a brand new laptop only to get a used reject And customer service said that I have to wait until they receive their item before they can send me out some thing new. And then told me that his shift was over with he will deal with it on Monday.

I have ordered two laptops from xotic, and I have not been let down yet.I had a Sager NP8298 and more recently I ordered an MSI GT80S Titan SLI-002. I had no complications ordering/purchasing/receiving either of them!They always have excellent customer service, even when youre asking the most menial questions. They are always spot on with their shipping time estimates (at least they were for me).All in all I would give them a solid 6/5 stars if I could, enough cant be said about these guys!
I have ordered, received and enjoyed 2 laptops from the fine folks at XoticPC. I bought an MSI GT72VR for myself and a Sager NP8171 for my dads girlfriend. Both orders went smoothly and every time I contacted customer support they were very friendly. Travis B. and Jake M. are awesome! I highly recommend getting their premium white glove packaging. Keeps everything safe and its kinda cool how it forms around everything :) Highly recommend this company! They will go the extra mile for you and then some!

I purchased a MSI laptop for about $3700 in june and They said it would be pre-ordered with july as the ETA. It is now october and i just now received it. They also did not install an ssd that I paid for.Edit: My name is Owen Foxhall. It is ridiculous that I had to wait 4 months for something I paid in advance. Not only that, you guys shipped a laptop with a broken ssd. I went through your painful refund process and you tried to ship me a new ssd instead on refunding me. You have lost my future bussiness.
Update: Xotic reached out and we are in process of remediating.Initial order was fine but the battery on the laptop stopped holding a charge after a year and a half. Far too pricey of a computer for it to fail that soon. Went back and forth for a month getting info on being able to replace the battery. Customer service said they were going to contact the vendor to see if they could have me ship in my laptop and repair it. I havent heard from them in 4 months. Really expected this laptop to last at least 4 years, but the failure in customer service will be having me go elsewhere for the next one.
Best pc company ever. Despite Asus TUF A15 backorder, XOTICPC stood by and kept me updated and made sure I was good and had options while we waited. They let me do separate transactions while waiting to upgrade the laptop. They will go above and beyond for their customers! I am truly blessed to have ordered from them. Will definitely be doing further business with them in the future!
I just ordered a sager laptop with a 2070, 32gb of ram, 1tb hard drive, thermal compound, windows 10, a xotic laptop bag, and speed build option. This will be my first laptop since I got a house with no high-speed internet available. My last was a cheap Toshiba I used to play wow and league of legends on back in high school. Im hoping to bring it to work and download games too play offline and use the oculus rift I just got. I just spent about 1650 bucks nearly an entire paycheck so I hope will help play games for years too come

Just made my order and so far the company to customer experience has been extremely helpful. They have answered all my questions so far about my laptop I ordered and the morning of the next day I made my order they let me know that the graphic wrap I sent to them to use would not be the best image to use and suggested submitting a new one or to just use one from their library which is great because now I dont have to worry about a distorted image being used. This is just a review of my experience with the ordering process so far.
PC Price was amazingly good value compared to similar products. Customs (from US/Canada) was not included so faced a quite large fee on top of the price of the laptop/delivery. Laptop is perfect runs extremely well and had no problems with it to date! Would definitely recommend.
I built and received a laptop from this fantastic company 3 years ago. It continues to be my primary gaming computer, holding the highest settings even in todays modern games. Customer support during the ordering process was phenomenal and fast. Ill be ordering again soon and so should you!
Over 5 years ago I got my first computer ever, which happened to be a gaming laptop from XOTIC PC, (A very, VERY generous Christmas gift from my parents). It was exciting, and considering it was built to custom specification the wait time (although agonizing for a 16 year old) was still very reasonable. Years later and though it has been retired as my main gaming machine its still running strong and its still beautiful.
I customized a gaming laptop with these guys a few years ago and love it. It arrived fairly quickly and in perfect shape, and its held up extremely well over the years. I can game with the best. I will definitely be looking here for my next one when the time comes!
A good company, that sells awesome computers at a truly honest price. The customer service is always exemplary and they always go above and beyond. They are very cautious with personal information and go through a very thorough credential verification process before charging you. The stress testing before shipping is also an awesome part of their wonderful service that very few companies offer, though it should be mandatory. Your chances of getting a DOA device or a failure within the first few months are really low thanks to that.
The shipping is very fast. Not only that, but items are packed very neatly and organized! Would definitely recommend buying from XOTIC PC. The packaging is decently good compared to other computer, technology, and hardware companies! And the customer service is pretty fast as well.
The website is very easy to navigate. I was able to select my laptop and then easily customize it. I ordered during the holiday season so the process did take a bit longer than normal, but they were there explaining every step. My laptop works beautifully and I have been able to recommend them to many friends.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Be it sales, tech.supp. or customer service, all interactions were of the highest quality. Everyone there takes the extra step to handle whatever you are asking. They will also offer advice and assistance while you are customizing your system. After sales is absolutely the same. You will get emails during the build process explaining what step and the progress of the order. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it. I will never buy from anywhere else!
Bought Sager P170H from them 5 years ago, finally time to upgrade so just ordered a NP8173-S. We shall see if they can deliver by X-mas. I have read some recent negative reviews about them but am giving them the benefit of the doubt as I received great service and a great laptop the first time.
Everything was great except your chat box is not functioning properly. I was able to chat initially with Emily, she was fantastic help. I closed it, then had another question. I entered my name and email again but chat box didnt pop up. I tried alt-tab and everything I knew but there was no chat box. I could hear a prompt sound when the agent typed and hit enter, but never saw what they were typing.
Heard about XOTIC reading a review elsewhere. Top notch communication through the whole process. Updates during the build and shipping kept me in the know. Gaming laptop they custom built is awesome quality and functional. Glad I purchased direct from XOTIC. Their quality control succeeded. Prices are very reasonable considering supreme quality of product and constant uodates. Hesitate not. I would definitely purchase from them again and again.

Always prompt responses with this company. Im always asking release dates and questions about pricing and they are not shy or secretive about most everything I ask. Nothing like getting answers you need in order to make good financial decisions & plan for your best opportunity to save money on a rig! I was extremely impressed with their customer service, when I purchased a laptop from them least year. You can get quality products and shiny accessories anywhere. Customer service really makes or breaks any company. Theres is definitely what will keep me as a long term customer.
I ordered a custom laptop from them, and then changed my order after the original one had shipped. The customer service and sales personnel I worked with were very patient and helpful as a I made customization choices. The laptop that arrived was very high quality and has worked awesome since.
Good overall experience. I do think that the website could use some fine tuning, to make it a little more user friendly. However the questions I had were able to be answered by both Live online support and the telephone sales team. again I had a good overall experience and the price was right. I would shop here again in the future.
Ordered a custom-built Sager laptop, did my research beforehand, and the XOTIC PC Sales team was VERY helpful in confirming some of the technical interactions between some of the different hardware, as I pestered them a number of times when ordering.Overall, I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help!The laptop is still working fantastically after a bit more than a year of heavy use for gaming and other purposes, and the laptop and parts were exactly as I expected from my research, and have performed flawlessly since day 1 when I received them.Its refreshing being able to get a powerful laptop with zero bloatware custom-built without having to do it myself, with the ability to upgrade hardware on my own, or with XOTIC PC assistance, in a market that is overflowing with largely disposable laptops that have no ability to be modified or upgraded to grow with technological progress.
Processed and sent the laptop I ordered promptly. The many customization options are nice, and the customization interface is straightforward and clear, with a number of cool way to personalize a device. I was very pleased with the free game offers bundled with purchases.I believe that the customer service deserves special mention. I did not receive the previously mentioned free game offers with my purchase, even though I had put all the necessary information in with the order. It took only a couple of minutes with their online chat support and everything was taken care of. The entire experience was extremely pleasant.
Ordered a safer laptop and could not have had a better shopping experience. Was called to confirm one last time all aspects of my order. From assembly to shipping (quite fast) I was kept up to date of my order status. Would definitely buy again.
Shipping will probably free when you order. Buying on holidays like black Friday will get you some extra goodies. Way more selection than other places like amazon. Great support. happy customer

4 Stars you ask? Why you ask? Because no one is perfect and there is ALWAYS room for improvement even if service and support is 100% and there are no issues. Other than that, my only experience using XOTIC PC is over Twitter, and so far they have responded and been nice. When I build my first custom PC, I will be taking a look at them as one of my top choices for parts.
I bought a laptop from XOTIC PC a few years ago. Their website is quite user friendly. The service was great. I received my laptop quickly and in perfect condition. I am looking forward to purchasing another laptop from them again soon.
They did a great job building my custom Sager laptop. The prices seemed reasonable as well. Absolutely no complaints. They were also very good about keeping in contact with me when I had questions or needed a replacement part (lost one of the little rubber feet from the bottom of the laptop).
My experience thus far with Xotic PC has been very positive. It took a little while longer than other places to process my order, but this was due to their confirming my identity in order to keep my information safe. I greatly appreciate their commitment to security for their customers, and look forward to more business with them in the future,
I received a gaming PC from Xotic PC and they provided great customer service. When I had an issue registering windows, they made sure I had a working key to register. The people I worked with were very responsive and their hardware performs top notch. I highly recommend them.
I purchased two Sager NP9172-S laptops from XOTIC PC. The laptops are amazing and competitively priced. Bought a laptop from them and decided I wanted to exchange it after the cutoff (I think they give you 15 days or something). They gladly exchanged it and gave me full credit when I was expecting to lose a bit due to restocking fees because I was late in deciding I wanted to exchange. Tanner was very helpful throughout the process.

I recently helped purchase a laptop for my Brother since he knows nothing about computers. The process was quick and painless, and the quality of the Sager laptop that came was amazing. I am about to order another for myself I was so impressed. This thing is solid, well built, and blazing fast. It should last a good 8 years or so. If youre looking for a well built laptop to last a long time look no further.
They won’t even answer the phone call
Took a week for them to notify me the computer was no longer in stock. Their customer service is good, but 2 weeks of processing time just to know that an item isnt available is a bit ridiculous.EDIT:Alex P, the Sales Manager, shot me an email literally around 2 hours of posting this review. Still in the process of seeing if a similar computer is available for a similar price, but the fact the A) someone at XOTIC cares about their reviews, B) responds quickly, and C) offered a free game is pretty outstanding to me.
Other than Sager not having my item in stock to ship (not Xotics fault in any way), the entire experience was great. I was contacted to inform me of the delay, when it was expected and was contacted again once theyd received, and once theyd shipped my order. Shipping was fast, and the build/upgrades were super solid. Worth every penny. Im thinking of upgrading the desktop I built a few years back, and will DEFINITELY be going back to them for that purchase as well.

This is an excellent company with a great selection of computers. Their customization options saved me a lot of time and money over trying to do it myself, and they even handled my warranty with the manufacturer so I was able to get my computer fixed with no hassle. Highly recommended.
I have bought three laptops on different occasions. You can customize everything that can in a laptop with no problems. E-mail support is also really good, with fast answers and helpful solutions. One small detail to consider if you are an international client and you need to send a unit for a warranty repair is that you have to pay for the shipping, both ways, and when they ship it back is in a quite big box (50 x 50-ish m) so the shipping cost can get quite high.
People here were actually lit. Knew what they were doing. had experience in some of the game I play and so we had a nice conversation. Really nice to get to know new friends

Im a repeat customer of XOTIC PC. Theyve yet to let me down- always shipping a perfectly working machine which has been tested to work. Prices are reasonable, and they usually pack in a few goodies too. Ship times, while not exactly Amazon Prime, are fine- personally I prefer to know the machine is not going to arrive DOA than to get it in a hurry and find out myself that it has problems. I recommend this vendor, especially if youre looking for a custom laptop or one of the more esoteric brands that dont sell in big box stores.
Bought a custom laptop from them a few years ago now from their Force series. Still going strong years later, even when I would email support months and years later with questions about driver-level software and internals I would still get prompt responses. Will definitely come back to XOTIC when the time comes for my Force 16F4 to be laid to rest.
Purchased a Sager laptop back in March and still runs like a champ with no problems whats so ever. Customer Support didnt let me down when I had questions and were quick to reply to all my needs
I needed a new laptop for school and was not satisfied with my most of my options elsewhere. The laptops I wanted were very pricey but I am a student so I have to get a good deal. XOTIC PC had by far the best prices out there and the follow up after purchase was great. If I would have purchased from somewhere else, I would have paid quite a bit more (I could even afford to double my RAM!). I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with XOTIC PC and my killer laptop. I will buy my next rig from them for sure!
These guys really know their stuff. They get back fast with email inquiries. I have asked questions on facebook before and they answer them within minutes. They have a wide variety of options and are there to help you along the way. Seriously, these guys are the best, couldnt imagine going anywhere else for a gaming PC.
Update: The Sales Manager, Alex, called me after I posted a negative review. This is a very unique trait to this company. I have had some bad experiences with other companies but they didnt care. So I was really surprised by him calling me. I explained my situation to him he said he could get it taken care of. I am very surprised by his involvement and I feel like a valued customer. I am thoroughly impressed, he called me back to let me know it was being shipped. I didnt think anything could be done, but I was wrong. He personally made sure that it shipped. Once I have the laptop I will update this to 5 stars.A friend told me to try this XOTIC PC, so I did. I placed an order for an in stock laptop on December 6. They processed my payment December 8. It is now December 30 and still nothing. I am a little pissed off about to cancel the order and just go buy something from Best Buy. I am leaving the country very soon so time is important. I didnt think it would take almost a month and still not receive the laptop. So much wasted time. I dont know what I should do.

Since I needed this system a little faster than I felt I could do the mods, I decided to order from Xotic, but I wont again. Took them a week to process my payment and might take up to 3 more weeks before I get it and the only thing changing is the memory from 16GB to 64GB. Should have saved time and money and just done the upgrade myself since I am an authorized dealer. For those who do not mod and build like me, not bad for a basic custom system, but go for an individual business if you want a sweet modified system with customized setups that wont take 1-2 months (more if you have it painted or vinyl).
Though I have yet to purchase from them. I have emailed and chatted with them quite a few times with questions on products. The ability to get some whitebox notebooks not put together so I could do it myself. Which I love that idea. I have also pointed many people to purchase notebooks from them and they had great experiences also
