Ordered a prebuilt gaming pc online. Delivery has generally been sooooo slow due to covid but my pc arrived in just 2 days (in Melbourne). Very happy with how my pc was packaged and the instructions that came with it. Will definitely buy from Mwave again 👍

I originally requested my motherboard to be shipped but changed my mind and they very quickly changed my order to pickup and automatically refunded the money Ive payed for shipping. Once again, helpful and friendly guys. Ill always order my PC parts from here. Great prices and a variety of parts and tech related items. They also got amazing sales and deals every now and then.

Good prices but customer service needs a bit if work. Amazingly they are closed every day between 1pm and 2pm, seriously what day and age are they living in? Even delivery drivers arriving at this time are forced to wait....this company needs to get a grip on reality and fast!In response to their reply.They claim the pick-up email references the opening times, this is incorrect as I got no pick-up email...rather I got a pick-up txt however the txt only states to check opening times...opening times on their website state the standard business hours ONLY. This was reinforce by the 20 people standing outside confused as to why the business was closed.So they claim they have 2 teams and sanitise between 1 and 2. It makes no sense to use the team who could be infected to do the sanitising thats just plain stupid. How about running 2 teams on alternating days and sanatising overnight, that way you put your customers first.

This is our 3rd time buying a computer package from Mwave and we would not buy anywhere else, the quality of the build is great, the service is amazing and the price is very hard to beat. This purchase was for a high end gaming computer instead of the workstation type computers we had purchased previously. Different product same great service and quality.Thank you Mwave.

Placed an order a week ago. Still processing and no sign of it being shipped anytime soon. Wish I was warned before hand they it would take this long to even be sent. Will still likely be another 5 days before I receive my parcel.I get COVID is a strain but no help what so ever by there staff online. There parts are always top notch and have great deals. The postage time and price $60 for shipping is just not worth the 2 week wait. Very upset

Unbelievably poor service in getting a replacement monitor for one which arrived faulty. 4 days with a ticket for warranty/replacement and no response or action. No phone line to call - online chat customer agent suggested taking the faulty monitor in to the store directly during business hours when most people need to be working. No solutions, complete waste of time. Will be the last time I purchase anything from these guys.

Great selection of gear at great prices. If you are collecting stuff from the warehouse, just be aware that there are two entrances to the complex. The entrance you need is the one to the south i.e. further from the Great Western Highway.

Cant recommend Mwave enough. Definitely lowest prices, but somehow also good customer service. They replied and answered my questions by the next day each time.Just note that if you order stuff thats 3-5 days delivery together with 10+ days delivery time, theyll still put everything together in one box so itll all get there after 10 days. Ordered a custom PC from Mwave where I left out a few parts from the order because I already had them. Mwave was more than happy to agree to that and tested with their own parts to make sure everything was in working order. PC arrived quickly and worked totally fine once Id put my own parts into it. Cables were well managed and I have no complaints at all.

I bought a mid range gaming laptop online. There was a pretty large range to pick from, I already roughly knew what I wanted, so I found it really easy to narrow my search with the filters and find exactly what I was after. I compared the laptops I was interested in with another well known brand for gaming laptops - Mwave by far had better features for the price. I feel like I got a bargain, Im very happy with my it. It works great and plays the games I like very well. The laptop arrived at my house in SA within 3 days. I will shop here again 👍

I wouldnt be that upset, if I heard something/anything, but nothingness since 22nd of August... and today is 8 of September! Read reviews, customers complain about a week delay, - how about two and a half in complete darkness... Buying from Mwave first time, and it most likely will be the last one as well...

Extremely slow dispatch and RMAs. You will be waiting a week before you get deliveries. I advise everyone to shop with AusPCMarket. They dispatch their goods on the same or next day. I often receive goods next day. They are very fast and friendly for RMAs. Mwave became the I dont care about customer company. They used to be good, but lost it.

Have had orders filled before so not the worst. Finally bit the bullet and order a 3080, order was verified. The item was soon listed as out of stock. Later that day and into the next day, it was listed as in stock again. 4 days after my order was confirmed and verified, I was informed that my order could not be filled and that they were going to take another 4-5 days to give me my money back.Why list it as back in stock? Thats what has annoyed me. If its a supplier issue dont sell things you dont have? Chickens and hatching or something. Was stoked to be getting my 3080, now Im just bitter. Its one thing to jack up the prices, its another to not even be able to gouge me properly.

Even with COVID turn-around time was exceptional (3 weeks) and this PC was as Custom as you could get. Packing 10/10, Build Quality 10/10, Cabling 10/10. MWave even installed software pertinent to the Hardware used and this attention to detail is why I would recommend them. Considering we spend a lot of money, it is nice to know that they take extra care with delivering their products to you safely. Everytime the service has been prompt and the delivery exceptional. They make sure they take care of your products by contacting proper fragile couriers and get your product to your doorsteps promptly and safely. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Wouldnt recommend purchasing PCs off this company. My experience with them was not all that great. Upon arrival, I spent 6 hours trying to figure out why my ‘ready to go pre built Mwave gaming pc’ did not have a Wi-Fi option and was not detecting any networks. I tried an array of different things such as reinstalling drivers, watching a multitude of YouTube videos, yet I could still not find the problem. I eventually decided to look inside the PC and discovered that the Wi-Fi adapter was not even plugged into a PCie port to begin with, regardless of the fact it was fully screwed in. How does an expert PC assembler manage this? luckily I spotted this issue and was able to unscrew it and plug it in to resolve the issue, but imagine if it was sold to an individual who knew nothing about computers, they would have no clue what to do and dont get me started on there extremely slow reply times between tickets and just overall lack of customer service options, not even a phone number? what a joke. I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue and have yet to receive any form of reimbursement or even get a reply. On top of all this, I had to wait a relatively prolonged period of time during the ‘processing stage’ of my order and the delivery also arrived late. We chose the components for a custom PC with a very limited budget. The team at MWave provided excellent advice and then built and tested it for us. The performance of the PC exceeded our expectations and we are VERY happy with the results.I recommend MWave and will certainly use them again.

Once again great service even under trying Covid circumstances. Mwave have very competitive prices. The bonus is that if theres an issue, theyve always been courteous and fair on their dealings. Trustworthy after sales support is a rarity and they are A+ at this.

Great overall experience. The express pickup was rapidly processed and collection procedure very organized and Covid safe. Staff adhered to measures of checking in and safe distances. I did forget to include an item and had to purchase the same express pickup fee for them to get it out.of.the shelves whilst I was there. Wish this could have been waived given I had already purchased several items. Please ensure you include everything you need in a single invoice to avoid the same happening to you.

Ordered some parts from Mwave and they a) took a long time to process and b) one of the parts was heavily damaged on arrival. Specifically I ordered an AIO water cooler and the radiator had a heavy dint in the side - someone must have applied heavy force to bend the steel. Given the box itself seems ok I can only conclude it was boxed already damaged. Hopefully mwave customer support is able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction, either way Ill update the review with the conclusion.***UPDATE***The customer support team were pretty responsive and helpful and made a return pretty straightforward so Im happy enough overall. Obviously Id prefer just having a working item in the first place, I would be happier if the merchant would check items are undamaged before theyre sent to customers.

I had the new laptop at the lowest price I can find. The whole purchase is well informed all the time.

Although products are relatively cheap. I bought an item and when it came it wasn’t what I thought it was. I proceeded to ask if I could get a refund so I could purchase the correct item. I was told that they would allow it this once and to send the item back before they could even tell me if I could get a refund! $40 to send it back, then they want to take 20% of the refund because of a “restocking fee”. They’re worried about getting ripped off. Initially paid 115 plus 20 postage. Then another 40 to send it back, if anyone is getting ripped off it’s me! I understand the policies etc but I think that it’s a bit of a joke. Once I get my refund or in store credit, I won’t be returning.

They have a very good selection of computer hardware and excellent customer support to go with it. I recently ordered all parts for a new gaming PC and my experience was very positive. In spite of the current overload of online deliveries they maintained sane delivery times and more importantly was transparent and ample in their communication on my order.
