10 of us went here today for a works night out. Fantastic food, fantastic staff. Always coming to clear up empty glasses and plates without any hesitation. Bringing the correct drinks to the correct person (don’t know how you did that). When you go up for food a very friendly lady staff member (11/09/21) always gives you gloves to use for the buffet with a smile on her face every time. I loved how she wanted to make sure everyone was protected and with a smile. All the staff and especially Prianka at the payment area was great. Thanks guys, I really appreciate what you did for all of you’re customers. No complaints!

A very spacious restaurant, with on site parking, nice location as well, away from all the hustle and bustle. As for the food it wasn’t perfect but depending on what you have i guess there is something for everyone. there is quite a large selection and some foods such as the stir fry and Masala Dosa are made fresh in front of you. Also there are plenty of desserts to choose from. As this was a night out with the workmates, i will be going again with the family.

Foods is ok, lots of choice but you cant help feeling a smaller menu would have meant they could concentrate on making it a little bit better. Service is decent, standard buffet. First impression was funny, waiter came to the table to ask if our daughter was over 12 (adult or not I guess) rather than taking a drinks order 🤣

There is good and bad to this place. Food was good. I did find a hair laying in the dip near the poppadoms..the table staff didnt change there dissolves after clearing tables. So when you ordered a drink they would be wearing the same gloves. Its so packed in there. Would have liked more social distancing.

Food quantity and quality is very good. But in order to reduce excessive serving and wastage, you could probably make customers pay for leftovers... As is done in many buffet style restaurants worldwide.

We have been regulars @ Feast of India since moving to Leicester. The buffet is enjoyable and caters to various needs. This Sunday we decided to take a group of friends(13 adults and children) and were utterly disappointed. It was clear they were short staffed, no one had a clue of what was going on. The first impression itself began on a low note. We requested jugs of water on table, the bar manager denied it. They refused to help take water tumblers on the table or provide a tray due to health and safety reasons but were happy for customers to carry 3 glasses and trip over as it was crowded. They were not able to handle the food turnover and there was no chef on kebab counter (we noticed this this in our last visit as well). The peak of disappointment was when I tried the vegetable biryani, it was completely off. When I tried to inform the waiter, as I did not want my guests to suffer he asked from where I got this served as its not on buffet. I was so surprised as instead of apologising he was confirming things as though I had got it from home. We did complain to head Chef and he replaced it from the buffet but no one cared or made sure we were looked after. There was no one from management, no customer service and chefs were under pressure. It is sad as this is one of our favourite s I hope the management looks into this and care for their staff and customers.

Feast India was somewhat disappointing. It has good choices of Indian food from starters, main courses, and desserts. If you’re looking for an Indian only buffet then, for around £16.50 per adult, it is an ok place to eat. Music and ambience was good. Where I was disappointed with is the chef would not offer a variety of “bread” - I mean only one type of Naan and nothing else.

Only Indian buffet to lunch on Sunday in Leicester city centre. Abundance and extensive food range. Well presented and delicious. However, worth come earlier.Disappointingly some people arent courteous with other customers and some times they mess food on the pot. However nice and polite service and always spot the empty dish from the table to get it away.UPDATE: 1 week later, we revisit and realise the quality and friendly staff had been an illusion, shame!!UPDATE: on 21st April visited again and everything was outstanding: food, service and cleaning

It was one of the best buffet restaurant on list to dine in. We have had great experience there many times in past. We live in Birmingham so travel 1 hour to enjoy the food. Yesterday i booked a table for 5 adults and 2 kids as it was my wedding anniversary. We were totally disappointed by the quality and variety of food this time.Though it was covid restricted environment but we never expected food quality to be this bad. We spent over £114 drove 2 hours. What a waste of time and money.Worst part was most of the staff did not care what they were serving even when we mentioned about the food.

Went to Feast India 19th September for late wedding anniversary meal. Always nice & friendly staff there.Things are obviously a little bit different under the circumstances due to Covid restrictions. You now have a one way system in place for food & instead of you putting the food on your plateThe chefs do it for you once you tell them what you would like. You can still go up as many times as you like, but twice was enough for us.Even with the current restrictions in place this did not take away our enjoyment.Must give a mention to ALL the staff there. They work very hard & are a credit to Feast India.Looking forward to our next visit whenever that may be.Highly Recommended restaurant. Thank you.

Visited feast India today with the family and was really impressed with the steps they have taken to combat Covid. I’m not a fan of the mask but liked the fact that all customers were made to wear them when not at the table and follow the one way system. The new ‘buffet to table’ concept seems to work really well and all the staff were friendly and attentive especially the lovely lady at reception.Food was very prompt and loved how the starters were being served with the side salads - really tastyThe curries were amazing and have definitely improved since last year. I have to say at £14.95 it was great value for money and will certainly be visiting again!!! Would highly recommended.

As the name indicates its a feast for food lovers. Me and wife after a long drive from Brimham rocks to leister, we were so tired. Nice staff, free car parking in front of it ( obviously its a first come first serve car park ). Not a plenty of space alloted for car park. Nice ambience altogether. Variety of starters ( for both veg and non vegetarian ) and good amount of main dishes. Rice, dhaal, curries. Chinese noodles was the best we enjoyed. Anyone want to try out some idli and dosa, you can try and they are good. Especially dosa will be served hot. After all, then comes the desert and variety of ice cream to taste. Yummy. Hold on its not done yet. Indians love Pani Puri and paapdi chat. Pls try this snacks here. You will love it. Altogether a fantastic place to visit to hangout with a family and I would recommend to go with your partner if you are going on a date too !!!

I always have a wonderful time at Feast India! It’s always my first choice of having dinner out.But my recent visit on Thursday was by far the best!!It was table service which I was very pleased about because despite feast of India putting measures & rules in place whilst going around the buffet area I saw so many people not abide by there rules! So I think feast India did a smashing job with table service. & I don’t know why..But somehow everything just tasted so much better & myself & my partner just wanted more & more lolThe poor waitress must have thought “what are these people” 😂 however when she advised me of the new rule in place I did jokingly say “ok don’t judge us then” 😂 & she laughed back which I thought was lovely purely because .. however the staff is efficient & they do their job well, I’ve yet to come across someone with a sense of humour. So it was very refreshing that this lovely lady Claret laughed with us a fair few times during our meal. & she was generously tipped during paying the bill 😊Keep up the fabulous work feast IndiaSo long as it’s as good as it has been the two years I’ve been comingI’ll always be visiting 😊👌🏻🤍
