Every one here is super nice and willing to help you, and usually aleays have a smile unless they are having a bad day, but I mean who doesnt, Right. I come here almost every day and they are great

I’m upset that I ordered few items online 7 weeks ago. You had all the items in stock when I ordered. I followed up every other week for you to tell me if you have any issues with stock. Same thing happened couple of times in past 3 months. I was told you have a fulfillment delay all these weeks . Now when it’s time to ship your folks tell me it’s sold out. This tells that your inventory system is really terrible! So Two things happened here!1. You had out of stock item listed and I placed an order and not in couple of days but after 7 weeks you tell me it’s out of stock. This never happens in any online shopping 2. You charge full price on day of order placing and keep my funds for 7 weeks then for out of stock item. This is fraud. This is an unethical business practice.

Bought a truckload of furnishings and put them together using the blog tutorials. Stunning! Quality not as good as Ethan Allen but way more hip. Products have a slight masculine edge but end up looking great together. Im so glad I found them.

Horrible company. Im not one to write reviews but my experience here was so poor I have to. If I could give it a lower rating I would. Due to extremely negative treatment from this company I will no longer be shopping here. This business is so poorly ran its embarrassing. Staff are rude and unprofessional. There are a lot of great other interior design companies that are considerate of their customers. Super disappointed. Do not shop here!

DO NOT WORK FOR!!!!!! If I could give a lower rating I would!!They don’t value their employees I gave my all to this company. Did way more than what was asked always helped with my manager when out supervisor got let go, I did the work of the supervisor, once they hired on another supervisor without even holding internal interviews they had me Train the new supervisor and then proceeded to fire me over something every single person does, the products are cheap they buy from creative Corp and just peel off the stickers, as well as other decor companies, the receiving guy smoked weed all day in the back of the warehouse which causes the inventory to be all sorts of unorganized and incorrect. McGee and co cares about the picture they put out there but don’t let that fool you, they would walk over their employees and work them to the ground.

Do not shop at their retail store McGee and Co!Do your due diligence and look around before buying here! I am out over $100 no matter how it is looked at because they inflate prices and deceptively hide the actual manufacturer of the product. The customer service team is slow to respond and has no power (or chooses not) to assist customers. The supervisor Gabby is no help at all in figuring things out and said this is just the way things are.They advertise products as made by McGee and Co that are not actually made there and are much cheaper elsewhere. I tried to escalate past the supervisor Gabby but she would not let me speak to anyone else.
