This place is run by goons. The local owner is full of attitude. They made huge holes in clothes in the name of tags. When I went back to give my clothes for the second time and asked them not to make such holes for tags, the owner told me to get out of his shop and even stood up to hit me. He repeatedly made gestures with hands and said numerous things that a laundry chain shouldnt say. He directly told me he doesnt care about customers. The reason is this place is a monopoly with no other laundry shops in all of Leh. I never went back again.

Horrible experience with Uclean Leh, ruined our set of new clothes by staining them with yellow color. After which they refused to take anyresponsibility for it, rather fought with us saying that it was our fault for not checking the clothes at pick up. The lady that runs Uclean is extremely rude and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIVING YOUR CLOTHES THERE. It’s safer to get it washed at your homestay or hotel.
