Food was okay but not the best. The service wasnt good. The cashier wasnt friendly. If you need utensils for take out, you have to ask for them. Good packaging.i dont really recommend it.

The chicken is really good. They have a Tuesday special called Le Duo for $15 ; includes a box with a leg and one with a breast with fries and coleslaw. They dont give a lot of fries. The coleslaw is creamy and really good. Service is quick.

Really good rotisserie chicken. The Benny brown sauce is way better than any other rotisserie out there, it is spicy and well seasoned; I just cant have enough. The fries are also crispy and well cooked, just like the chicken. I have never been disappointed with a meal at Benny.

Good chicken often have duo for cheaper on Tuesday :) like the sauce would give.5 but.french fries sometime too cooked.

I’m being generous with the 4 stars… the fries, gravy, and chicken is good…Coleslaw not so much… the thing that stings me the most is the prices … little bit on the high side… example the “choix de chef” is over 10$ with the tax. That breaks the 10$ threshold and it perplexes me how the other major “barbque” chicken operators can do the surprise box for less 10$. The coleslaw isn’t terrible but … meh

On aime ce quon commande (ailes de poulet). Mais mon dieu quils sont sourds à la commande à lauto. Je gueule à 2 pouces de lintercome et à chaque fois ils nentendent rien et je dois répéter milles fois. Chargez votre headset. !!

I tried twice. You changed your chicken fillets. The old ones were excellent and set you apart from the competition, while the new ones are pocket-sized, there is tightness on the tip, really disappointing. The same goes for the onion rings, there is hardly any onion in it, just breadcrumbs.

Sorry but I gave the person who makes the meal boxes a chance. I bought a meal box the first time, I took the chefs choice. The thigh was smaller than usual and in addition I didnt even have 1 cup of fries. I called and they got me. Credit a meal. I went back to get my meal ... same quantity except a breast. Conclusion ... must be cheap as a franchisee to offer half of what I receive in another benny & company in Laval.

He didnt deliver the rice I ordered, and for my wifes club, no fries, a soda cracker and a plastic tablespoon instead of fries !!! I called the restaurant and they laughed at me, did not come to pick up their order and refused to deliver what I had ordered, and did not reimburse me for the missing food! I wanted the thigh chest yen were more! So I took the meal wrap😞😞😞 there was no ranch sauce like I asked for and the dry black burnt fries !!! And the poutine apart from dry fries burnt $ 30 order and disappointed! I have a photo of the fries !! The manager is super nice and gave me meals thank you very much !! 😁! Oh super nice !!! I do not know who is the finfino who is angry with me because I accepted that he apologize for the disgusting meal that is not even served to a dog ?? !!! By taking what he gave me but thank you very much either waiters or delivery people but we were sick thank you !!! There is a KARMA do not forget, !!! Never again!!!

I wanted to recognize the excellent service from Mary-Ann. She is smiling, courteous and very attentive. She remembers the peculiarities of customers even after a single interaction. She remembered that I liked to decorate my meal with a tender chicken and the traditional spare rib sauce. Impressive, especially considering the lapse of time that had passed since my behind visit.The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the fries are hot and crisp. There is an unlimited BBQ sauce station and a range of beverages serving a variety of flavors from our all-you-can-eat favorites. The tender chicken is delicious and the chicken bites with Thai sauce, a marvel. In short everything is good and the prices are very affordable.To make it all up, Mary-Ann makes her rounds and is concerned about the clientele and ensures that everything is to their satisfaction and voluntarily offers the possibility of having our cabarets after our dishes finished. WOW, that is service with unrivaled quality.

When they withdraw from the Uber platform, they are not able to provide meals to the drivers when the customer is waiting !!!The other rotisseries deliver meals to the main door to avoid clogging the drive-thru service and avoid making the driver partners wait.

If you are looking for a good alternative to St-Hubert .. here it is. Opened in the old PFK building, this new Benny et Co offers a decent quality dining room. A more extensive menu than the St-Hubert (including beer fries). The Hot Chicken was particularly excellent. For delivery it works like a charm online and you can even pay the tip at the same time as paying the bill. It is possible via a supplement to change the fries for a salad of very good quality. It is a good place to order online or eat on the go in the dining room. Kudos to Benny and Co for using reusable containers (like glass rather than plastic glasses)
