Mr. Neychev is very professional and polite. We had a little scare with our drain and pipes and bothered him late in the evening. Regardless of the late hour he explained on the phone how to handle the situation so we can avoid further damage while we wait for his intervention. On the day of the appointment he arrived even earlier than expected, did a wonderful job (very quickly at that) and charged a very reasonable price compared to the rest of the market. I would definitely use his service again. Highly recommended.
