We adopted 2 new cats who needed their vaccines and all 3 of our cats developped a parasite along with worms. Dr. Stein and her colleagues treated our cats with accurate, precise treatments and simple at home guidelines/medication. She handled our cats in an adorable yet professional manner. I took my HEALTHY bunny there for an eye infection. Only to be told he has a dental problem. This is common for bunnies with eye infections, so we thought nothing of it. They kept my bunny for the entire day to put him under and shave his teeth. We went to pick him up and noticed he had issues with limping. The vet there Laplante said our bunny was stressed and they are afraid his back was damaged. They did an xray and found nothing. Overnight we noticed he had no control of his bladder and legs. We rushed him to the emergency vet clinic on 440, where they did actual professional xrays and found our bunnies spine was broken. He had no chance at his normal happy healthy life and we decided to euthanize him that same night.Our hearts are shattered. We took him in for an eye infection at this clinic and he left with a broken spine leading to his death.Shame on the vet and technician at this clinic that poorly mistreated and Mishandled our bunny. Dr Laplante killed our bunny. Call her Dr KerkorianBeware and stay away from this place and vet. Shame.

I brought my dog to have her nails cut, and I haven’t gone in a while because she despises getting her nails cut. When I brought her, the technician told me that if I don’t get her nails cut regularly, she threatened to take away my dog due to negligence. I was really offended. I simply don’t take my dog as often because she was traumatized by her experience while cutting her nails the first time. I didn’t appreciate being told that I don’t take care of my dog when I take great care of her. I will not be going again.

I brought my little girl, Daisy to the vet. The veterinarian spent and hour and a half with us, and did a full, in depth exam. The vet really made sure to give us a treatment plan for her issue, and was amazing. A little pricy, but totally worth it. I dont know of any other place that takes that amount of time with their clients. Great experience.

From the receptionists, technicians and vets I have never second guessed or questioned any diagnosis or treatments for my animals. I have always felt that my pets needs and health and well-being were their top priority. The technicians and doctors have always ensured that I completely understand what is going on and are great at taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns in terms that my husband and I could understand. I have never once felt rushed or like “just a number”. We have recently added a new fur baby to our home. I wanted to ensure our little puppys health so I rushed to see our vet, Dr Tremblay on Saturday. She took the time out of her already busy schedule to help guide us and assure us that our Lexie was doing very well. Her suggestions regarding chew toys, puppy food, sleep habits have helped us all with the stressful transition of going from one dog to two. Dr Tremblay also went above and way beyond by sitting with my three year old son and teaching him how to properly care, play and love an eight week old puppy! Never have never seen a vet take the extra time, the way she did. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to top notch service, a caring and professional staff and very reasonable prices. I have called to transfer my new puppies file just from the Breeders name to my own and it was a headache. I wish i asked for the girls name because she was very rude over the phone and was not accomidating. Also told me it was not possible to switch file holder names which is not true. I called back today and they were not able to find my puppies file at all. But this time this secretary was trying really hard to accommodate me. The doctors might know what theyre doing but some of the secretarys are lost and are rude. This made me want to switch vets right away and not even let them give my puppy her second check up and find another place for her. Thank you.
