My dog didnt enjoy his stay at this place at all. He didnt eat, he had 0 of 3 meals (the staff didnt think this was a big deal), his rear paws were bleeding (they didnt notice) with scratches and he was alone in a cage, stressed out when we picked him up. I wouldnt recommend.

Ive been going here for many many years! However they changed owners and now the staff are underqualified and are not professional.I brought my dog here to trim her nails, and CLEARLY advised that she does not do well with the nail clipper; hence they must use the dremel. Its twice now that the same girl at the front desk doesnt listen to me and uses the clipper on my dog. I was hearing my dog struggling in the back store, therefore I went to take a peak and they were 3 people holding her down like a prisoner and put the mussel on her. I was furious and told them to STOP! Clearly my dog is traumatized and this is extremely unprofessional. She said they are too long in the front we must use the clipper its faster! UNACCEPTABLE!She than told me afterwards, that I never told her she cannot use the clipper. She flat out lied to my face. And its written in her file - Dremel ONLY!Never going back! They just lost a very loyal customer.P.S: My dog was hyperventilating in the car driving back home! This was very bad!I will definitely let people know about this! BEWARE!

My dog love this place. He always get super excited when we get to the neighborhood. You can tell that he played for hours when I go pick him up. The staff is super friendly. I recommend this place if you need to go out of town for a few days and need a place for your dog to stay.

They took good care of my dog for 3 days during the long weekend while I was travelling. Really nice staff, friendly and real dog lovers....you can see that the dogs feel comfortable around the staff.
