I always have a good experience at this store. They always have what I need or they can order it if needed. Frank is very patient and answers all my questions every single time (even when I visit 5 min before closing time). He has a lot of experience and his recommendations are on point! During this pandemic he has taken care of the store by himself, its a lot of work! The store is clean and they take good care of their livestock. Price wise, they carry a lot of long lasting, highend and quality material, so you wont find cheap things that last one month. You pay for what you get! They have beautiful fish and corals. All you need for an amazing reef tank! The freshwater section looks well stocked as well (I rarely go there but its nice). Overall its my favorite reef shop and I go there a lot!

Limited entrance... but one section was close due to covid. But it was still very nice. No lineup... no people next to one and other... lots of seats... very safe

Horrible service by Stephane at the cash. Clearly the guy didnt want to work! Very negative in tone of voice, tips and general service. I guess the rest of the staff are pleasant to talk to!

Really great store with great prices but the guy at the desk ruins it for me. His name is Frank I believe. He refuses to speak any english or at least try. He is also extremely rude and unwelcoming. There was no one in the store and he kept rushing me to leave. I was planning on taking my time, buy a few corals and other needs for my reef rank but with his attitude didn’t happen. At the cash, I asked if I can add something to my purchase and he rolled his eyes at me. I’m sure he has people walk out with nothing. Not good for business. He lost a customer.

Placed a phone call to ask a question about my tank that I was just starting up and the guy that I spoke to today at 5:14 to speak English and told me if I dont speak French he wont speak to me. What kind of service is that??? Im totally disappointed in this place.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. I bought the frogs that I couldnt find at the chain store. I had all my questions about environment and care answered and now those cute little guys happily swimming in their tank.

Went to reef solution to pick up some items for a family member. They were very helpful and provided answers to all of my questions. WARNING ! Reef Solution sells contaminated fish and corals! If you value the life of your fish, avoid Reef Solution.As soon as I put my new fish in my aquarium, I noticed that it was carrying a parasite. I took it out immediately, but it was already too late. Within a week, I lost all of my fish to this same parasite. About $ 300 worth of exotic fish ended up in the sewers. When confronted with the situation, the saleswoman denied responsibility and rushed to sell her treatment. A scam ! Again, if you value the life of your fish, avoid Reef Solution!

Assez ordinaire je trouveEn plus les poisson d’eau salé son à moitier mort dans leur tank sinon il son porteur de maladie …. J’ai perdu un bac de poisson complet à cause que je ne pouvais pas m’informer sans acheter vraiment dessus ses fini pour moi

Disappointed, it is a beautiful store but the customer service was not up to expectations ... I am new to the marine aquarist and I came from the south shore to get professional advice, unfortunately I I was told to go see on the internet to get information (which Ive been doing a lot for months already)I wanted to know the difference between a decanter with live stones and with ceramic but he told me that there was no difference while other professionals told me yes) in short, I wanted advice but apparently they dont have time for beginners.Ah yes ! I was the only customer in the store ...disappointingResponse to the 2nd comment: I did not buy any material ON IT FOR FREE !!No questioning on your part !! Also, I asked for advice regarding the decanter that I had not yet started, you talk about common sense: your job is to answer customers questions and accompany them instead of staying behind your desk and speak with your pride and haughtiness.

I was there a few weeks ago and got the best advice from Frank! Super attentive to my needs! I stared at a 110 gallon of salt water and I just didnt know where to turn ... it helped me with my water parameters, question that my newcomers stay alive for more than 12 hours! Thanks again :)

Out of stock questionable advice and broken house policy dirty store. Nothing more for fresh water and frankly as long as you invest for salty go elsewhere the prices are lower and your experience will be more pleasant.When your owners do not hide behind your counter when you are not assuming. You owe it to yourself to say things yourself and not to pass your clerk for you .... frankly ..

We found the place by chance, because we had received very bad service at another place. Our kids wanted betas, we received prompt and courteous service. There are a lot of products in the shop and the staff seem much more knowledgeable than elsewhere. The prices are competitive and the place is accessible. We will come back to it.

All the employees are great, but I only go in fresh water so I imagine the salt water service is great too if they train their employees like him.
