Last visit was almost nine months ago. This time, we come asking for a little reparation for our frame, but it was necessary to replace it. Excellent service, as always. The place is super clean and they took all the measures related to covid, so it is safe to visit it.

Never met so many aggressive and offensive people in my life. No one at that location is a legal optician nor an optometrist. They even pretend to be but - It simply consists of an incompetent team or rather a “PACK” of BULLIES and high school drop outs . They are even refusing to provide their names and professional qualifications when asked? They even go so far to illegally pretending to be opticians but once their information is verified at Ordre Opticians it turned out to be simply misleading and false. I even reported the issues to the optometrist who preferred to further insult me telling me “ THERE’s NO POINT TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO YOU - YOU COULDN’T UNDERSTAND ANYWAY”. Something I do understand though - is that you will be out of a license soon and this will become VERY PUBLIC. If you are working 1 day a month you need to advise your patients accordingly or get out - REVIEW YOUR PROFESDIONAL OBLIGATIONS . I’ve Got CHEATED for several $1000’s and my lawyers will get you - and that’s a promise. This non intelligent person here happens to be very rich and more educated that you’ll ever be. To any patients and to the general public AVOID THIS CRAZY MAD HOUSE AT ALL COSTS. AFTER ALL IT IS A cheap chain hiring agressive bullies selling overpriced plastic frames over $900 you can easily get online for $99 AND THIS WITHOUT THE CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE. IRIS CENTROPOLIS AND THE IRIS CHAIN IS only interested in your $$$$ NOT YOUR VISION NOR YOUR WELL BEING .I have recorded and video taped all the conversations and all of the events . The authorities have been contacted.

Just had the most amazing experience at iris centropolis. Staff is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Dre. Hudon was friendly, thorough and professional, explained every step of the exam to my daughter Vivienne. Even examined her optic nerves and retinas and talked about sunglasses and blue light filters. I was very impressed. Jennifer helped my daughter find the perfect glasses. Jennifer took the time needed, was extremely patient and offered detailed advice. Jennifer is the epitome of great customer service. I highly recommend iris centroplis.

Worst place to do business with, longest wait and soooo expensive for just a test and contact lens trying. If you want to get screwed over please come here make you pay for things they don’t even provide you with the products and services you actually paid for! If you don’t buy anything on the spot they will not even care about you even though you have paid them. To avoid at alll cost!!! Any other company is better than here!!

There are four words that describe my experience with the team at IRIS Centropolis 1885 Boulevard Daniel-Johnson, Laval. Honest, Thorough, trustworthy and Caring. I appreciated that upon arrival, I was greeted, signed in, and prepped on par with my appointment time. The staff was friendly and considerate. The pre and post examination was very thorough and expertly performed. After my exam, picking frames was efficient, and found the perfect pair with the help of Miriam, who expertly explained everything. It was also great to hear that they were offering a rebate at that moment! Insurance claim went through immediately with no hassles. Extremely unpleasant experience! I make an appointment online for an eye exam because my contact lenses dont fit anymore. I am confirmed by telephone without inquiring about the service required or informing me of the duration or the price of the service. When I arrive in the store, I am told that the exam costs $ 145 but that there is an additional fee of $ 65 when wearing contact lenses, because the correction is not the same as for glasses (except I never said I wanted to change glasses!). However, I will not be provided with a prescription for these same lenses for fear that I will order them online, as I did until now, when I was charged more for the exam! Finally, when I am presented with the quote for the lenses of my glasses, I am strongly encouraged to choose a new frame, although I have never said that I wanted to change frames! In short, I came out of there with the impression that they wanted to rip me off and not treat me. The optometrist was very nice but went very quickly, talked a lot and didnt even give me time to answer. The worst part is that I dont have the choice to go back home to order my lenses since I dont have a prescription. And then they are surprised that I order my contact lenses on the internet!

Its been a few times that I have been served by Mme Miriam at Iris du Centropolis. I love her approach to clients, her smile, the time she takes to explain.I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses with very little time. My cousin having fallen in love with my Tom Ford, wanted the same. What a bad service! Not once Ive gone and theyve passed me on time. To top it off, my daughters had an appointment today, almost an hour late, the reason we had an emergency earlier. Ok I understand, but call me to tell me. Bin no ..... it goes with the services offered. POOR. Do not go. Elsewhere

My first experience at IRIS Centropolis is very satisfactory. The exam and the various tests are well done and explained by a dynamic optometrist. A special mention for the competent and smiling Optician Dominique who offers personalized advice and quality services.

For my part, thank you to all the team at Iris. Ive been going there several times and always have good service and there is more benefit especially for the warranty. Think about it, a pair of glasses is expensive.Elsewhere at the competitors ex: if you accidentally break your glasses then it is not guaranteed while at Iris it is guaranteed the first year and the second good it is 50% of the pouarata so if you calculate$ 900 elsewhere in the event of a glass breakage well thats lost while Iris is fully guaranteed.Think about it.

We have to call to adjust the glasses but no one answers so I make an appointment in person and they manage to write the wrong hours. They say they will pass me anyway but to pass 30 minutes I could not have time so I had to leave.

Two beautiful experiences at IRIS CENTROPOLIS. I presented myself in emergency with my 18-month-old daughter for an eye exam following a fall at the daycare. The receptionist was courteous and extremely friendly, then I saw dr.duguay who managed to put the drops in the eye of my daughter and managed to do the exam with a professionalism and softness very much appreciated especially when it s young children. Then the following week I was seen by Dr.DiMeglio for my exam, she is very professional, answered all my questions and really educated me on the health of my eyes. I was also served by Jennifer who took the time (a lot of time) to help me choose the perfect glasses for me. ♥ ️ I strongly recommend Iris Centropolis for their impeccable service and their smiling, dedicated and competent employees. Thank you to the IRIS Centropolis team for their excellent service! As soon as I entered the shop, I was taken care of. I had a thorough eye exam and Dr. Duguay took the time to answer all my questions. A very nice optician then helped me choose my new glasses and select my lens options. I admit that at first, I was a little afraid that the bill is salty, but when I mentioned that I had a maximum budget for my purchase, the optician was able to offer me several options that corresponded to this that I planned to spend. In short, I strongly advise you! :)

I bought Ray Ban sunglasses at the Rogers Cup booth. I had wanted some for a while and I found it convenient to be able to have them while avoiding travel. They had a scratch so I went the same day to make an exchange. The other pair of the same model also showed a scratch. I was told to stop by the next day to make an exchange. The next day, I was told to go to an Iris store near my home or otherwise, a lady will drop by to do the exchange at home, I only had to phone the Marketing Coordinator. Not having a car, not living near an Iris store and having little free time (one of the reasons for my purchase was the accessibility of the kiosk), I phoned the lady in question to proceed with the exchange. She replied that no one was going on the road to make the exchanges. I find it deplorable to have been sold a non-existent service, and that the lady defended the idea that it was the same service as if I had bought in store rather than trying to be understanding of my situation. She told me that Outremont was not far from my home by metro or bus (50 minutes one way only to exchange a pair of glasses sold with defect, its a long time when youre busy!). In short, very disappointed with the service received. If I could, I would get my full refund. It was the last time I did business with Iris unfortunately.
