Owing to COVID-19, we were asked to line up outside the store and let the representative know what we needed. The representative was really kind and was able to meet my needs. The customer service representative I spoke to afterwards was also hospitable.
They dont want ppl to enter to see the goods to buy as for the covid J thus ZERO customer service from the bald guy at the door !!!!

The manager screams and yells at all the employees, he is confrontational and rude with clients, I bought an iPad and it was broken and they basically told me to beat it. I’m very upset with this service the manager needs to be fired ASAP he has no social skills.

Ive been trying to purchase a laptop from the source. Its been paid at the source centre laval and we were told to pick it up at carrefour laval. we went to carrefour laval and for some reason they made us wait 45 minutes to tell us they dont have it in stock. we went back to centre laval and i decided to do a bit of digging and found one in stock at another store, its technically supposed to be shipped to centre laval, and Im not even sure if its new or the demo. so until now i paid for a laptop i still did not receive, it still says online, three days later, that it is in stock at carrefour laval. Ive never seen a store make me travel all over the place for a purchase i spent my money on and STILL didnt even receive any compensation for this disaster. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.UPDATE: Posted this review on Monday, this situation started on Saturday, we are currently Saturday, a week later.After contacting the call center and telling them about my issue i hadnt gotten a call back and i still did not get an answer for my situation. They transferred me to the store to try to talk to the manager, who was not even there. The employee said he would call me back to see if the laptop was indeed shipped, never called me back. I had to find the phone number of the store where the laptop is coming from on yellow pages (lol) and contact them myself to know if indeed they received a call from centre laval. Talk about taking matters into your own hands. NOT ONCE did anyone talk about giving me compensation for all this. Also, until now I still dont have that laptop that I paid for.
After purchasing a keyboard from nextech and realizing there isnt even an on off switch (so it just drains batteries unless you remove them every time). I tried bringing the unit back to a local store and they told me for any exchanges you need to call customer service so they authorize the exchange. After doing so, they said on the phone I must absolutely bring it back to the store where I bought it. After finally going back to the store I bought it they said they needed an email from head office authorizing it. At this point I had surpassed my 30days and they refused to take it back. The worst part is that competitors had a Logitech keyboard selling for 3$ more. Overpriced and the customer service is absolutely horrid.
Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME by visiting this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!Try BestBuy or Amazon is even better.

Bad customer service experience
Very bad bad customer service. I bought the PS4 from there. In within one day, after 2 hours, i brought back the box. We DIDNT OPENED THE BOX AT ALL!!!! So then i brought it back and asked them that i wanted to return in back. The girl took the box and brought it inside. Her with that boss, checked inside and they actually open the stuffs inside. And they come back saying that it was opened the box. Wooooow. I know and i said that we didnt opened that fkng box !! Why would i lie about it ? Im freaking out here cause of im not lying at all. I spoke with the customer services, they didnt fkng do anything. They wants to help THE customers but yet they dont believes us !! I shud and i wanted to take this as far as i could. Stupid people. Liars !!

Very bad online shopping experience from start to finish!Made an online purchase with a promotional code that qualifies for a discount but it didnt work, called customer service but they couldnt do anything, not even the $ 10 discount when we got subscribed to the newsletter,Also the price match was not respected since the article was at a better price elsewhere, my order was delivered to the store I chose but no one contacted me, I was there 2 times to have news but the answer was that we will contact you upon receipt, except that the item was available, we had to insist with the manager that he go and look again so that he finally returned with my box saying sorry that no one accepted it into the system.Disgusted I wanted to get my money back but he told me I need to contact customer service over the phone!Which I did, but they did confirm that I could return items purchased online to the store !!!!!Really very disappointed!To make matters worse I returned to the store to tell them what customer service explained to me, but the store was temporarily closed !!!!Moral: I will shop elsewhere

Contrary to the very bad experience I had with the personal manager of the source store in Rosemère, I was well served by the sales associate, Renaud, whom I thank for his courtesy and his helpfulness.The manager at Rosemère gave me false information and was expeditious, while Renaud, who is a salesperson at the Laval center, took the time to fully understand my case and resolved it quickly.

The manager of the Laval center branch did not hesitate to devote almost 2 hours to me to solve my Fire Stick problem. When I should go back to La Source, it is definitely Center Laval that I will go.

Interesting products and prices, but the commission stinks so much that it does not make you want to come back. Customer service is bad. Difficult to get served. We are offered a phone plan each time by paying at the checkout even if our purchase has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Sorry, but your store is like a little Best Buy with employees who are more salespeople than electronics connoisseurs. When you cant even have a clear answer about a computer or even a TV antenna, its not strong. I imagine this is the fault of the lack of qualified personnel.

I called several times for a missing repair left in March and no one wanted to help me or inform me. I knew 9 weeks and 4 calls later that my console was sent to the wrong place and I still have to wait and I will not be entitled to any compensation despite all the errors, the wait and the lack of collaboration.Im told its not their fault when anyone could have checked the repair status, that the console was sent for repair on March 30th and found that there had been a mistake.Zero efficiency except when you want to sell a cell phone.
