What did they do to this store?!!!!! I used to like this IGA, but after renovations its terrible....they removed entire sections, less products...the flow from one section to another leaves much to be desired. They narrowed ailes..AND...they replaced most of the cashes with self serve ones....these retailers need to understand that the customer does not work for them! Charging IGA prices for a MAXI experience.... I will not set foot in there again...

You treat your employees like they’re nothing! Who ever is reading this I need you to know they don’t care about anyone or anything they only care about money! I’ve seen employees suffer and they do nothing to help? To them the employees are just a number please avoid this IGA

Well organized store leading smoothly to cashes.. At cash and bagging of food, they are efficient, friendly and give good service!

Very clean and a good variety of choices. However I have to give it a one star because of the two employees in the front as soon as you walk in. They are extremely rude, arrogant and disrespectful!! Lacking in customer service skills.

Horrible, rude customer service , got racially profiled. Got insulted while shopping, would not recommend to shop here with other better options such as super C and Maxi.

The customer service there is terrible and the nonchalance papable. Ive been going to this IGA out of convenience because its really close to home and Maxi is usually more busy but I wont be going anymore.

I wish I could put five stars, they are practicing social distancing in the store. Unfortunately the poor employee at the front door should have had two other people working with her. She was trying her best to disinfect the carts, tell people to do their hands and direct people coming and going. Really poor management. I hope things improve.

The food is always fresh and the staff always friendly. If youre looking for great place to find what youre looking for this place is it. The staff is always courteous the management is impeccable theres always smiles you feel like you can stay there for an hour if you need to. Their Bakery is amazing the dairy section is always fresh they keep and maintain it seems really high standards in their food. There is even a little place where you can get yourself some really good fried chicken. Theyre not short on any Seafood either everytime I go there I walked just to make sure the smell is good and it has not disappointed me in over 2 years.

Amazing IGA, they close at midnight, so super good if you need a late night snack or need to grab something after your late shift. Employees are sympathetic and always willing to help! I think their fruits and veggies are only organic which is why people could say its a bit pricier on that side. I highly recommend! Thanks for being open so late!

Great experience, even during pandemic

Horrible customer service. bagging people forgot 2 things to put in my shopping bag after i had paid and when i called customer service i was hung up on 5 times then when i got someone on the other line all they did was put me on hold for 15 minutes. in the end they told me they didnt do anything wrong and hung up.

I love that its open till midnight that saves me so many times because I work till late at night. I find that it doesnt always have what Im looking for if ever I look for something specific so if your looking for example some baking goods they dont have much of a variety. Still its staff is friendly and if your missing your usual groceries you can find most of it.

I always get lost in this IGA as it is not organized like the other ones I am used to. Their produce is fresh, their meat look nice and I always find everything I need. Very well stocked! Good job!

I just get emergency items. Not all the groceries is expensive. But you can find gourmet items. That are fun to have.

Great selection of products: meat, fish, produce, baked goods. As well as standard super market stuff. And it is open late, until 12h00am

My only place to get my groceries.

Went to buy a salad was eating half way through to realize that the salad was not washed and had some bugs on the leaves.. 🤢

I do my shopping usually at IGA, it was my first time at that branch but the fruits are not fresh as usually they are, even I found some rotten oranges or lemons in the packs

The staff is great. The fruit are always FRESH and they last a lifetime jn the fridge. The place is clean and they close at midnight!!!!

Bad experience last year with two female employees; a rude store manager and cashier with an attitude problem. We havent returned since.

Need to always check the expiry dates. Have bought many products over many months that were already expired (assumed they werent, obviously). There is a disgusting smell in the summer something must be wrong with the garbage containers.
