They have a lots of different type of products (Lighting, Chairs, etc.) But often not a lot of choices. Prices are ok, not good but not too bad either. Biggest problem is no customer service, I know theres a big banner saying theyre hiring so theyre probably understaffed, but I went there with pictures of my place hoping to get help by an employee and found no one to help me. Also not super clean but again, understaffed probably.Would go again but they need more/better staff.

Everything is overpriced. And every time that I check the prices, most things have been tagged as if there is a discount applied while in reality the discounted prices are the real prices. They just want to make the items seem discounted.

Very nice selection of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen products. They have a wide variety and often times good sales. In store pickup is not the greatest and usually a bit slow, and the wait at the cash registers a bit long sometimes but still one of my go to for those items. When possible I prefer to get things locally than to those large online retailers!

Very disrespectful employee. Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and behaved really bad. Never recommend going there or visit that branch. Management should train employees and educate them on how to treat human beings before recruiting them and put them in service. Unacceptable and worst client experience since very very long time. Bought a Krups coffee grinder (83$) on December 2020 with a two year warranty. On the 11th of may 2021 it stopped working. I called Linen Chest in Laval where it was bought and asked if the unit was to be returned to the company or the store. I was told by an employee to return it to the store as long as i had the invoice the original packaging was not necessary.After driving 45 miles to the store the service desk and the manager refused to take the unit and did not offer any assistance.With that kind of service they have lost a customer forever

Overpriced... Sale items are moderately priced, though. Sales people are not very friendly at all and only marginally helpful. Good selection of table wear.

This is the worst Linen Chest store that I have ever been to. When you ask someone to help you, they give you an annoyed look with a ouein. They have defective/broken merchandise sold in the as is section with minimal sale on them... its ridiculous to expect anyone to buy defective or broken items at those prices. Very poor customer service.

Got a nice kettle for a good price, Annie was very helpful and provided a good client service. However, the line up is super slow and inefficient. I waited 25 minutes in the line.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Also, Brides to be, DONT GET YOUR WEDDING REGISTRY AT LINEN CHEST unless you have lots of time to waste. Last week, I had called Linen Chest to ask them some questions about their 25% off coupon code they were having in store and got hung up on after giving me a one word answer without waiting for me to say even another word and without even saying bye! I let that slide, and went to the store the following day to purchase items off my registry since I needed those items and also wanted to take advantage of the EXTRA 25% promo which I understood going in was not applicable on all items and on select items at full price. After gathering over $500 worth of items off of my registry I head to the cash where the cashier tells me that the promo is on ONE single item saving me $9. I was disappointed that I rushed there to save only $9 when the woman on the phone the previous day could have explained the promo to me instead of hanging up. I tell the cashier that luckily I have my 10% off since I have a registry with Linen Chest and she tells me it is only applicable AFTER my wedding date. (**Please refer to attached image with the message given to us Brides to Be on our registry page.) It clearly states that 10% VIP Discount Card for 1 year PLUS 10% off Completion Program. The way this is written, we get 10% off for 1 year PLUS 10% to complete our registry after the wedding. According to them, this means we get 10% off to complete our registry after the wedding has past. No matter which way they spin it they have written that we get 10% PLUS 10% off so clearly this is FALSE ADVERTISING and this is very upsetting and wrong! Also, while at the cash, I was charged $40 more for 2 items on my registry. I showed the cashier the price I had my pillows at on my registry since I had my printed copy that I printed that same day and she wouldnt allow the change to be done. Even after having her talk to her manager that there was a mistake with the price, she told me that she didnt want to honor the price. As upset as I was, I still bought the items and decided to write to their head office. I explained to her everything Ive mentioned in this review and she decided to honor me the price mistake on the pillows since I have the proof. She still insists that the 10% is specified that it is for AFTER the wedding and not before. Anyway, all this to say, dont waste your time, energy and money at Linen Chest. For registries, go to the Bay since you get 10% off on anything on your registry whether you buy before or after your wedding. PLUS their registry is SOOO much easier to use and understand than Linen Chests. A wedding is time consuming and stressful enough as is! Dont add on to that by going to Linen Chest.

Excellent service, Frederic is very polite, has the knowlage of the products and selection in store. He helped me with my choice for an espresso machine that I purchased as a gift. My issue with Linen Chest is that when sales are on, they are not consistent with advertising.Furthermore when items are wrongly priced, they think that they are not obliged to respect the law regarding compensation etc. You must stand your ground and insist... I did, and I got the article at the advertised sale price and the 10$ extra off.... however it was not easy!

I went last week and the cashier Jenika passed me by. She is a wonderful cashier and very kind. She gave me the bill she smiled at me and said good day! Wonderful experience!

We bought the pillows advertised in the flyer. We understood why they were on sale: they reek of cigarettes! At first, in the store, we didnt notice anything. At the cash desk, the young woman tells us several times that the pillows cannot be returned ... I notice the smell a little, but I tell myself that it is the cashier who must be a heavy smoker. Later, in the car, it becomes untenable. We take the pillows out of the covers, hoping that it is the latter that stink. But no, opening the covers is even worse! We tried to wash them. Without success.So dishonest to sell unusable products! Its like the grocery store is selling rotten meat.I have lost all confidence in Linen Chest.

I believe there were only 2 sales assistants to answer customers the day I showed up. The service was a bit long, but the one who served me did it very well, efficiently, and quickly she was able to order me the curtain I needed. 2 days later I received the curtain at home. Despite the lack of staff I recommend Linen Chest.

Its a warehouse you have to look for yourself and people dont always put everything back in its original place. However, there are some really good deals. Today 100 pc cotton sheets, double bed size for $ 48 including taxes, hard to beat! It was the last, in a bin. The prices are still reasonable however, even if there is no balance. Place to know!

Worst customer experience I have had ... Dont order online there if you want service. We ordered bathroom accessories on April 29. Some days later, I receive only half of my purchases ... I then write to customer service, so as not to have an answer today and its been over a month since I asked for assistance. We would have liked to have our purchases, especially since it was for our new home and we are moving on Saturday June 20 ... For a large company, it is really disappointing ...

Rotten checkout service. I waited 25 min. There were 2 open boxes and the 2 made exchanges. At least 15 people were waiting behind me. It is not the fault of the 2 cashiers but you should have someone to handle customer service.
