My favorite clothes store in Quebec city. Has nice and unique articles

Very nice clothing store where you can find something for every taste. Simons has been around the Quebec city shopping ecosystem for 100+ years. Covid-19 was really difficult for this great local business. Please check them out in stores and online. Service and help could be a bit better in shops but is still ok. Not many employees speak English though. Hope they keep up for another 100 years. Check the Fontaine de Tourny un front of the parliament building, it is gift from this company to give to the community. It is beautiful, especially at night.

This is a wonderful, huge clothing store, with mostly (but not exclusively) their own brands. All price points are available. Quality is very good. This branch of Simons is huge.

Enormous floor space. Everything is spread out, and multiple entrances from the main and side corridors. Unfortunately its end of the winter season sale time and I needed gloves because of the severe wind chill this week, so I had to choose from what was left, which was nice but not as warm as I like.Also, since it was the end of the shopping day (closing at 6), staff was a little hard to find but very helpful and friendly when needed. Could only go after work, which is my problem.Will have to go back later in the week when they close @ 9.

Acceptable for Quebec City. Definitely, not on the level of Nordstroms when it comes to customer service or options!!! You can go online to get better styles etc. Shoe department...mmm...no comment! The non-existent customer service makes me only go half way through the seasonal sales period...except for Emilie in Home Furnishings. No one greets you as you walk throughout the store which I find bizarre. I have never had anyone ask me if I need help even when in the dressing room.

Nice place to shop for just any kind of apparels; formal, casual, relaxed as well as outdoor apparels. They even sell cool geeky t-shirts, underwear and swimming suits.

Wonderful selection and great value. Always have the latest fashions and the store is impeccably maintained and staffed.

Good choice of clothes and LOTS of things on sale all the time. Not the best quality, but not horrible neither. Just fine if you believe the sole purpose of clothes is to save you from having to wander naked.

My wife finds everything she needs and likes at Simons.It is no wonder they are so successful.Everytime we pass by the store,which is often,she goes in and buys something!

Im always finding good stuff there, but it can be pricey. If you love something take it right away because you may not be able to find it after that!

Like all the others, the decor of this store is magnificent with all the round windows from floor to ceiling like all of the departments. The prices are fair and there are always good specials. The staff are kind and helpful.

The most beautiful store in Canada, and without doubt the chains flagship store. More beautiful designer collection, more choice than MONTREAL and Anjou combined! Incomparable merchandising, everything leads us to buy! Very well designed, you can see several floors of a landing, perfect lighting and staff service worthy of note. All the employees we meet say hello, smile at us. And something rather rare, impossible to find an employee at the cash register who texted! The customer comes first. We are indigenous and figure that this is the reason why we were being followed. I do not recommend going here as racism is rampant, and if I could give no stars I would.My family and I have been shopping here as we have been to many other Simons before. The parking at p3 is perfect for skaters from the most advanced to the most beginner! The asphalt is nice and there are a few ledges and manny pads for the cold winter daysUDAPTE: the guards are intense but the evenings are less worse!

I love going shopping at Simons, for the choice, the prices to suit all budgets, clothes for all ages. Men and women, eccentric or wise, small or large, slim or wrapped, all find what suits them. Customer service cannot be beat.

I really like this store, I went there when I was a child, with my mother, and I worked for 2 years ... young girl.Relaxed atmosphere, and always nice ladies, young ladies or young men, who are pleasant and helpful.Well done.

My type of store

A lot of content but what a hell to navigate! I was looking for a simple T-shirt, and I had to iron 4 times by the same path that I still discovered nooks and crannies that I had not seen. I dropped. Worst space design I have ever seen.

What to say? Mythical and full of surprises here and there. Buying at Simons is a love affair with the concept and the excellent products.

Sorry for that note. But the service was shabby. I have been to buy a pair of work pants (towards the suits) and I had no service. I understand that I am not there only person in the store but they had minimum 3 people who were free and they did not come to help me. Thats the reason I hated my experience!)
