Very bad management. Place is filthy and high rent for nothing. Garbage on the floor in the garage been there for 2 weeks, no one has picked it up. Very cheap quality, nothing closes properly in my condo. For 1300$/ month so not worth it. Im going to break my lease and go somewhere where my money is worth it. Equinoxe st elzear is definitely not the place to be.
