The staff carefully loaded the cement patio slabs which we chose; over regular / natural flagstone which they also have; into the trunk to ensure they didn’t chip or move for the drive home. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

If u already have an idea or image in mind for outside landscaping, they’ll offer quality service. they have a great variety of products with affordable prices. i was surprised to know that they could deliver my pavé really quickly.

Ordered 110 rolls of sod which were delivered delayed one day post the scheduled date. The sod was installed directly upon delivery and to our surprise it was fully decomposed and with a terrible smell. We contacted the supplier of this store and they verified that the sod was cut 3 days ago although the store claims delivering freshly cut sod. The store sent us replacement sod but due to their mistake we now have to pay for removal, dumping the old decomposing grass , and derolling new grass and the store is refusing to assume any compensation for the additional costs imposed by their mistake claiming they cant proof that the original sod was installed right away despite the fact I sent them dated images of deluvery and installation!

Terrible after sale customer service.. Lack any sense of professionalism , customer service and customer respect... They claim delivering freshly cut sod when what you actually receive is decomposing sod !

I dont recommend!!They deliver old rotten grass; two days after installment; it all went all yellow and dead!Not forgetting the bad service and rude staff stating we cannot help !!

We have never been so insulted by the service received by this company! We entered there about 10 minutes ago to choose a kind of paving stones, there were 3 representatives at the counter. One of the representatives asked us which company did business for the paving of our house and when we told them they told us we do not serve this company. My partner then asked that he wanted to ask a question about buying a paver and he refused and told us you are not served. My partner repeated that he just wanted to ask a question and the representative refused to answer. My partner asked if he wants to leave, the representative said yes. I couldnt believe what rotten customer service, I have never been so insulted! We would have personally bought from them if we liked what we saw!
