Excellent service from the sales person to the technicians who installed the system, very professional and on time, they went over and beyond with the installation to accommodate my needs. The products and brands they sell are of very high quality. i highly recommend them.

If you are considering Climatech - be cautious. If their tech support is like their sales department. Be ready for avoidance and radio silence. In sales there is a phenomenon of full belly syndrome. When the going is too easy - sales people and managers takes what comes as the low hanging fruit. Pity. i was looking forward to doing business with them. Their sales manager ghosted me by phone and email. Caveat emptor. Regards

We purchased a Mitsubishi unit. Salesman (M. Lemay) was professional and clear, installation team were competent and polite, and when we had questions after, we were answered quickly.

Thank you Joseph, Richard & Sam! You were all excellent! Sam took his time explaining the heat pump that would work best for our triplex. Joseph was so meticulous to make sure that I was comfortable with the installation plan in our old building and then executed the plan with incredible skill. Both even took the time to speak with our downstairs neighbours to make sure that everyone was happy with the plan. Richard was quietly excellent and diligent in his work. Fantastic experience! Highly recommend. And I am so so happy with the final product!!

Climatech, They promise the world, but then dont deliver. We met with the salesperson, and everything was no problem at least between the other calls he was taking. Then installation day comes, and the technician had many issues that needed attention, and things couldnt be put where we were told they could be, but we were assured that the units installed would still do the job. They of course didnt. Their suggestion was to use a fan (the whole point of AC is to avoid using fans) So after trying to use fans which didnt adequately work, we asked that they return and move one of the units - of course No problem we were told. Well there were problems, extra holes, etc. I told them I didnt want to see any hoses inside, ok No problem but I see the hoses, so now Im told Just build a little box Use this company at your own risk. Or maybe if you dont care about your property or wallet. I wont be calling them again.

The product is excellent. The customer support very poor. I would find another vendor for Mitsubishi, not Climatech.The installer did a good job and cleaned up as well as could be expected.They knocked a piece of glass off a shelf which in turn chipped the top of a toilet. Although I was told by the salesman they were insured they flatly refused to make a claim.I was told the unit and installation were eligible for a provincial grant. I applied as per the government instructions and was refused. Climatech have been of no assistance in claiming my 1500 dollars.in conclusion STAY AWAY

Call them a week ago, a woman promised a technician would call shortly but nothing not a single sign of any interest. Disappointing

Not interested in doing service work even for it’s own installations, just because the warranty is over.Update for the answer of the owner: when I called you, I was inquiring for the warranty, and there was no one at my place servicing the unit. The service was done and the technician who did the Service a few days before suggested me that you should service the unit. When the call was transferred to you office, I asked you if you could service the unit to replace the condenser, and you told me, in a very disinterested way that the other company could order the part, even when I told you that they don’t have Mitsubishi products, you said it didn’t matter, and once again I asked why didn’t you do the repair, even if I had to pay, you told me that not interested, too busy with new installations.I called you once and you didn’t wanted my business.

Mediocre service. Calls never returned before 10 days even in case of emergency. Messages not taken correctly by receptionist. Technician seems to be lacking knowledge. Found more information about symptoms of problems on google. They should accomodate customers with service during evening and weekends. Paid a lot of money for central air. Expected better service: at least a call back within same day. Very very disappointed.

The tech will show up between 12 and 4. I get a phone call at 2:35 the day hes supposed to be here. Climatech recently installed Furnace and Heat Pump into my place.They also did the removal of the Oil tank and old furnace by highly experienced technicians. I had a fairly good experience with Climatech. I contacted them to install a wall-mounted heat pump. They came to visit the house to give us a quote very quickly. The installation was also done quite quickly and efficiently (although the installers werent quite on time.) We noticed after their departure that the compressor, once installed on the outside frame, hid part of the window. After sending a few pictures they came to rectify the problem fairly quickly and at no cost. I found them to be honest and efficient. Thank you!

The AC installations did not follow the standards of the building management.They are installing a wire which comes out of the wall towards the property of my neighbor.I tried twice to explain the situation and the two times I was hung up.The last time, a gentleman (the boss I imagine) yelled at me on the phone and he didnt want to listen to me. I wanted to tell him that a professional has just confirmed to me that the job that Climatech has done did not follow the building management building code.I repeatedly emphasize that there is a broken 240 V wire in my ceiling, because they are improperly installed AC. 240V is SERIOUS! its urgent.The boss said, cut the son, fix the son, do what you want and hangs up on him.

We received a visit from a representative (Ronny), who agreed to send us a quote the next day. However, despite two reminders since, we have never received a submission or a return call. Big sales blah ... The company seems to have all the licenses, looks professional but the Montreal salesman could not smoke and did not want to do business with my spouse. He wanted me to be there when she has the skills. He spends more time denigrating your old air conditioning system than he will try to sell you. He even called back 5 minutes after leaving to warn me against the competitor who was bidding. A real macho of low floors.
