I accompnied my friend for a pick up of arrangements that she had ordered. She had dealt with them before and mentioned the rude service she had received but was willing to give them the benifit of the doubt. She has always tried her best to encourage local businesses. The treatment I saw her recieve however, in my eyes, elevated her to the level of sainthood. She tried to order and was continuously interupted and spoken to rudely and in a demeaning way. It was certainly not to their benifit to treat this customer in that way since my friend is well connected in entertainment circles. They have, at this point lost a valuable customer who will be giving her future and multible orders somewhere else.

I ordered the center pieces from Fleurs2 for my engagement. Sophie gave me ideas and helped me pick every flower in each centerpiece. She made sure that I was happy with every single detail. All of our guests were amazed by the arrangements and the fresh flowers. I would recommend highly.

Great service great selection of flowers and plants.

We ordered 6 bouquets of flowers over a month in advance for Mother’s Day, and pre-paid for them. We get there, only to find out they’ve only made 5 bouquets, asking us to pay for the 6th bouquet. So we show them our receipt, and they still argued with us. Not only insisting we pay for the bouquet, but now asking for even more than they charged for the other 5, because it’s mother’s day. They made a mistake, and instead of correcting it, they still tried to charge us again. We also had to wait for the bouquet to be made, and whilewaiting, they CONTINUED to argue. Nice flowers but trust me it’s not worth it. We had a receipt, literal proof and instead they chose to argue with us over their own mistake.

Very nice personnel, beautiful arrangements, vases,flowers, smells so nice.Not cheap, not expensive but bouquets are very well arranged while you watch. Worthy of return business.

I bought a bouquet for my girlfriend over a week ago, and they still look brand new. In comparison to other florists, which after a week the flower begin or are completely wilted and begin to smell up my apartment. I recieved amazing customer service, the girls that worked their were patient and always had a smile on their face while serving me.

I ordered a bouquet on the phone, for a delivery, for a birthday of a person from work, who was sick and stayed home.I explained all of that to nice lady on phone and asked her to pick a bouquet her self, since I couldnt come see it anyway. So my friend called next day, and said that she received everything on time and bouquet was extraordinary! Thanks!

After having ordered and paid for our funeral arrangement and above all confirmed that they would have all of our flower choices ... we were called back the next day to tell us that they would not have half of the kinds of flowers chosen because they received 1 ordered per week and those chosen are not availableThey ended up making a nice arrangement but it was a stress that we did not need in these difficult times. The flowers are also not very fresh ...

A bit slow to return receipts for phone orders

Edit: I returned and really enjoyed the service and the flowers I received this time around.I took flowers last year and was so satisfied it made me want to come back, but I regret my purchase this year so much. my bouquet looks like a jungle with a few roses in it and doesnt look like the simplistic bouquet of the past year at all. I even asked the florist to remove a few plants from the bouquet, but she just pulled out a stem and put it somewhere else. Last year, they used a beautiful brown paper to cover the bottom of the flowers and my girlfriend loved it while this year its a kind of gift wrap that can be bought at dollarama. If the brown paper was too expensive they should at least let the customer choose and charge more if necessary, but I got imposed on a thin red paper which I find horrible. The only reason I dont put 1 star is that I loved my bouquet from a year ago. I will probably not return to this place again since they did not listen to my directions and the quality has really deteriorated.
