Really disappointed and hurt. The Chiro Doctor Nathalie Bessette totally lacks good manners and professionalism. Every time I go to the clinic, I wait 45min 1 hour .. and I talk with other patients in the waiting room and its the same for them .. I mentioned to Nathalie that I found it really long and that it is a lack of respect to make clients wait so long, all this in a calm and polite tone of voice because in life everything says, but there is a way of saying things. I felt like that so I told her, there was no arrogance or aggressiveness in my tone of voice .. And she started to raise her voice to me, and she said to me well can leave (when its been 1 hour waiting for my treatment and my back is hurting) I had to tell him Hey you dont raise your voice on me like that.With that, I left because the way she spoke to me was REALLY BAD, and it made me cry because I didnt do anything wrong to make myself talk that way. So I left the clinic with big tears and even went home I still cried.
