Fantastic Service, I had never used them before, a power supply died in a critical desktop and they had it replaced on the spot within minutes.

Went to them a few years ago after purchasing a laptop from them, withinin a year the laptop had some major issues that I couldnt fix myself. They charged me over $200 in repairs over a few different occations in which one they simply told me Just turn off wallpaper engine and it MIGHT fix the issue. They then charged me a lot more for a simple factory reset. After all this money, still nothing had changed and they refused to accept that the computer was the issue. Sent to back to the manafacturer and they immediately identified that it was the motherboard that was dead, payed for a full replacement, and shipping costs. Carbil can be good, but just dont risk it.

Carbil did not fix our computer but demanded the money, they still have not fixed our problems, their staff seem slow and not very capable of dealing with us. will not ever return, was a waste of time

Tried to void warranty obligations.BIOS stated Case been opened when new PC and not been accessed.I found Personal information (ISP addresses, MAC addresses) of 8 people that had been connected to my NEW pc via wifi.Putting complaint through Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Tasmania.
