About six months ago Larry repaired one of the hinges on my Chromebook. Now the other hinge broke. He repaired it for me the same day. He was very concerned about the functionality of opening and closing it now. He fully explained to me what I could and couldnt do with it. I will definitely go back there for any other repairs. I strongly recommend them.

I brought my ASUS computer here hoping it would get fixed without breaking the bank. I explained to Paul my computer was running extremely slow and all programs wouldn’t load quickly. He worked on the computer and cleaned out all the temp files and gave it back to me about 2 days later I had to bring it back because the hard drive crashed. I though for sure it was gonna be a paper weight. I brought it back and they replaced the hard drive. They were very quick with their service and it was top notch. Extremely satisfied in the service and the price will definitely use these guys again.

This was a drive-by for me and I feel lucky to have stopped in. My HP was over 5yrs old & I was receiving the blue screen of death as well as numerous other errors. I thought first thing they would recommend was to get a new one. Laptop was left and within the next day it was backed up and fixed. My main concern was not losing anything. It was never suggested to purchase a new one, until I asked what THEIR recommendation would be. It was evident BellTech is not in the business of making additional monies. The price for fixing/backing up my old one was extremely reasonable. They even offered me a coupon I did not have. I did end up buying a new laptop yet keeping my old one and returning for basic transfer questions.Larry was gracious enough to transfer everything at no additional cost as well as sit down with me while guiding me.Would highly recommend this place....not to mention the casual relaxing coffee tea atmosphere. After two appointments at Best Buy - being told that they would have to send the laptop out to the manufacture for 2 to 3 weeks for them to look at for repair?. Stopped in this morning and spoke to Larry Bell at BellTech Computer Solutions... 10:00am we left our HP laptop for him to look over... Got a call at 3:15pm stating it was fixed and everything is there! Great job - fixed the problem and didnt have to set two appointments with a Geek Squad nor ship the computer out for 2-3 weeks. Really a poorly run operation from my interaction with them. Dropped of my Mac to have them repair the screen after calling to verify this is something they could do. After several weeks I called asking for an update. They said they had been to busy and would get back with me. After another several weeks I called back again, same story could not get to working on it. Finally after several more weeks I called and they said they could work on but needed me to pay them ahead for something or other, maybe parts. When I gave them the credit card number they said their CC system wasnt working and they would call me back. I am sure you can guess what happened next. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK AGAIN. Finally came by and picked my mac up from them. Thanks for wasting my time guys.Update after owner response:Larry how would you like for me to email or call you? I don’t have your info. I know you don’t mean to have me call the store since we have seen they don’t call back right? Also why is it relevant that it happened at the end of last year? Is the store under new management now? Do they actually call people back? I’m pretty sure you have my contact information from when I dropped off my Mac right? How about you call me if you really had any interest in talking.

Thank goodness I found Belltech Computer Solutions when I did. My laptop was getting slower and slower during start up, sometimes up to a 10 minute wait. I was going to purchase a new laptop when my friend, Cindy, suggested I bring my computer to Belltech. The technician at the front desk took my laptop and ran a few diagnostics, before I knew it I had a laptop that acted like it was brand new. Then the best thing happened :) I was expecting to pay a large fee for fixing the laptop, but it turned out, the fix was a quick clean up so the charge was minimal, actually my tip, I left the technician, was more than the actual charge. Me and a friend went in here to sell her computer to these guys and they were nice and polite. Despite their good attitude the man behind the counter claimed to have researched the computer we were selling to them and claimed it originally sold for $400. After my friend accepted their offer I did some research and found the computer started at $699. Although I believe they bought it from her at a decent price, considering the work needed to be done on it and the decreasing value of computers over time I am insulted that he put a low value on the original price.

I found Belltech on Google, and visited them based on their proximity to where we are staying in Largo as well as the good reviews. Our boat sank in the Gulf and I brought in an external hard drive that was under water for 36 hours to see if any data could be retrieved.Larry Bell, the owner, took it apart for me at the counter. He indicated that it was a lost cause unless I wanted to try having it sent out to a clean room. Larry was very clear about the potential costs that would be associated with that process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. Belltech is a great place to go when having computer troubles. I am a current medical student on a tight budget, and my computer use to run extremely slow, which did NOT help with my studies when I have to study extensive information in a short amount of time. I brought my laptop to them and their friendly technician took it into his capable hands and made it run faster than it did when I got it. Their prices are reasonable too. I was worried I was going to be paying an arm and a leg, but they were willing to work with me so I could pay and have my computer.To top it off this is a nice place to study. I have tried many different places to try and study(house, school, library) and I was always distracted. I would come in to Belltech whenever I had a load of homework or major tests to study for, and actually stay on track. They never seemed to mind, and I would notice during their studies how they treated their other customers. They have nothing but honesty and respect for their clients. If they can or cant help they will tell you, and will gladly give you consultation on what to do with your electronics if it is a tiny problem that doesnt require extensive servicing, free of charge!All around BellTech is a great business(and study spot). Took in a laptop and was told it would be checked and they would call me later that day. We where called however it was three days later. This is more of a coffee house then a comp. Repair by the way the laptop was never repaired. Dont waste your time or money.

Went here to get a charging port replaced on my laptop, just a matter of ordering the part and a small soldering job. As I entered the store to drop off my computer I went completely unacknowledged while the owner helped another customer; no welcome or Ill be right with you. This wouldnt have been a problem if while describing my issue the owner didnt shut me down to help another customer who had just walked in. Felt entirely disrespected.I was told that my laptop would likely be done in a week. Two weeks of hearing nothing from them I called and was told that the part hadnt been delivered and that I would hear back from them after it had come in.At this point I tried calling, now 3 weeks later, and couldnt get though. Was told to text, which went unreplied. In the meantime I ordered the part myself and received it in 5 days to take my business elsewhere having wasted three weeks on this company

At first very helpful in trying to create a web page for me. But after several months, there was no progress for the new site and no changes being incorporated. Had several meeting with the owner and every time there was an excuse that he made the changes, but they didnt get uploaded for some reason, or that I didnt give him clear instructions. When the website finally went live, it was incomplete, it had misspelled words, and wrong information. After e-mails, text messages and phone calls were not returned for another few months, I had to create my own website myself!Terrible experience, terrible customer service.
