I had issues with my brand new Dell laptop and ended up coming here after a few places would or could not help me. I spoke over the phone which a guy named Jagu that was nice and was willing to at least look at my machine.I did not have to pay a deposit. Jagu who was pleasant to deal with was able to fix my issue in a reasonable time frame at a very reasonable price tag.I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has computer issues.

This week my laptop wouldnt power up and I had a mini crisis. Im a middle school teacher and use this computer daily. I took it in to I Land Computer and Im glad I did. He take time to listen you, explain you everything about your issues and the way he will proceed to repair your machine, his whole behaviours and communication inspire trust and respect.His lab is extremely clean and perfectly arranged, everything is under his control and you can feel it.Jagu repaired one of my laptop crossing 5 or 6 different diagnose tools, he analyzed all the components, detected the roots of the problem, cloned my datas and re-installed everything perfectly onto a new hard drive... all in 2 days for a very reasonable price.He gave me back the trust in computer repair that I lost completely in other places... I cant say enough about my experience with I Land Computer.My situation was 2 fold. I started getting symptoms of a virus on my desktop (even running an antivirus) and I was in need of replacing my large & heavy laptop computer. I depend on my computers for my livelihood and cant afford to be down for ANY length of time. I have to admit, I was a nervous wreak when I went in to see Jagu at I Land Computer. Even having read all the reviews. When I walked out, I couldnt believe what a great experience I had. Jagu was so patient with my questions and fast to make sure I wasnt without access. After cleaning up my desktop computer, and adding a DVD/CD driver, I purchased a new laptop that he upgraded the memory and made it to look and act, just like my current laptop (but faster, smaller and lighter). All the files were transferred without a glitch. He gave me some great tips and was unbelievably fair in his price. Additionally, I was impressed with how clean and organized their shop is. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend I Land Computer Service to anyone. My desktop PC was attacked by a virus and would not boot up. My brother recommended that I should take my computer to I LAND COMPUTER as he had taken his computer to this store several times before and had a good experience with them. At I Land Computer they were upfront with what the problems may be, how to fix each problem, and quoted a price for each possibility. As it turned out, my hard drive was damaged by the virus and could not be saved. Fortunately, they were able to recover everything that was stored on the computer as I did not have any backup for the last 3 months before the virus attack. Later, they told me that I could replace the damaged hard disk drive (HDD) with the newer type of drive called solid state drive (SSD) that is faster and less failure-prone. They also installed an additional HDD inside the computer to serve as a simultaneous data backup (they used a HDD since it may be harder to recover data from a SSD than HDD in case of any drive failure). Ive now been using my computer for a month with no problems. Throughout the repairs, I feel they were honest, informative, upfront with everything, and very friendly. I really appreciate that they made this process very easy for me.

I Land Person came out to my business and analyzed the issue, researched it and then advised what the problem was and that he thought this would remedy it; adding that he would call back tomorrow to verify it had not resurfaced. He was polite, on time, explained using non-tech terminology and wasn’t a cocky or condescending.

Just an outstanding business. They do great work, they stand behind it, they are reasonably priced and they are nice people. I dont go to the any other computer shop anymore. These guys actually know computers.

These guys are smart and they get my stuff fixed right. I appreciate that they dont try to sell you more than you need. I like that. They know Windows, Linux networking and they even fix phones. Jagu da is especially helpful. He connects to my machine remotely so I dont even have to take it in.Im sold. Im probably going to get an annual support contract so I can call them anytime I have an issue.

I #LOVE THE I LAND COMPUTER. Jagu da is a Computer Legend, he fixed all my problems very fast and was very fairly priced. He even dropped off the computer to my job as I was unable to pick up but needed my laptop back. When my desktop had an issue, he personally came over, diagnosed the problem, took the computer back to his shop, and dropped it back off when it was fixed. My brother spilled milk all over his laptop keyboard, and it stopped working. We came into the shop, and they took it out and replaced the keyboard with exactly the same one in probably less than 5 minutes. They were very friendly, and they gave us a very good price!

Got recommended to come here to fix my computer by a friend and Im so glad I did!My keyboard was broken so I took my laptop in. Within a few minutes, I Land Computer diagnosed the problem and said they could order the replacement part for me. Within a few days my part came in.
