I was so impressed with the technician and all the employees who helped me with my phone. They tried everything to try to fix my phone and it was determined that the phone was defective. They replaced my phone and helped me transfer my information. Their patience and knowledge was fantastic! I Wii definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you everyone!!

One should not have to drive 1.5 hours to get a screen replaced..Every location should have that service. Sprint had much better customer service..miss that.

Customer service at this TMobile location is always great. I came in to pay my bill and asked for help with getting my phone voice to work when I use google maps. The staff person that helped me got the voice to work in the store, but when I tried to use maps when I left the store my phone volumes were all turned up as far as they go but I heard not a sound on how to get where I was going. I did everything the staff person showed me to do and it still doesnt work.

The clerk knew exactly what the problem was, and download what was necessary. He saved me a trip of going to the local repair store.

Waited over a hour and a half. There were only two couples ahead of me and 1 staff helping each of them. If they wanted our business, they could have let us know we might have to wait over a hour and a half.... staff was not knowledgeable with basic questions asked. Will not be going back

Horrible customer service on this morning from the manager, Scott. A formal complaint was filed with T-Mobile and the Better Business Bureau. I was there last week and received superb service. Its great that the team arent following the managers lead with customer service.

Very bad. Waste your time, dont act like they care about your time. They promise that they have a phone, make you sit there for 1/2 hour, then they dont actually have it.

This place rocks! I have been to other stores where they just treat me like a walking dollar sign. But here, they actually listened and I got exactly what I needed!
