Google review are misleading, rooms were not clean even after asking for cleaning. Staff is untrained and unprofessional. Always delayed room service. Resturant closes on time but opens late. It was apparent that there was no responsible person in the resort. Every staff was working individually as per own wish without caring for service quality. Unhygienic and dirty. Suggest to have everything in writing and dont trust any verbal confirmation. Location was good.

The resort is equipped with all facilities, gym, game room, spa, children play area, open swimming pool, terrace DJ, restaurant etc. What makes it unique is small open spaces developed near rooms to provide private personal spaces. Children have lots of activities to get engaged. Rooms are situated in small groups, separate private rooms are also available, all balconies have beautiful mountain view. Open swimming pool also provides mountain view which looks very beautiful. Service is not up to date, room service takes 40-55 minutes which is really slow.

Blue pine resort is a great property with very nice location and view .its a large resort with around 40 rooms , the view from all the rooms is great ,we stayed in room no 25 and it was having great valley view.also swimming pool , snow view point is also great .overall I liked the resort and stay is peaceful over here.

A place with lot of potential serving horrible experience to its guest. The gym machine are full of spider webs and covered in dust. Swimming is not functional. The room we got could not be locked. The snooker table looks like as if it is from 10th century. The managers asked us for extra money when we asked for an extra blanket. The hotel owners have no idea whats going on, no guests were happy and the the manager was drunk. The managers was missing out on attiquttes. If I could give half star I would but I have no choice. Going to file an FIR for the behaviour of staff.

Resort is at beautiful location. Property and rooms are very well maintained. Room service is good. Also its close to treeking point and main city is also nearby. Overall amazing experience

I contacted resort for booking and called picked by Mr. Dharmender,. They dont have any respect to the customer, even before booking they are misbehaving . Guy said we cant spend 10 mins to each customer for booking , we have 3 resorts and so many rooms.

The best thing about the place is its location and view. The resort in itself has so much to offer that it can be a days adventure. The views from its Spa and Cafe balcony and Snow View point are breath taking.

If you are going to Lansdowne ,then stay at this hotel blue pine resort. This resort is 4km away from Lansdowne . Other resort are far away from Lansdowne so temperature at this resort is comparatively cooler than other resorts. The view from resort room is awesome, they have dj night which looks great in the evening. Indoor sports like table tennis , carrom chess available. Room size is medium plus they have private balcony with each room. Overall Experience was good .I will give 8/10.

Hotel is located at a very beautiful and senic place but its not at all maintained. Rooms are good but doesnt provides clean bedsheet, pillow and blanket.Not sure who is the owner, but if you are reading this first of all please train the staff or change it completely. They dont have manners on how to talk to guests. Lacks communication skills plus very rude behaviour. Any hospitality sector can not bear such behaviour, but just because of the location they are full these days.Also no wifi or even mobile network is there but one can go for a walk for around 500m atop hill they can get the signal.At last I must say its not at all a friendly place for couples. Unhygenic and dirty rooms, rude behaviour of staff, so be careful while booking.

Blue pine & Alpine resort are next to each other. Blue pine is old property and Alpine is new. We stayed in Alpine, stay was very comfortable, food was good. Enjoyed thoroughly. Himalayan range, sun rise is visible from hotel itself. Nice location.

A possible gem but a ultimate disaster due to lack of services, clearliness & maintenance.I stayed at family suite room no 8 which was their most expensive room but it was horrible coz of dead mosquitoes in it plus its old school design & unpainted walls. In restaurants they dont have full menu & lack very basic things like ice creams.Above all there will be no Mobile networks & no wifi in rooms (only at reception) forcing us to leave with just 1 day stay instead of a 3 day planned holiday.Owners should understand that due to pandemic almost everything is online like work from home & online classes , so they must provide wifi in each floors & rooms. To add salt to pain breakfast started at 9 am.Simply a very disappointed stay.A large property without any maintenance.(check pix)

I visited with my family for 2 days, Its an over rated old property priced exhorbidantly high, the property is better g which is not maintained properly, with pathetic services, even during pandemic times cleanliness is not maintained, you need to chase the staff to get washrooms and your rooms cleaned, there is not mobile network in the hotel and wifi signals are also not available most of the time, they dont have credit card swiping machine so its better to carry cash, the bedsheets were all stained and dirty if you do not notice you will land up on dirty bed with high risk of infection. You need to be extra careful while having your meals else you will end up having dish with an insect ( will post complete story with pics on their Facebook page and trip advisor). The property is Ill maintained you will find peeling paint water damage on walls and bathroom, there was an issue in one of our rooms,l wherein hot water was not available, even the service staff was not able to resolve the issue for 3 hours, we checked it on 2-April-2021 and checked out on 4 th April, we were having 3 rooms, my first 3 hours took to chase the staff to get the things in order write from cleaning and mopping the room to fixing the hot water issue, you should not expect professionalism from hotel as I repeatedly asked for the manager who was not available in fact no one turned up, they only have free to air SD channels available so dont expect that you can watch anything on satellite TV. The property doest have the air conditioning but they do display AC Wendy ans even AC regulator to befool customersNOTE FOR TRAVEL SITES - TRIPADVISOR, BOOKING.COM, AGODA...Stop befooling clients by rating high this property, it was a lifetime worst experience on all parameters including high prices, I have been to Lansdowne, Peaks and Pine before that property is professionally managed so by any standard this property cant be rated high, will post my story with pics on your sites as well

These is very resort in Lansdown. They have good room to have valley view and in house restaurant is really good.Room were spacious with good hygiene standard & we liked when they followed Covid 19 related SOP each day.

The reason I rated 2 start.. Is just because the room was okay and food was also okay in restaurant. So many things you wont like here. First is the parking... If u have parked ur car in the front then u have to wait for other to take out their cars so that u can move ur car if u have to leave in emergency. Ordering snacks and bf in room was not a good idea. They are definitely not sure how to make a veg and cheese sandwich. It was my marriage anniversary and they didnt even acknowledge even after telling them that i m just booking the hotel for this occasion. Staff is very lethargic and lazy. They dont have food for kids under 4-5 yrs. If u ask them to make something, they have all the reasons to not make it. Not a good experience at this hotel and will not recommend to anyone.

Visited bluepine resort post covid in December 2020. Awesome property i must say. You will get Mesmerising views from the property. The view from the top most point of the property is definitely a treat for eyes. The property is so well maintain greenery all over . The infinity pool is fantastic . They have children’s play area , spa, restaurant .You get to watch so many birds nearby the property.Parking is not at all a problem. Lying in the cantonment area the resort is peaceful and worth a visit.

One should not plan more than 2 nights in landwdowne. Property is excellent . You should opt for room 9/10/11 as this is the only spot where you get network if someone has to check mail and attend calls. No network in room by the way but once you stand out in DJ area you can access.You may be worried of privacy in above mentioned room but trust me once curtains are pulled you can be sure i have checked personally :) Food is good but is way too expensive . Resort should think over it and reduce the price by atleast 20% and try to earn through no. Of orders as people enjoy eating multiple times in cold weather. You have restricted them with the cost impact.Overall stay was very goodResort team is cooperative and evening time is awesome .One should carry enough stock of alcohol if you enjoy evening time with drinks.Wine lover should carry wine as it is not available anywhere once you checked in resort not even in the local marketThis resort is excellent for family gathering If you are interested for site visit book local cab with the help of resort maximum Rs 1000 .only 2 good spot to visit bhulla taal and tip and top rest are either mandir or churchDelhi ites Biryani lovers please do not eat biryani of resort that is not their speciality .

There is no connectivity in this resort be it jio airtel or Vi. Your request is hardly fulfilled. Half of meenu is for makeup. Otherwise whatever you get is good.

Beautiful resort at perfect location... But its not economical in terms of aminities provided... Very highly priced... May be the reason as its in a hilly area where basic commodities reach in very difficulties... Its on the way to the Lansdowne a beautiful hill station which is in half an hour plus drive from here but finding good rooms in Lansdowne is also very difficult hence people left with no or very less options to book in hotels close to Lansdowne

Since no option for 0 or negative stars.. i have to give one star..We had visited the resort in the evening of 26.01.2021, we had already booked 3 super deluxe rooms on 20.01.2021 for our visit on 26.01.2021 on the basis of online ratings, the day we visited the place we get to know that rooms are so small and not well maintained, also they are actually not super deluxe rooms.When we try to take stand for this and ask for manager, no one comes to meet us and solve our problem but manager tell us only on telephonic conversation“ ki aaj raat rah lo subh chale jana dusre resort me”and very rude while talking.Rooms gates are so noisy, washroom is also very small, however resort is well clean and maintained. Staff is also very rude and “kaam chor” types.Food is also not so good.

I have an awesome experience to share with you all. I spent 2 nights in this facility and trust me barring mobile and internet connectivity.. I had fun and enjoyed each n every minute I spent there. A beautiful 4-5 floor property structured on a lush green hill and unforgettable view from the swimming pool right on the tip of a cliff. Food was awesome, staff cooperated in every possible manner they could. Specially to mention Mr. Rawat from their kitchen team... Thank you for fulfilling our all foodie demands. 5 stars separately for Mr. Rawat.
