Why our parcel is not deliver ,it reached on 3rd oct but still not deliver yet nor they call up. Whats the benefit of choosing dtdc buy expending more charges. Its not any post office service which you people can delay.

What kind of Courier service do you provide?Incorrect tracking details online, no contact number unless we visit your place, no email id.How are customers supposed to know their package has been delivered or even has it arrived or not? Who will be responsible if the package is urgent and the concerned is not given information of any kind till they visit your place?Is providing courier service supposed to mean customers coming to your place just for enquiring or taking their parcel themselves?

This is really disappointing! There is no value for paying courier charges for Air (DTDC Express) if you are not going to open your office on time & put your phone offline. I have been visiting your office for more than 8 times and saw a notice updated on your gate informing that youll be open on 21-9-2020. However the office still remain closed. Hope your services get better in future!

Worst customer service plus irresponsible service providers. Wonder why they dont even provide a phone number to contact the branch when they dont even call the consignee that they have the item or parcel with them. Had my parcel with them for almost half month without even informing ,and kudos to their tracking site for not being accessible!

Do not ever rely on dtdc specially this place office. No punctuality, no professionalism. They will simply switch off thier phone and close the office. No communication can be made ever.

Worst service ever known and the people are too lazy to do their own job and want only money. This is the reason why my parcel is still stuck at DTDC imphal airpot even after showing out for delivery since 5days. Dtdc sucks.
