Customer service was great 5/8/21. The gentleman that checked me out even agreed to put on the screen protector that I purchased. I didnt expect that, but wow what a kindness. There were quite a few employees behind the counter but everyone was attentive. Overall an encouraging experience! Quality customer service does exist. GameStop must treat their employees well, or everyone just loves their jobs, whatever it is keep doing it, it shows!

Poorly stocked and staff was not very knowledgeable when it came to swtich titles and half the staff was rude. Also it appears all GameStops try to sell you opened titles at ful price as new yet they have an issue when you have to return opened titles.

A lot of people have been complaining about gamestop and how they dont have stuff and always out of stuff but I have always loved gamestop and still love gamestop. I have never had a problem, always got my moneys worth, and always got what I wanted. So I am staying with gamestop till the end!

I pre-ordered a Pulse Red Controller for Xbox and they sold my pre-order the other day. They have to order me a new one. You know like I put money down on it and they just sold it. What kind of logic is that?

This place will rip you off when it comes to trading in games for store credit. I purchased a new title game for roughly $40. Only got $12 store credit! I would have appreciated at least $20. I cant believe this allowed.

This is where I got my Nintendo Switch at, with my two Zelda games and Super Mario U deluxe, so Im happy. I like shopping at Gamestop for my game selection. Good prices and good deals. I suggest to get a powerup rewards card. It saved me money on purchases.

When working at a store such as this. You should be knowledgeable of everything in this store. You should already know the best possible solution for me to get what I need. There sjould be NO reason for you to direct someone to another location thats over 30min away. Why not offer a solution of game cards for that particular system instead of tracking down a hard copy. Who actually needs a hard copy any more🤔 I personally didnt appreciate the customer service. Best interest of the customer.

Poor selection with awful trade in prices. Never buy used controllers from them as they buy defective ones and dont bother to fully test them out. I would avoid this entire chain at all costs as they have absolutely no care for the customers

This GameStop employees at least nice but have no knowledge of things. I bought a SD card for the 3ds xl and they told me it would work. They lied and said it would. So it did not work and were not sure if we can return it meaning they ripped me off. Very bad and lame location.

The guy with brown hair is very helpful and friendlu. Knew exactly which games I was looking for when I forgot the name and helped me find the one I wanted at another store 👍🏻

Picked up BO4. Staff here is always engaging, funny and really make the atmosphere relaxing, making me want to always come back. Things are organized and not a mess.

Tried to pre order a SNES mini. They were out as expected and only limited to one per household, which is fair. What upsets me is that the info I received from an employee. I was told that other employees in the store bought up to 5 just so they could turn them around for a personal profit. There own employees are scalpers, ruining this experience for there customers. Truly pathetic .

Ridiculously long wait to check out Saturday December 22. To have 2-3 people working Saturday night before Christmas ridiculous especially when the female working was on the phone with a customer 30 or more minutes because I stood in line to check our a mug for $6.40 I would have bought more but was disgusted with waiting. There were 3 Ppl on front of me n I was in line 30 mins n the same guy was at the register god only knows why he was at the register 30 o more minutes so of 2 registers one was on the phone w a customer, one was doing something for a customer at register and the 2 ppl in front if me each had 1 to 3 small items. I think there was another person walking In store working. Staff was apologic. I said to her management didnt do a good job and I saw many walk out the door probably because there was no one to answer questions or help w items up high. I was interested in a item up beyond my reach but I was not going to ask about it after waiting in line 30 mins. Before Christmas stores at park City need to have better staffing but staffing here never good and why we go to another game stop. Id never come here if I was in a hurry Id go to one of the other stores. The staff was great dont get me wrong and they were pleasant and not in control of staffing but management apparently doesnt care if customers walk out or go to other stored or theyd have 4 ppl working over the holidays. The mall was open til 11 pm and I was there at 8 pm which Id think the night would be as busy as the day

Today was my first time going to this location and it was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. The staff is not only ill-informed but rude to boot. Even if my fiance was wrong about the PS4 being reverse compatible that does not give you any right to treat him like an idiot for thinking such. He was just making a comment to ME about how great that news is, not trying to get into a heated conversation with you. On top of that it is true, after looking into it Sony has even confirmed it! I cant speak for my fiance, but I personally will never set foot in this store ever again. I highly recommend going to the other GameStop location around the corner. They have all the games you could ever want AND good customer service.
