1. Its one of the medival temples that existing today2. Not too rush but, can see people visiting very often (regular devotees)3. Mahashivratri is celebrated every year in a very decent manner4. Do visit once.5. There were two sivalayams in Lam. One situated just beside the main road(Amaravathi road) and another situated at 400 metres inside the village.6. If interested, first visit the near one and if time permits so visit the inside one
